A beautiful home with excellent hospitality

Excels place is very nice very clean! Excel himself is a wealth of knowledge he can help with any questions u have! Suggest you bring a converter for ur devices and ur own towels! Security guards for the gated community make it very safe and are pleasant to deal with! Would highly recommend!

The security of the area was top-notch, Roseline apartment was homely very nice, clean and 24hrs power supply, Yinka the host was very responsive to our needs, overall I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment 😀 I will surely recommend, it to friends, and come back again.

Cozy 2-Bedroom Duplex Apartment in Lekki Phase 1

My stay in Lekki Phase 1 at Marcs place was lovely. The pictures resonated with reality and the location first and foremost was SAFE. SAFE being the operative word in Nigeria. Private/gated road, with gated access to the property. Marc was very flexible with my fluid travel schedule across various states in Nigeria and allowed me to change the stay within reason. The housekeeper Ola was on hand at the property site to help with adjusting/settling in and gave me some good travel recommendations. Air conditioning in the property was excellent and the main living room/parlour was spacious and modern (large flat screen smart TV/netflix/youtube etc). Everything about the space was adequate for my side with plenty of shopping amenities nearby in Lekki generally also VI (victoria Island) destinations not a far uber ride away. The famous Nike art gallery is walkable from the location and its safe to do so in this area. Ill be returning here when I stay again in Lagos/Lekki. Recommended!

A lovely home away from home. Support was very good. Friendly/ supportive staff. A very good and comfortable place to stay is a very serene and peaceful Estate. I would highly recommend and revisit if I am in the area.

Roli was my representative and she was awesome. Every aspect of her service delivery is worthy of 5 stars. she arrived within the window of time that I was told. she clearly explained the process, provided me with a few hypotheses, and she took the time to patiently answer my questions. She was very easy to communicate with and I am thankful that mrs Roli was my rep. If I were to require eternal services in the future, I would call Luxury room apartment cuz of Mrs Roli.

this was a great house to live in for my first time visiting Nigeria. Kemi was great and very helpful as well as Moses the caretaker. I will definitely see if this house is available the next time I visit

I had a quick visit to Nigeria and needed a place on my first night. Olu went above and beyond to accommodate me, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. The apartment was not only nice but also conducive, providing the perfect environment for relaxation after a long journey. As I had not been to Nigeria in a quite a while, Olu recommended a couple of nice places to eat and relax as well which I really appreciated. I will definitely book again anytime I’m in Nigeria. Thank you for your hospitality and making my short stay memorable!"

This apartment is excellent, one need to physically see it to know how really great the apartment is because It’s more nicer that what we are seeing on the picture. Mr Rasak is an amazing human being, he’s always there when you need him, he communicate really well and he always making sure everything is fine. Thanks a lot Mr Rasak. I will definitely use the apartment again next time.
