We are just back from the most relaxing weekend spending time together as a family. The lodge was even more impressive in person, it had absolutely everything we needed, such a great open plan space, ideal for us to spend time together. There were 10 adults and 5 kids, we enjoyed the games area and hot tub and it felt safe, quiet and peaceful, we will definitely return!

Stayed for a hen night with 22 others. The place was spotless. Mary Theresa was so quick at responding to messages and so helpful and accommodating. The house was only a few minutes drive from the city so very central great location. Will definitely be back would highly recommend

Came here for my boyfriend and I's birthdays and we had a great time - the house was pristine and spacious and the hot tub was great. Julie left prosecco and beers for us and a birthday message which was so thoughtful!

Jayne’s cabin was fantastic. We felt really relaxed and comfortable. It was so warm and cosy. The Padel court was fantastic. We had some great games…the kids (and adults) absolutely loved it. The kids loved the trampoline too! Great spot for a relaxing family getaway!

We had a great stay at The Moutain House. Views where amazing. House was spotless clean. Loved the hot tub. Jackie was very responsive, gave great local recommendations.

We had a great few days at Dorothy’s place. The house itself was immaculate, cosy and warm with beautiful surroundings. The pictures really don’t do this place justice! Dorothy is a very kind and attentive host who responds promptly. I felt she genuinely cared about our experience, we would definitely return to MillLodge!

Fiona was a very gracious and friendly host. Had a really nice stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

We had a lovely stay at John's place. The accommodation was clean, cosy and well-decorated. The view from the patio windows was incredible. Lots of lighting options and excellent cooking facilities and bathrooms, which are important for comfort and convenience. You are within 5 minutes' walk of a local Eurospar, coffee shops, pubs and a couple of fine restaurants. Walkers will also love proximity to Murlough nature reserve and the Mournes. We look forward to returning at another time.

We had a great time. The cottage is beautiful. Also very convenient. Killyleagh is a lovely village. We would definitely recommend a stay at Ivy Cottage.

I strongly recommend a stay here with Irene and Dave. From the moment we arrived we were made feel very welcome. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is outstanding, with everything you would need to make a meal. We got a takeaway from Sanjay s Indian restaurant in Birr, which was delicious. We were keen to get back to the apartment and light the stove. Dave gave us a tour of some of the fabulous grounds which he has been rewilding for years. He also directed us to some wonderful walking trails as well as filling us in on the history of the house. The gorgeous dogs need a special mention! A return visit is being planned already . I loved the decor inside and outside the loft, it was a cosy room , and the lighting outside at the hot tub would make you want to stay in the hot tub all night, the hot tub was so relaxing. I enjoyed the Leafy Loft inside and out. Would definitely recommend to others! Gillian had given the perfect directions to get to the loft I had got there with no issues, and the perfect list on how to warm the hot-tub up again.

We had a fantastic stay at Gavins. This apartment is in the heart of Kinsale. Easy walk into town either down the quiet lane or along the front harbour. We really enjoyed the locality, we also appreciated the warm and welcoming feel of the apartment. Gavin had the rugby on ready for my husband which was very kind. A very comfortable bed, the bath is also wonderful! As many other reviews mentioned there is noise from the apartment above, if this will bother you then definitely consider it. We weren’t used to it, but I can’t say it overly disturbed us. There is a door to the other flat in the living room. The little courtyard is lovely, not usable in March because of the weather, but if you get the chance to book over the summer it was be fantastic. Everything is in walking distance, the lemon leaf is close by for breakfast, we would highly recommend! Dinos just at the end of the road is great.

The Old Brewery was a fantastic place to stay to explore Clare. From the moment we arrived the whole family felt at home and we were moved by the hand written note and basket of delicious baked scones. The apartment is wonderfully designed and laid out, furniture beautiful and adorned with artwork, great books and lovely linens. Adam and Cathy really have gone above and beyond and the result is such a restful stay in a beautiful location. Our kids were grateful for toys and games inside and the space to play/ trampoline outside. A very short drive to the town of Killaoe which has everything you could need, and no problem to have takeout delivered. A next level stay and only wish we could give more stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

the cabin was very cosy with the fire and a heater for when it was off. lots of blankets and games to play. the kitchen has everything we needed and the location was great. would definitely come back again.

Great value, everything you need for a weekend away

We had a lovely couple of days here. We had a lovely welcome and given lots of tips on where to go and how to use the hot tub. The place was lovely and private with a stunning view. We loved their little dogs as well who loved to come and visit us. Thank you for a lovely time!

Lovely warm and clean accommodation. Advertised correctly. The heat was on when we arrived. It is a lovely and peaceful place and even though host's home is close by, it felt very separate and private. Got the local restaurant food delivered -Inside Out and it was lovely food. Plenty hot water and shower very good too. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt , pepper and cleaning products there too to use. Suzanne was excellent at communicating and very friendly. Was there if needed but gave space. Would recommend and would stay again. Thanks Suzanne

We had a lovely stay at Robins Cabin! A total reset! Surrounded my fields and looking out on the Lough from the HotTub… bliss!

Fabulous stay, Brigit and John were extremely friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Beautiful spot and perfect for a small family, group of friends or a couple on the look out for a place smtp stay with fabulous walks. The cabin was immaculate, cosy and nicely laid out.

Really nice place, Georgia gave us plenty of instructions and left us some nice treats for breakfast. Would recommend to a friend.

What a wonderful cottage, perfect for our trip. Beautiful views and surroundings. Lovely village & local pubs & Joe was a wonderful host. Responsive to messages before we arrived and friendly and helpful once we were there. We will definitely return ☺️
