We had a great stay at Chris' place in central London. The apartment was very neat and clean with comfortable beds. Chris was kind enough to offer us an early check in and helped out with all the queries. It got a bit warm inside the apartment, but Chris had fans for every room which was helpful. The place is very centrally located, in a quiet neighbourhood near UCL and close to 3 Tube stations including Tottenham Crt Rd station (10 mins walk) & Goodge Street (2 mins walk). It's on the Ground & Lower Ground Floor so bringing bags in isn't an issue. Only slight disadvantage is that the rooms/bathrooms are slightly small, but if you're not spending too much time at home, it's not a big issue. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to be centrally located in London and close to major Tube stations.

We had an absolutely lovely time staying at this flat. First, the location was perfect and allowed us to walk around the Notting Hill/Kensington areas easily. It felt very safe, even late at night. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I'm very picky about beds, as I have a bad back. The outdoor deck was wonderful and allowed us coffee outside and fresh air. But without a doubt, it was the hosts that made this a very special event. Pearlina and Simon went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us with recommendations, help when needed, incredible communication, and hospitality the likes of which I've never received before at an AirBnB. This is a home, not a purchased flat that no one has ever lived in. It felt like a home and was great. Only note: If you have little kids, the stairs inside the flat have no railing so would not recommend for children. Otherwise, it was charming

We recently returned from a very comfortable 19-night stay in Julie’s apartment in Hitchin, a beautiful market town dating from the 7th century. Julie, and her daughter-in-law Kerri, are friendly and helpful hosts. The bright, sunny apartment is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and allowed preparation of numerous meals. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. Not being accustomed to English systems, we ran out of hot water the first afternoon. After contacting Julie, she immediately explained how to avoid the problem and have hot water whenever needed. We appreciated the off-road designated parking spot close to the front entrance to the apartment building. Location of apartment is excellent, being a short walk to the centre of the town, where there are excellent restaurants and coffee shops (don’t miss Esquires in the Market Place). And a five-minute walk from the apartment takes you to Hitchin Town Football Club, a very entertaining way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

Sanya was a great host, friendly and very responsive. Communication was great always replied to my text messages and was always willing to help. My dad loved her plants and it made him feel even more at home. The apartment is beautiful and clean and so close to everything.

This flat was everything! For our first time visiting London, I wanted to find a place that felt comfortable and relaxing. I wanted to prioritize being in a central location while not being too close to the commotion. This place was all that a more. We were able to drop off our bags while we waited for check in and found a cute spot nearby to dine and wait. Host was very quick to respond to all my questions and the place was beautiful. I would stay here 10x over. Worth the cost. 10/10 no complaints

Max's place in Marlow was excellent. Very clean, well appointed, and the location meant we could walk everywhere in town. We very much appreciated Max's quick and clear responses to any communication we had with him. Will definitely stay at Max's place if we are in Marlow again. Thank you, Max and Carrie-Ann!

Amazing property which had a beautiful outside area with hot tub and sauna! The kitchen was incredibly spacious and there was a seating area near the kitchen (lower ground) and on the ground floor! So handy to have multiple rooms with en suites too! Karolis was so responsive and really helpful, the check in was made super easy with videos and guides, and there's also guides on how to use the hot tub too! Really great stay!

Excellent host

Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

Kalada’s place was very immaculate and cozy. I felt like I was home.

Yasar’s place was incredibly beautiful and relaxing. I was traveling with family that aren’t used to air bnbs, and they felt right at home and loved the experience. Upon check in Yasar took time to welcome us by showing us everything and answering our questions. The furniture was very comfortable, and the beds were extremely lovely as well; a wonderful sleep after a day in London. The location is phenomenal as it’s across from the Maida Vale tube station as well as near a corner of multiple markets, a lovely bakery, and also a bar. We had a wonderful time just taking a walk one morning in the beautiful neighborhood. Yasar was very attentive, we didn’t have any issues but if we had he was very available. The balcony was lovely, the apartment felt safe and is up one flight of stairs that were no problem at all. A quality experience and I’d love to rent again and return next time I’m in London :)

Sylvia's place is really nice, it felt very homely and we really enjoyed our stay there. The location is great, we were at Alexandra Palace for most of our weekend and it was only 10 minute walk. The local area has plenty of little shops and food outlets, and the area in general felt like a really nice place to be . The place was as described and had everything you could need, even thing like ground coffee were provided which was much needed! The shower was amazing, with the choice of a regular shower head or a rainfall style shower, which we really loved. Overall if you need a nice place to stay in London we would happily recommend Sylvia's place.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Matthew et Charlotte sont très réactifs, horaire d’arrivée flexible grâce à la clé électronique. Un logement spacieux, propre et calme. Bus et métro à proximité. Il y a aussi une place de parking privé, nous n’en avons pas eu besoin. Mais si vous voulez louer une voiture pour votre séjour, c’est bien de le savoir. 🙂

The best Airbnb I have stayed at in the best part of London

I had very enjoyable stay. It was quiet, clean, and a great location close to the tube with nice restaurants close by.

Anthony and Samuel’s apartment is beautifully decorated, absolutely clean and a wonderful place to stay when you’re visiting London. We felt right at home. The bedroom is great, lots of sunlight during the day and with the blackout blinds and the curtains dark at night for a sound sleep. We didn’t make use of the kitchen, but it’s very well equipped and I’m sure it’s great to cook in it. We can absolutely recommend the place and would always stay again. Thanks a lot!
