The old Piggery was perfect for our family (including dogs!). The place itself was bigger than what we were expecting and had everything we needed. Super clean and great water pressure. If Jenny will have us back we would love to have this as our go to stay when we are visiting friends and family. Thank you so much.

By far the best lodge we’ve stayed in. The place was spotless the beds are lovely and comfortable and it had everything you could. We had young children with us and they loved it. The views are absolutely incredible and even better when the sun is setting. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s even better than it looks in the photos! We will definitely be back for another visit. The host are lovely people as well. 10/10

Perfect location for a quiet getaway

Our stay at Eleanor and Neil’s was absolutely perfect. It was very quiet and peaceful and the scenery was beautiful. The places to eat recommendation was really helpful and we enjoyed some fabulous food. Thank you!

Absolutely spectacular location and place—one of my all-time favorite Airbnbs. Incredibly quiet and peaceful, yet 10 minutes from town and attractions. Very communicative and helpful host. Hope to stay again next year!

Host Chris was very welcoming and informative. Lodge was a lovely retreat for two in perfect location, very private and peaceful. Would highly recommend local farm shop Farndon Fields Market Harborough, great local produce and we ate a delicious breakfast there. Market Harborough itself worth a visit too. Local pub Coach & Horses Lubenham is under new management, very friendly and good selection of well kept beers. Would highly recommend, we are already looking to book again. Ian & Gee

I really enjoyed my time here! Great for work and better than any noisy hotel. Bed was really comfortable and woke up late as it was so quiet. Cooked my own dinner both nights and was like a home from home. I will be back for sure.

Absolutely loved our stay at Windmill farm! We spent our Christmas break here and it was just the perfect setting. Chickens would greet you everyday and the kids were able to roam around and see the animals, the ‘reindeer’ were a hit! Thank you so much!

Fabulous! What a find! Home from Home! A beautifully appointed barn, three large bedrooms, all kingsize beds with an en suite each! Very comfortable living areas, and seating, excellent TV facilities, warm and plenty of hot water! Stone flooring throughout made having a dog on the premises very easy. The barn benefits from excellent secure parking, and a large secure garden. Very private and peaceful albeit there are neighbouring barns. Lovely country walks and canals direct from the premises. Emma the host was excellent with communications and welcomed any queries to support our stay. A lovely break, thank you Emma.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax and unwind, and all the arrangements were thoughtful and well-organised. We specially loved the swing with its beautiful views, such a peaceful place to enjoy the quietness and views. The Extras option was a great help. Kate was an extremely cooperative host. Highly recommended!

Clean, quiet, lots of space for kids to run around outside. There's farmyard animals to look at. Very comfortable beds, very warm, good proximity to Thomas World, Drayton Manor etc. I had to move my booking very last minute due to a family emergency and the hosts were very accommodating.

We had an amazing weekend at Maureen’s place. The house is even nicer than in the pictures and the kitchen area is great for nice big family style dinners. The garden is lovely and so peaceful with no neighbours for miles except for the lovely cows in the barn in the driveway who were very quiet. We even had a little Muntjac Deer in the garden on the first morning. There was a road closure that confused the taxi driver so I would recommend getting an Uber as the taxi man didn’t know what to do about it but Ubers always took us the right way. The farm park is one of the best I’ve ever been to with so many activities and a lovely walk. Great for all ages. Wqs the perfect place for a city escape.

a really lovely cottage – extremely well equipped and beautifully presented. Everything was absolutely pristine; all the furnishings are very good quality and we were very comfortable. the garden was perfect for our dog – a fenced section so that she could go outside without constant supervision and a lovely orchard where she was allowed to chase her ball. just perfect

My daughter and I had an amazing few days here and Isabel was so helpful before our arrival and whilst we stayed. The welcome pack including local fresh bread and quality chocolate were lovely touches. The studio was a really luxurious place to stay, yet also very homely. Lighting the fire and sweeping the ash the next morning brought back wonderful childhood memories of my Nana’s house. Despite not being far from home, we both managed to relax, enjoyed being creative with our hobbies and explored some of the surrounding countryside, local villages and Stamford. The Blonde Beet for lunch was recommended by Isabel and it did not disappoint us. The food was so wonderful. Watching the little lambs and walking amidst the snowdrops through the little wood on the estate, helped us relax even more. On our second evening it was exciting being able to prepare a meal for my husband and other daughter who were working and they joined us for the evening. It was really special. Thanks Isabel.

We enjoyed a really lovely stay at Stag cottage. Paula made us feel very welcome and our 18 month old loved seeing all the animals! The welcome breakfast hamper was very generous and the property is the perfect place to relax. We were visiting family in the area and the cottage was a great base for us and had everything we needed, allowing us to relax and enjoy our holiday! Thanks!

We had the best Christmas staying here! The view from the property looking out to the fields was picture perfect almost felt like a frame 🖼️ Every space in the apartment was designed carefully with so much thought. A cosy sofa space to relax, a formal dining set up, seated stools for a more casual vibe. Our 1year old Dog Ace loved this space, it was so nice for her to freely explore and manage the steps on the way up and down on her own. The host was warm and inviting and also left us to enjoy the place. Thank you

We went with friends for New Year. It was perfect for us and a good space to socialise. The barn is well equipped and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfortable. The icing on the cake was the hot tub it was a perfect temperature and so lovely to relax in.I would highly recommend Louise and Andrew’s barn. A true gem in a pretty village 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Blackberry Farm is easily one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed in the UK. Beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, lovely comfortable sitting room, great bathroom and lovely comfy bedrooms. The location is also great right next to the amazing farm shop. We very much enjoyed tasting the produce. Overall fantastic, we will certainly try to return. Thanks so much.
