Despite it being unseasonably cold we had a blast! Joe’s place is perfectly located to enjoy everything Marco Island has to offer! Joe was an exceptional host with great communication. He provided wonderful recommendations given the beach wasn’t really an option during our stay! The condo was spotless, comfortable and a 10/10 location! We can’t wait to come back when the sun is shining!!

We had an absolute wonderful time. The condo has beautiful views of the ocean, less than a 5 min walk to amazing shelling and the water! The heated pool and hot tub were amazing. Clean, well kept, comfortable beds and cozy furnishings. It felt like home the minute we walked in. I can still hear the waves from the great balcony overlooking the beach and water. Our 3 year old had the time of her life … swimming, shelling and building sand castles. We will be back!

What a wonderful host and a cozy well apportioned place. She thought of everything we might need. Some hots can be stingy with toiletries, paper supplies, coffee, etc., but not this host. Very communicative. Will stay again which speaks volumes. Book with confidence.

Great location and condo! It was quiet, yet steps from the beach. Pool and hot tub were nice, always plenty of chairs. Melissa was responsive with questions we had before and after we arrived. What we loved when we left is there was a pantry where we could leave our unopened food and drink! No other location we have stayed over the last ten years has offered this.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Conrad's place. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

This was a great choice in a quiet community with view to the lake and screened cover balcony to enjoy. Very clean and upgraded unit. I will definitely book again on my next visits. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the condo and it was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, plus we were pleasantly surprised with supplies that we did not expect! (beach wagon, portable beach chairs , fishing equiptment,etc). We had a few questions come up and Fred responded literally in minutes. Great place, great experience.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Yenny's place. It was beautiful and very comfortable to live in. Great location - close to many restaurants, grocery shopping and the beach is only 5 minutes away by car. Yenny answered our questions promptly and was very helpful. We highly recommend staying at Yenny's place and we would definitely stay there again.

We love Sanibel. Nancy’s place met our needs very well. It is an easy walk to the beach and very comfortable. We were very happy to be able to have our two little dogs with us for a very reasonable fee.

I came here for my 30th birthday and I left engaged! I couldn't have wanted a better place to stay it was exactly like the photos there was plenty of room for me and my boyfriend and she had every possible tool you would need to make any kind of food! the neighbors were friendly and it was very peaceful and damn near directly in the middle of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers. really the perfect location to be able to explore everything you want within an hour distance. she was very kind very helpful and always responded when I needed! I would definitely stay here again.

Roomy, clean, comfortable!These three adjectives sum up our experience at this unit! The master bed was SO comfortable! We liked and used the ceiling fan. Two nice sized closets in the master bath, and a generously sized dresser and table in the master, gave us substantial room to put away clothing for the week. Both modern bathrooms had quality linens and several beach towels available for our use. The kitchen was well appointed, modern, and spacious. We enjoyed the comfy couch and ceiling fan in the living area. X-finity TV and some streaming services were super nice. The screened in porch was lovely in the evenings, and it has a ceiling fan also. From this unit to the water at the beach is maybe 200 yards. We are 60+ and have joint issues and walked it several times per day, no problem. We can recommend Mucky Duck, Sanibel Cafe, Gramma Dot’s restaurants and Bowman and Turner beaches for a different shelling experience. We saw manatees at Bowman Beach!

WHY? Oh, WHY..would you spend the same dollars for a hotel ROOM, miles from the beach when you can have a THREE bedroom, TWO bath, fully equipped kitchen, LARGE space.. biking distance [for a fit person!] from the beach in a quiet environment with a small and mostly private pool!!?? A super plus for some people who are light sensitive sleepers is the bonus of hurricane shutters that can be closed for complete darkness. Beats "black-out" light seeping drapes every time! When we stayed the primary bedroom mattress was not great for us but by the time you stay may be replaced...or..not a concern for YOU as those items tend to be personal preference. Quiet, small community in a great location for access to beach, restaurants, and shopping. A "no brainer".

Had a great stay. Condo had a great view of the ocean. The beach had tons of shells and white sand. We were very happy with Jeanette’s condo. Walked across the street to Santini Plaza which is not fully open yet. The Islander is a favorite shop there and they were open. A Cuban food truck parked there was a good place for coffee and sandwiches. We visited the local market at Santini on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Picked up some food items and fresh squeezed juice.

Caihlin was an amazing host! Her place is beautiful and in a great location! She saved us at the last minute when our other condo turned out to be not what we expected. We lived our stay! She is extremely responsive and friendly. Well stocked kitchen, paddles, racquets, beach chairs. Everything needed for a relaxing fun vacation! I would highly recommend this location!

We enjoyed the condo-it was clean and centrally located. I also appreciate that the unit had beach chairs and towels, an umbrella and a cooler. It’s a bit pricey considering we were at the end of the season but you are paying for a central location and ability to walk to the beach.

The listing was accurate. The unit was close to a busy road but still quiet. Plenty of food options within close driving distance There was plenty of space to relax when we were back at the condo.

Jenifer and Wally were great hosts. Communication was proactive and very helpful. The condo was great. It had everything we needed and more including all kitchen essentials and beach essentials. The location is perfect being 15 minutes from either Marco Island or downtown Naples. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back. Thank you Jenifer and Wally for having us!

Place is as described. Great location and resort. Elena is a very responsive host. Bedding and linens very comfortable. Close to restaurants and activities. Pool was good for kids.

Staying at Kate’s accommodation far exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in many places over the years and this is the first time we have been complete satisfied. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, all modern appliances, kitchen equipment was excellent, it was like a home from home, everything we needed was there. The property was exactly as described in the listing. Even down to the beach chairs and umbrellas, superb! Not broken which you often find in rentals. I could not fault this property at all. It was perfectly positioned also, could walk to the pool and also had a lovely view of a lake. We will 100% be returning next year. Kate was also attentive and answered any questions I had promptly and professionally. Thank you Kate for making our stay so special!

We had such a great time. the condo was the perfect size, so pretty and so clean. The heated pool and hot tub was perfect and we spent our down time on the screened in porch. We will definitely go back there when we go to Naples again.

Spartan kitchen and bedrooms. No dressers and no pool towels and uncomfortable couches. No access to regular tv- unable to watch bowl games. Clean place and near office. Wonderful resort And Josh and his team are 5 stars. If these issues are resolved it will be a great rental

We have used Naples Vacations a few times in the past and they have always been proactive and responsive. We had no issues with our stay and Jennifer was friendly and reached out personally before our arrival to provide check in and access details .
