Leipsoi : locations de vacances avec terrasse

I could not recommend more Nikita’s place for a stay in Kalymnos. Location is perfect and the terrace is the best spot for morning coffee or afternoon beer with a view of Telendos. Nikitas is one of the most responsive hosts I’ve ever had and he gives great local recommendations. AC works great in all rooms. 10/10 would recommend :)

This place is Beautiful. The view is spectacular. Our host was Adriana and she was a 10, not a 5! She was fantastic, with service, suggestions , friendship and with communication. I would rent again just to have her on our side working with us to make our stay wonderful! It truly was! Thank you Adriana.

Ioannis' place is situated right on the beach, we were in the downstairs apartment, fantastic outside space and the inside doesn't disappoint either, lovely airy space, great lounge, dining and kitchen space with two good bedrooms and a bathroom Great communication from Ioannis, we met his parents who showed us the property, explained everything about the place and made themselves available for any issues We really appreciated the welcome gifts and thoughtful touches Could not more highly recommend Ioannis' place and Emporios in general - it's just magical!

Irene was een superhost! Ze verwelkomde ons bij onze aankomst en ze zorgde voor alles wat we nodig hadden. Ze was steeds beschikbaar voor al onze vragen. De studio is supergezellig ingericht en had alles wat we nodig hadden voor ons langdurig verblijf. Daarnaast had het een zalig terras met een prachtig uitzicht op Telendos :) Ik zou het zeker aanraden om bij Irene te verblijven! Dankjewel Irene voor ons geweldig verblijf!!

Το δωμάτια είναι εξαιρετικά και η κ. Μαρία μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Εάν ξαναβρεθούμε στους φούρνους σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε. Ευχαριστούμε για ὀλα.

Wij hebben echt een fantastische week gehad in dit geweldige Blue House. Alles was goed verzorgd en we zijn uiterst vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen. Ook tijdens onze week was er goed contact, veel dank Irene en Catherina!

Un’ottima esperienza. Appartamento ordinato, pulito e arredato con gusto, il quale risponde alla descrizione e alle fotografie pubblicate. Si trova in paese, di fronte alla banchina, a poche decine di metri da bar, ristoranti, supermercati, negozi di abbigliamento, noleggio auto/scooter e tutti gli altri servizi. Ciononostante la casa è comunque tranquilla e silenziosa. Un ringraziamento a Chris e alla sua famiglia, che si sono rivelati molto cortesi e disponibili già da prima del nostro arrivo, hanno risposto prontamente a ogni nostra richiesta e ci hanno fornito molti consigli utili sull’isola, che, per inciso, è davvero molto bella.

Amazing stay. Kalotina was lovely and very helpful despite the language barrier. The house was very clean and had lots of amenities for cooking and making coffee. Arginonta seems like the best location for climbing, especially if you don't like the business of Massouri.

La casa è comoda e fornita di tutto il necessario, facile il parcheggio, splendida vista sul golfo, casa fresca e tranquilla. Consigliata!

La casa è un piccolo vero gioiello, curata in ogni dettaglio e fornita di tutto ciò che può servire in una vacanza. Il terrazzino all'aperto è molto carino per le colazioni e un aperitivo tra amici. La posizione è ideale per scoprire il centro di Skala, per lo shopping e le uscite serali ma è anche estremamente silenzioso. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Très jolie maison située sur les hauteur de Grikos et offrant une vue magnifique sur la baie . Jolie petite piscine , cuisine spacieuse , et chambres simples et confortables . Salles de bain très fonctionnelles . Bref je recommande vivement ce logement et remercie Bernhard pour les échanges constructifs que nous avons eu durant le séjour !

Wir waren zu viert, für eine Woche, zum Klettern auf Kalymnos. Es ist eine tolle Wohnung. Man hat das Gefühl, man ist im eigenen Haus. Großzügige Räume. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit viel Platz im Schrank. Bequeme Betten. Wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist in Küche und Bad vorhanden. Sehr sauber. Schnell heißes Wasser. Auch außerhalb der Wohnung hat man viel Platz. Ein Balkon und zwei Terassen. In 130 Schritten ( einige Stufen) ist man an der Hauptstraße, um zu Restaurants und Shops zu kommen. Nochmal ca. 300 m abwärts bis zum Strand. Eigener Parkplatz am Haus. Zu erreichen über eine sehr steile Straße. Aber mit Automatik Auto oder Roller kein Problem. Wenn man dort Urlaub macht, fühlt man sich wie Zuhause. Immer gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles:)🤓

We had a great stay at Anna's! Perhaps the best Airbnb we ever stayed and we travel a fair bit. Very Clean and fantastically organised! Also, very generous supplies stocked the fridge such as fresh eggs, fruit, ham and cheese, fresh bread..., kitchen cabinets, from granola to olive oil and coffee..., 12 large water bottles! All we had to buy to cook a meal was the fresh ingredients, everything else was supplied! But best of all is Anna and her husband, they waited and welcomed us like good old friends and you can't ask more than that! Thank you Anna for an amazing stay, see you next time!

A spacious house operated by a family who live downstairs. Therefore they were very attentive to our everyneed. They went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. My girls had surprise gift bags, I had a box of sweet delivered for my birthday, my local recommendations and more… The house is perfect for big families with 4 double beds and a kitchen. The area Drimonas is away from the main port and most famous restaurants therefore we rented a car. If you’re looking for a quite place on the more natural side of the island this is a great airbnb. Yet, the island is small and the furthest place is 15mins by car. It was a pleasurable stay for us (mum, dad, kids 8-9)

Where to even begin with Mario's accommodation. We stayed here for a month and it was the most relaxing and peaceful time of our trip. The view/sunrise is amazing, the location is an 25 minute walk to both Agia Marina and Lakki and Mario is a fantastic host. During our time here, Mario went above to ensure we had a relaxing stay. The apartment is very spacious with 2 large rooms and a large well lit living area. We would love to stay here again in the future and cannot recommend it enough. Thank you for being a great host Mario and sharing your amazing space with us!! All the best until next time.

My girlfriend and I stayed their for one night. The apartment is right by the beach. In my opinion in one of the best areas of Leros. The best thing is the balcony which faces directly towards the see and is perfect for a drink during sunset. Poppy was super friendly and helpful. She gave us a lot of advice for our stay and was open to all kind of questions we had concerning our trip.

This airbnb is great. One minute walk from the beach (if that). Spotlessly clean. perfect for a couple. You can do basics for breakfast but not particularly set up for cooking - however given that there are several restaurants nearby there is no need to cook. The hosts own a nearby cafe and we used their deckchairs for one day (and next door). Perfect simple lunch and delicious doughnuts. Highly recommended. We walked up to Higgins bar on the clifftop for sunset drinks one night.

Le plus difficile c’est d’en partir ! Dès l’arrivée Irene vous embarque avec un grand sourire pour ce havre de paix. On est au milieu d’un jardin d’éden amoureusement cultivé par son papa qui vous déposera quelques figues ou œufs de sa production. C’est dans ce cadre bucolique que l’on voit tous les soirs le soleil se coucher. Un grand spectacle

Nous venons de quitter ce logement à Léros et nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! L'appartement était spacieux et la vue était tout simplement magnifique, un vrai régal pour les yeux. Notre hôte a été très attentionné en venant nous chercher au port, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée encore plus agréable. Nous avons adoré explorer l'île, découvrir de délicieux restaurants et profiter des différentes plages. La gentillesse des habitants a également ajouté une touche chaleureuse à notre expérience. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un séjour inoubliable à Léros !
