Highly recommended. Barbara was a gracious and knowledgeable host. The flat was well equipped, well positioned if you prefer access to the city without being in it and very comfortable and well presented. We would return - which says it all.

Wonderful short stay and the perfect base for a travel stop as we went on to the Highlands.. We arrived to some thoughtful welcome items of milk,bread, butter, cereals, and jam - thank you David. We stayed for 3 nights to visit relatives in Edinburgh and Falkirk and we were most comfortable and warm. Easy check in and check out - a beautiful Home with a really interesting history. Really enjoyed visiting The Kelpies in the day and the evening. Recommend visiting the palace and going on a barge on the grand Union canal with the local volunteers who were really knowledgeable & seeing the Falkirk wheel in action! The Boardwalk restaurant near the Falkirk wheel is well worth booking! Food was lovely.

We loved staying here. Marie was a great host and made sure everything exceeded expectations. She greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was walking distance to get groceries and the bus stop was less than 2 minutes away to get anywhere in Edinburgh . We wish we stayed longer. Will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Edinburgh.

I was very happy with my night at Sheila’s home and she couldn’t have been more obliging. It was comfortable, clean and welcoming, is in a good quiet location, had a nice garden and a lovely host.

We stayed at 63 Moubray Grove, South Queensferry for a Buissines trip and found the property well presented clean and tidy with all the modern amenities you could wish for in a quiet residential area. The property is easy to get to with local shops very close by also Dalmeny train station within an easy walk away. Nicky was extremely helpful and quick, easy communication.

Very stylish clean comfortable with a delightful garden and terrace. The area is terrific lots of interesting shops, coffee shops restaurants and bars. Botanic gardens in walkable distance. Already planning our next visit highly recommended

This is a fantastic flat for a larger party. The bedrooms are all a great size and the lounge/kitchen area is very spacious and easily accommodates 8 adults. The kitchen is very well kitted out with more than enough decent sized mugs so we could all have coffee at the same time! The location is very central - tram from the airport is literally round the corner and its an easy walk into the old town . The area is full of restaurants with good ratings, although we found they can get full so booking would be sensible. Severall supermarkets nearby if you need to shop. Excellent place for a short break in Edinburghj

Fantastic stay in Edinburgh. The Apartment couldn't have been better. Great location, had everything in it that you could have asked for. Communication from Dave was brilliant, friendly and super helpful. Fully recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the heart of the city. Cracking breakfast in the café opposite and a stones through from everything that the grassmarket and old town has to offer. Thank you Dave!!

Zeer tevreden. De communicatie verliep enorm vlot, de accommodatie was zeer proper. Geschikt voor 2 koppels of een gezin van 4. Het stadscentrum was ook op 20 minuten wandelen wat voor ons perfect was.

We spent an amazing week at Steven and Gillian's place, they sent us plenty of useful information before and during our stay. The apartment is cozy, private and you have all you need to cook at home, they also provided things for breakfast, which we appreciated a lot cause we cooked our own breakfast and dinner in order to save some money during our vacation week in Edinburgh. Just keep in mind that the apartment is rather small and narrow, it may be not very confortable (shower, kitchen) if you are very tall and big. Other than that, it was great, we highly recommend this place !

The flat was a lovely, cosy haven at the end of a long drive. It was easy to find and instructions to get in were clear and straightforward. The host is friendly and helpful, responds quickly to messages. The flat is well-located for the places we wanted to visit (Falkirk wheel and the kelpies, and an hour to Leith for the Toual Yacht Britannia) and is in a peaceful corner of a residential road. There is a big Tesco about 10 mins walk away and a couple of nice Italian restaurants. The flat is comfortable, cosy, spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. There were lots of lovely touches - baskets of toiletries, basket of cereals, bread and butter, and Scottish shortbread - which we appreciated. Overall we were delighted with the accommodation and would definitely want to come back if we visit the area again.

We loved Sinan's place, it was in a perfect location and the house really felt home. It was a beautiful home and we had a comfortable stay. I will definitely choose this on my next stay and it's highly recommended!

Nie mam słów, żeby opisać jak cudowny był pobyt w tym mieszkaniu. Katrina to jedna z najkochańszych osób jakie poznałam! Zapewniła nam wszystkie udogodnienia, o jakich można byłoby sobie tylko pomarzyć. Nie wspominając już nawet o dużym wyborze śniadań. Produkty spożywcze są również uzupełniane codziennie. Czysto, schludnie, w ofercie jest też Smart TV, co jest dla mnie zawsze bardzo ważnym elementem. Katrina jest również cudownym kompanem rozmów, czułyśmy się z nią bardzo komfortowo. W domu jest również przeuroczy, bardzo przyjacielski (i jaki słodki!!!!!!) piesek. Polecę każdemu, kto spyta mnie gdzie wynająć pokój w Edynburgu. Żałuję tylko że nie można dać więcej gwiazdek. Nigdy nie czułam się lepiej wynajmując Airbnb gdziekolwiek indziej. Jeżeli będę wracać do tego miasta, to tylko do Katriny. Bardzo dziękujemy za wszystko!

I have been very lucky during this Scotland vacation in that all 6 of the other AirBnBs that I stayed at were awesome hosts or hostesses...and Lewis made it 7 for 7. Easy going and easy to talk to, Lewis made it a great finish to my vacay. The only piece of advice I have for others is to plan ahead if you're bringing a car as the parking is very challenging in the area. I ended up leaving my rental at Wallyford Journey Hub (a park & ride serviced by several bus lines), which actually turned out to be a good thing as I was able to watch the neighborhoods on the outskirts of Edinburgh roll on by.

I had the pleasure of staying for three nights at Jo and Steven's lovely home on my way to the Isle of Skye. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warmth and care they put into making their guests feel welcome. My room was impeccably clean, wonderfully cozy, and provided a haven of peace and quiet after long days of exploring. Jo and Steven have thoughtfully prepared a dedicated kitchen for guests, which was both convenient and well-equipped. Their beautiful garden was a delightful retreat, perfect for enjoying sun or the fresh evening air. The location itself is serene, safe, and ideally situated for visiting both Edinburgh and St Andrews. Steven kindly recommended some excellent restaurants and must-see attractions in the area, while Jo went above and beyond by providing a lovely selection of breakfast essentials, including fresh milk, bread, cereal, and fruit. Their hospitality was truly heartfelt and made my stay all the more special. Thank you, Jo and Steven.

We had a wonderful stay with Catherine! She was extremely welcoming and kind throughout our visit. The room was clean and tidy, and although the bathroom was small, it had everything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfasts she prepared were absolutely fantastic – definitely the highlight of our mornings. We highly recommend staying with her. She is an amazing host and made our experience unforgettable!

Super adresse quand on veut visiter Édimbourg qui est à 15 minutes en voiture. La chambre était propre, salle de bain attenante petite mais fonctionnel. Lit de bonne qualité. Et petit déjeuner super. Je recommande l'adresse !
