Wir haben uns richtig wohl in dem Haus gefühlt und ein tolles Wochenende gehabt. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Gegend und der Hottub draußen lief für uns ohne Unterlass. Genau das richtige bei eher grauen Wetter. Die Schlafzimmer haben auch echt eine gute Größe. Klare Empfehlung.

Spontan für eine "kleine Auszeit" gebucht und genau das bekommen. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war auch super. Empfehlen wir gerne weiter!

I have family in the Dollnstein area that we visited for 3 weeks in July 2024. We stayed at this property and fell in love with the village. The rental property itself is nice and spacious. There were 4 adults and 1 child who stayed at the property and there was plenty of room for us all. If we needed anything, Roland was very responsive and the property manager came right away. The kitchen is a highlight-it's huge with a full-size refrigerator. It is also convenient to have a washer on site for clothes. My only recommendations would be stronger wifi throughout the home (it's spotty in some areas) and clear directions on how to use appliances and tv (there was a learning curve with those at times). Overall, the village the place is located in is a true highlight. There is a quaint soccer park/playground area that my son and I visited daily. The villagers were kind and curious about us Americans but not in a rude way. We felt safe and happy the entire stay.

We had a nice and quite stay

Petra war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die stets sehr bemüht um unser Wohlergehen war. Sie hat uns Tipps gegeben und war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir waren bei Petra für zwei Nächte, weil ich in Stuttgart einen Termin hatte. Stuttgart ist direkt mit dem Zug erreichbar, in etwa 30 Minuten ist man dort. Die Lage ist dafür also perfekt. Den Garten konnten wir aufgrund des Regenwetters leider nicht nutzen, er sah aber sehr gemütlich aus für wärmere Tage. Vielen Dank, liebe Petra und dann bis zum nächsten Mal.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und alles war wie beschrieben. Alles ganz prima!

Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen. Der ganze Hof ist sehr familiär. Für meinen Sohn war auch der Umgang mit ihm und die Teilhabe auf dem Bauernhof etwas ganz besonderes.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr hübsch und die Ausstattung des Hauses ist auch sehr gut! Die Kommunikation mit Heike hat ebenfalls gut via WhatsApp funktioniert

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und super ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein, auch wenn das nicht unser Reisegrund war. Mein Hund und ich wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen, Näpfe wurden bereit gestellt und kleine Aufmerksamkeiten erhellten den Tag. Selten habe ich mich unterwegs so wohl gefühlt. Danke für das tolle Wochenende!

Wir haben uns in Andis + Gabis Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie bot uns zu dritt mehr als genug Platz. Zudem hat Andi uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns bei Ankunft alles Wichtige erklärt. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und es war super sauber Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Ich war für 2 Tage bei Tanja zu Gast und alles war super. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war wie beschrieben, ruhige Lage, ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ordentlich und stilvoll eingerichtet...mit allem was man benötigt. Tanja ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Check-In verlief völlig reibungslos. Klare Empfehlung.

meine Schwester und ich waren ein Wochenende mit unseren Hunden dort. Sehr nette, unkomplizierte Begrüßung. sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein sehr schnuckeliges Holzhäuschen, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Auf der kleinen aber sehr gemütlichen Terasse haben wir sehr schöne Stunden gehabt. Auch unsere Hunde hatten Spaß in dem kleinen Garten. Der Campingplatz hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. In der Umgebung war ein Badesee, ein Anglersee und die Iller. Hier haben wir lange Spaziergänge unternommen. Der Grieche auf dem Platz ist sehr sehr gut. Essen war sehr gut, große Portionen und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Holzhaus von Thomas - es hat einfach alles gestimmt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können Thomas und das tolle Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen!

Underrated airbnb! Our family of five had an absolute blast at Roswhita place. The entire place is so well put together that we wish to replicate it at our place down under. From the unbelievably well kitted out kitchen to the comfy sofas, to the Wii (such a clever move), to the clean Lego, room specific underfloor heating, comfortable beds, gorgeous views of the endless enormous windows... such a cozy home. Impeccable. The location? a quiet town with classic German B roads that were Disney looking in winter. The perfect location to relax, truly feel at home and be relatively close to Legoland, Munich, thermal swimming, etc... We will be back 😊.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Sie ist vollständig eingerichtet, sodass man sich direkt Zuhause fühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Sonja war einfach und schnell. Vielen Dank, für tolle 6 Wochen! Allerdings ist ein Auto von Vorteil, da Bad Überkingen doch etwas abseits liegt und auch das Internet ist in Bad Überkingen generell schwach. Wir haben uns bei Sonja sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen immer wieder gerne.

The stay was during Christmas and New Year; Christian and his family went above and beyond as hosts, were very kind and helpful, and spoke German and English. I recommend places to visit during your stay; public transport is perfect for supermarket shopping and surrounding areas of interest. A thermal spa is nearby, and there are excellent local hiking trails. This Air BnB has all the modern conveniences: a lounge, sofa, TV area, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and bedroom. The place has extra beds if need be. Suppose you're after a quiet place with stunning natural beauty and cave systems with boutique shops and restaurants. I recommend it 100 %, and you will enjoy your stay. There is parking if you come by car or bike. Five Star Rating.
