This place was incredible! Beautiful, cozy, clean, and spacious! Janet had everything you could need for your stay, including a little breakfast, coffee, and tea welcome kit. I immediately felt right at home in this place. Janet was friendly and kind and always very responsive to my questions. Also, as a solo traveler, from the tucked away entrance to the well-lit porch, I felt very safe in this space. It was a short walk to the train station (and a cheap Uber from the train station if you have luggage or it’s cold, etc.). It’s also across the street from a quiet little park. I honestly can’t say enough about how much I loved this Airbnb and how beautiful it was and how wish I could live there year-round! I just hope I can return in the summer so I can enjoy the patio area!

The flat is perfect for a stay for one or two people for a short break in Rochester. It's is easily walkable to and from the station and easy to find. It was peaceful but near the centre, the castle, cathedral and river with an incredible number or eateries nearby. The instructions for getting in were clear with no problems and the key box easy to use. (I have fought with a couple in the past!) The flat itself was spotless with all the amenities you need. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and Linda left milk, tea and coffee. My only note of caution, was it was up 3 flights of stairs which was easy to manage but I did have to take my bags (I don't travel light so had two ) one at a time. I would highly recommend this most comfortable flat if staying in Rochester

Flat is beautiful and in a perfect location close to the town centre. Very easily accessible. Harry is a great host and very quick to respond to messages. Couldn’t recommend enough!

fantastic apartment walking distance from Lakeside shopping centre. apartment was clean and all amenities available. Beds were really comfortable. 2 bathrooms. Walk in shower was really powerful. Great sleep. Quiet in the block Host was great. super communication from start to finish. checked in to make sure everything was OK and answered any queries quickly. Highly recommend.

Anwar’s place is fab! Very big one bed flat. Great bed. Super comfortable. I think it was a memory foam combination . Lovely big bathtub and powerful shower. Kitchen was well kitted to cook in with proper fridge freezer, gas cooker, kettle etc. I didn’t use the washing machine but great there was one there. The lounge was a lovely size and sofa really comfy. Central to airport. Just minutes drive away. And Rochford centre about 17 min walk. Selection of takeaways. Chinese, fish and chips, Turkish and Indian. I ordered some lovely food from Spice. ( Indian) Handy mini market shop on parade where flat is. Useful for milk, wine etc. Nice to see the horse in The field opposite the flat. Anwar is lovely. Friendly and helpful. Excellent at responding quickly. I really enjoyed my 9 night stay. This is the second time myself and my partner have stayed. Alexander is a wonderful host and couldn’t ask for more in terms of facilities and the location of the property. Always such a lovely place to stay and I’ll definitely be back again soon. Thank you!

I had an amazing stay at Leah’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, incredibly cozy, and had such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fireplace was a perfect touch, adding to the charm and making the space feel extra special. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed stay. I can’t wait to come back.

Fabulous stay for our wedding anniversary … took our two Pomeranians lovely little dog bowls and blankets left for them! Also rose petals on bed and happy anniversary sign was a nice touch! Hot tub was great and heated up fully within 3 hours .. really enjoyed our stay and have recommended to all our friends

Had the pleasure of staying at Andrew’s place over the weekend & it was exactly as described. His home was spotless, cozy & had a sleek modern interior. The garden was spacious and the Canadian spa hot tub was the cherry on top! The neighbourhood was peaceful with shops/restaurants at a walking distance. Andrew sets the standard high when it comes to hosting & catered to our needs in a timely fashion! I highly recommend this place for couples who want a getaway without feeling too far away from London. I would definitely be booking again with Andrew in the future 👍

We hebben met ons gezin een heerlijke tijd gehad in het huis van Trinity. Het huis is heel ruim, netjes en schoon. Leuke dingen op loopafstand, gezellige winkelstraat, restaurants, kasteel, kathedraal enzovoorts. Op prima loopafstand van het station en dan binnen 45 minuten in het hart van Londen. Aan te raden!
