A wonderful experience. Back in Patmos after almost 30 years, Nina and Stavros made us feel as if nothing had changed. If you like it quiet, pastoral and gorgeous, Diakofti is the place to be. On one side of the istm, amazing sandy beaches, wild or organized, all in a 15 mns walk. On the other the quietest pebble beach in the island, nevermore than two or three persons in a 500 mts bay with amazing submarine life. The garden and wineyards are delightful to be for a day of rest at home. A real pleasure…

Very helpful, responsive host. Off the main road so you don't hear the road noise, beautiful view, easy to walk to restaurants for dinner and close enough to walk to some of the local climbing.

Reminder of a simpler time in paradise. A symphony of goat bells will lull you to sleep through the gentle breeze coming through old Greek lace curtains. The bed and pillows ensure a restful slumber. This old fisherman’s cottage is renovated to perfection by a sympathetic eye. The open courtyard is a chore to leave, sunset views and a great view of the harbour that is reminder that Lipsi is only five-minute walk away, with restaurants and little stores (Anna’s Gift shop- 5*). Our favourite taverna was on the beach at Dilaila’s. Our favourite beach was Kato Koimissi. Yes, you can fit six in this place, three doubles and three bathrooms but we loved it for just two. It is very romantic, even for two 60-year-old Kiwis, it’s the perfect honeymoon spot or for a special occasion. Stavros is a super-efficient manager who values your privacy. I can’t imagine a better location on Lipsi. So very happy I decided on Nikiforos.

Wow! What can I say?! Emmanuel and his family are the BEST Airbnb hosts we have ever had! Angela and her husband (Emmanuel’s parents) kindly collected us from the port and took us to the house, then gave us a full tour of the town the following morning, giving us top tips on where to go, what to see and do. The location of the property is the best on the island. Extremely comfortable and wonderful views of the beautiful bay. So grateful to have met Emmanuel’s family and for them being so kind to us and for treating us like part of their own family. Thankyou so much guys for your kindness. We would love to come back and stay again. Katsadia is the place to be. You just can’t beat it! <3

This is an absolute little haven in the paradise that is Emporios. Brilliant location, right on the beach and next to restaurants. The decor is a little bit old fashioned but the location makes up for it. Hosts were very friendly

I’ve been traveling to Greece for 15 years now, and it’s not everyday that you meet people as accommodating, hospitable, attentive as Kostas. He has consistently gone above and beyond by offering us small treats, helping solve our oopsies (he had to pick us up barefoot in the village since we locked ourselves out of the mill). The mill itself is very simple, but fully functional, and has a unique charm due to the views, location close to beaches and bars. We also loved falling asleep to the sound of wind :)

we first stumbled upon this flat on house it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online.samuel is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace and the view are excellent. Location is incredible. Samuel had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. This AIRBNB was the highlight of our trip - total magic. We enjoyed the peace and isolation - nestled at the northern tip of the island. The view is surreal! The host Thanasis is a kind soul and communication was effortless.

Villa Sophia is a rare gem and exceeds expectations. Panos’ stewardship over the property is unmatched. He goes above and beyond any typical host and ensures a peaceful and welcomed stay. I hosted a wedding for 13 people and the enjoyment we had seemed limitless. This is the perfect place to host a small wedding, event, retreat or vacation. I 100% recommend staying in Pàtmos with Panos, it enriches the experience.

Daniel has created a beautiful, soulful and inspiring home that welcomed us as family and provided us with a total escape on a stunning island with unspoilt beaches, warm locals and amazing food. Heaven! We miss it already!

Kostas est venu nous chercher au port, il est très accueillant. Nous avons pu profiter largement y de la piscine, de la mer et d’une vue splendide sur la baie. Très beau séjour à Patmos qui est une île magique !

The Villa is a special property. Off the main road but very peaceful and with views to die for. The terraces and pool were the jewel in the crown. The Villa is very comfortable, suitable for 3 couples given the space and twin bathrooms. The amenities are all there. Gregory was a very responsive host, both before we arrived and during our stay. Leros is a great island destination in the Dodecanese and Villa Agnantia a excellent choice. You need a car (or must like walking up hill) but the restaurants and beaches of Agia Marina and Panteli are close and excellent. There are many shops in Lakki so getting supplies is easy. All in all, highly recommended!

Very nice villa with great view to the sea, nice and comfortable rooms, the internals are tastly furnitured as well as the outdoor terrace. Kitchen fully equipped and spacious. 5 minutes walk to the charming central square in Chora village 'Platia' and with 5 minutes car/scooter you reach quickly both Skala Port and Grycos Bay, Petra Beach etc... the location of the Villa couldn't be in better position. last but not least Maria and Anna were our fantastic hosts, very caring and attentive to our needs. Great persons and friends. thank you both for the warm welcome to Patmos.

Casa incantevole e romantica. Ogni dettaglio è curato e delizioso. La casa è molto speciale, con mobili e arredo caratteristici e di ottimo gusto. La posizione è isolata (beata solitudo) e per raggiungerla bisogna camminare 8/10 minuti. Alexandra rende l’arrivo semplicissimo e confortevole, con un aiuto per trovare la casa e portare i bagagli e acqua e frutta all’arrivo. Siamo stati benissimo perché in ogni momento della giornata una parte dell terrazza all’esterno della casa, attrezzato con poltrone e cuscini, e all’ombra. È un posto ideale per chi vuole una vacanza per staccare, riposare, leggere. Un posto dove vuoi tornare la sera dopo il mare. Grazie dell’ospitalità!

La maison de Chrysanthi est un petit paradis paisible et authentique. Maison typiquement grecque décorée avec goût. De la terrasse on a une très belle vue sur les champs et la mer en bas. Chrysanthi est une hôte très dévouée et qui nous a donné de très bons conseils pour découvrir l’île. Je recommande.

I visited This place in the end of October with mu 3 kids. It was absolutely fantastic. Nice and quiet. I went swimming, running and took a lot if walks to town for nice meals, pastries and groceries. My kids gad a fantastic time snorkeling and petting cats. Manos and his cousin where involved and pro-active with helping wherever they could. Thank u soo much!! And thank you Fourni island..

Hemos pasado unos dias increibles en la casa de Tiia. Está ubicada en un lugar muy tranquilo, cerca de muchos sectores de escalada. La casa tiene todo lo que necesitabamos. Seguro que volveremos!

Vi er en familie med to små børn, som besøgte stedet i slutningen af maj. Lysets hus er en smuk bolig med en fantastisk indretning, beliggenhed, omgivelser og udsigt. Vi nød livet fra den store terrasse. Der var alt hvad vi havde behov for og store gode senge. Marathi er en smuk, lille ø med få huse og en hyggelig og afslappende atmosfære. Den dejlige strand ligger for enden af trappen til huset. Vi tog små ture rundt på øen og med skib til nærliggende øer. Maden i tavernaen er udsøgt og betjeningen god. Emmanouil og hans familie var perfekte værter og hjalp os med alt.

If, like us, you like somewhere simple, clean and unpretentious in a quiet little fishing village then it's perfect. A few metres to the sea for the first swim of the day in the calm sheltered water of Grikos harbour while a fisherman sorts his catch on the quay, then breakfast on the veranda before an easy and pretty 4 km walk to Psili Ammos beach (wonderful) or catch the bus up to Hora and walk back down the hill on the old path, or just bask and read on the veranda taking the occasional further swim in the bay, and then supper in one of the 4 tavernas around the bay. Perfect!
