Lucy was great - always responsive and helpful/clear with instructions. The place itself was fantastic, I was there with my wife, brother and some friends over New Year, and we were very comfortable. We had our dogs as well, who loved the garden! (Though note that the garden is not fully enclosed). We had a wonderful time - thanks Lucy!

We had a lovely stay at Marc’s place. We ate at the Cross Keys on his recommendation and the food was excellent, if a little busy but that was due to the rugby. Kitchen had everything we needed and overall a great stay. A bit of noise in the evening (Saturday night) from the pub up the road but quiet but 11-11:30.

I stayed here whilst away on business. It was the perfect place to come home to each day and feel relaxed, cosy and right at home! Lovely location, nice private out door seating and beautiful decor inside! Jane was very helpful and responsive with any queries - thank you so much!

We booked the house for a family weekend visiting in Derby. Great central location. Fantastic house with high ceilings and original period architecture, tastefully decorated. Loads of space to relax in and was a perfect stay. Highly recommended.

The home is lovely. The beds are super comfy and aldi and McDonald's was a couple of minutes walk. easy access to main routes and a stone's throw away from Rutland water

Ramin is a great host. The house is spacious, quiet and located close to shops etc

Just got home from a lovely, relaxing stay here. Met up with 5 friends who now live all over the country and this was a great, central location. Tom met us as we arrived and showed us how everything worked. House was clean with some quirky lamps, each bedroom had an en-suite plus kettle and cups. The hot tub was a perfect addition. Lost many an hour chatting away while sat in it. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay. Great amenities and child friendly. Thank you for the milk, biscuits and Prosecco. Andy was a fab host who checked in and took our feedback on the heating. We will 100% stay here again when visiting family in Leicestershire.

Really good value for money, we visit Nottingham a lot, so will definitely come back here!! Nice quiet location in The Park, but so walkable and close to everything. Really nice yoga studio next door that I was able to use for a quick workout- thank you! The most comfortable bed too!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clock Cottage is very peaceful and has everything you could need including a lovely garden. We were pleasantly surprised that we were given a welcome box of goodies and fresh milk in the fridge on our arrival.The location is a short drive to Rutland Waters, perfect for bird watching. We were more than impressed with this place, it looked unassuming from outside the gate, but once you walked through onto the courtyard it was fantastic and private from the road. The property was everything we could hope for, it had a warm and friendly feel to it and we would definitely book here again.

I loved my stay at Jo’s little annexe! It was in the perfect spot and the accommodation was perfect for what I needed. Super comfy bed and a lovely little place to just sit and relax! Thank you so much for having me Jo! I will definitely keep you in mind when I head back up North!

If you are looking for a weekend away with lads it’s perfect place .. Host is very responsive

I booked this as a gaming retreat for my friend and I as a mini-stag and it was so much more than we had hoped. Super peaceful, the Alpacas and Sheep were lovely to pet and we were given carrots to feed them which was a great treat. The golf cart was a lovely novelty too. We were really well looked after before and upon arrival. The cabin is located in a private and secluded area with it's own grounds, lake and outdoor areas with a large firepit. It is very well appointed and clean with more than enough space for just us two. I'd love to bring the family here but dogs aren't welcome, other than this, the place is a perfect little retreat and I 100% recommend. Thank you, Mel!
