Sam’s place was a short stroll to the train station and city centre so very convenient. Sam and her daughter were really welcoming and the room itself and the bathroom spacious. Great place to stay!

Sam is a very kind host. She helped me to carry my luggage up the stairs because I had a knee injury. The room I had was spacious and wonderfully decorated in the colours I like (green). Location is great, near the Castle and the oldest inn of England 'Ye old trip to Jerusalem'. I warmly recommend her home.

Absolutely stunning place to stay - from walking through the door, we were blown away by the entire place. The bedrooms are decorated beautifully with ensuites in all but one room. We had 10 of us stay but we all felt we had our own spaces to escape to should we need it. The kitchen, dining room and living room make a perfect place to congregate. Our only wish was the weather had been better so we could enjoy the STUNNING rooftop! The house is in a perfect location, just a short walk away from Nottingham city centre. I would love to return again with family as we visited with friends. Thank you Victoria!

Lovely house, very clean and great facilities. Lovely comfy beds and quiet location. Very helpful host and assisted us quickly with a last minute booking. Would highly recommend the property.

Our third stay - visited with two friends while attending a festival close by. As always, it was a great base for us - clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped, with everything we needed. Will and Maureen are excellent hosts.

house as described lots of food outlets and general stores near by. large Tesco 10 min walk from house easy stroll to city centre which took 20 mins and 15 mins to Leicester Tigers stadium for rugby. Very clean house, lots of plates, cups, glasses etc in kitchen. ideal for a group stay.

Perfect locations, lovely house with everything we needed. Highly recommend for large groups looking to have their own space as well.

We stayed at Karena’s property for a couple of weeks. The house had all of the amenities required for our stay and is in a great location to experience all that Market Harborough has to offer. Karena was very helpful and flexible.

The place was nice and clean and fully equipped with towels and toiletries. Would recommend as it was just what we were after.

We had a fab short stay at Robyn's house. All the rooms were so impressive, luxurious, and had everything we needed and more. I wished we could have stayed longer!

Lara’s place was perfect for a city break with some friends. Nottingham city centre was in easy reach from the town house. The property was immaculate, and the kitchen was really well equipped and easy to use. The bedrooms were very warm and comfortable, the bed linen fresh, and the bathrooms were spotless. In all we had a lovely time. Lara made sure that all our needs were met. Thank you very much for a very enjoyable stay.

Just back home from staying at Claire place for one week Monday to Friday ! It more a can say apart from an amazing host really friendly down to earth very polite and easy to approach if any questions concerns etc! House was as seen on photos and great night sleep in the bed ! Not a problem with anything was allowed to use all facilities was happy to chat and get along and go about our days would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back when my work has training on back in Nottingham Thanks you so much

Spent two nights here with friends while at an event, the house was perfect for the stay an within a short distance of the event, instructions were clear on finding the property and accessing it on check in, the property is very well maintained amd was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable and it was perfect for what we needed

We had a fantastic stay at the accommodation. The house was very clean and had lots of space. Kitchen was very well equipped. The 3 bathrooms were fantastic, spacious, and clean. Living area was good. A great variety of bedrooms to choose from. The only problem would be that the street the house is on is not very well looked after, so make sure you are aware of this. Also beware of getting parking tickets in the resident permit parking bays. Also, the back gate in the garden doesn’t lock and other houses have access to this, so make sure you lock the kitchen door. Finally, a later check out time would be preferable, maybe up until 12pm. Besides that it was a great stay and excellent value for money. Great location just outside the city centre.
