This was a beautiful 4 story home walking distance from a few restaurants and coffee shops. There was WiFi, a drawer of games to play if you wanted, all the tvs had Netflix and there was even filtered water with hot and cold water. They had tea, coffee and left us a nice gift basket with cookies chips and wine inside. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and more than happy to help with anything we needed. The host was amazing and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would stay here again if we ever get the chance to come back!

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

Ver was very responsive and super accommodating with our requests. Roselyn and Bong, the staff, were very attentive, helpful and nice. The place was as shown on photo. Living spaces and entertainment area were what made this place special for us. And the view! It is on 3 floors: compact and spacious at the same time. We really enjoyed the space, the service, the location and the amenities. We highly recommend. And I am definitely looking forward to going back.

We had a pleasant stay at Segunda Villa. The location was great, and you can really enjoy the cold breeze in Tagaytay.

Our stay at Piña Colina Residences was exceptional! This hidden gem provided everything our family needed for a relaxing getaway. The house was spotless, well-organized, and smelled great. The dining setup made our stay feel special, and all essentials were provided—kitchen utensils, a grill, videoke, and working WiFi. The beds were prepared with guest kits, slippers, and towels. The house had three spacious rooms: two upstairs with double beds and one downstairs with a queen and double bed. Air conditioning and lighting worked perfectly. Smoking and drinking weren’t allowed inside, so we celebrated our father’s birthday outside while grilling, and the kids enjoyed the jacuzzi. Parking was convenient, and the host was very responsive. The only minor issue was the shower heater, which sometimes got too hot. Despite that, our stay was amazing. We’d love to return in the future. Definitely the best family-friendly accommodation in Tagaytay!

This was the perfect place! The home was spotless thanks to the caretaker, spacious and had everything you could need. Linens and towels were clean and smelled fresh. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed to cook. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and every room had its own full bathroom! The host, Fabrice, was very accommodating and responsive to all our requests and concerns. The listing mentions a caretaker on premises that you can also hire for an extra fee that is agreed on between you and her. Fabrice gave me Ate Bina's contact info and made arrangements to hire her for our entire stay. Do yourself a favor and do the same because she was a god-send. She can do the cooking, cleaning and laundry for you. We wanted fresh pandesal, fruits and hot breakfast every morning and Ate Bina made it happen. The property was great and we can't say enough good things about it, but the best part of our trip was Ate Bina! She cried when we told her we were going to miss her.

Place was spacious. Parking can fit up to 4 vehicles. Secure and gated. Rooms either had 2 queen beds, a king bed, or 6 bunk beds with pullout. We were only 12 people but this place should fit up to 20 comfortably (ad says 30 pax even). Shame we weren't able to tryout the heated pool because it was raining when we were there. Appreciated the big gazebo with all of the dining tables and chairs. Had a flat screen too which helped show the PowerPoint and Excel files we were discussing. Also had a videoke machine for after dinner entertainment -- however the sound system/speakers were terrible. That was the only downside. Everything else was up to par. Good for large groups or multiple families (clan) gathering. Location was solid too -- quite near Tagaytay action.

We used Zaia Country House as the preparation venue for my daughter’s debut party, and it was a fantastic choice. The house was incredibly spacious—more than enough for our group of 12. Everything was spotless and well-organized. The linens smelled fresh, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was huge, fully equipped with excellent cooking utensils, which came in handy when we decided to cook. Overall, we had an amazing stay, and special thanks to the host for regularly checking in on us and to the caretakers for being so helpful with anything we needed.

We had an amazing stay at this resort! The water was warm and inviting, and the entire place was clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. We also had a great time enjoying the amenities—playing billiards, singing with the karaoke, and making the most of the big TV. Everything added to a fun and relaxing experience. If you're looking for a place to unwind with great facilities and excellent service, this resort is definitely worth a visit.

Thank you for hosting our family. The staff was very accommodating. We suggested adding contrasting edges to the stairs in the villa since they have the same color as the tiles on the upper floor, making them easier to see, especially at night. The place was clean! Great experience—we'll definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at Daniel’s Place! The kids had a blast in the pool, and the granny absolutely loved the heated jacuzzi. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the well-maintained lawn added to the charm—perfect for those who enjoy a quiet night with family. The rooms, linens, and towels were spotless and smelled wonderful. We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay!

The place is a gem and was as described -- 3 villas with enough space for us -- a family of 15 with 6 kids -- to gather for a meal and to sleep. There was a pool and heated jacuzzi that the kids really enjoyed even if it has been raining nonstop during our stay. All amenities mentioned were also available. We cooked meals during our stay, btw. Their caretakers were also there to assist us. Really such a pretty place -- as it was foggy due to the rainy weather, it felt like we were in a Tuscan village. If only it werent raining, we would have enjoyed lounging by the pool or the patio. The host was also responsive. Thank you for sharing your space.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The place had everything you could ask for—a true home away from home. From the well-equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, clean bathrooms, and even small thoughtful touches like toiletries and extra linens, everything was complete and well-prepared. Family enjoyed karaoke and the kids enjoyed the pool. What made the experience even better was Kuya Jun, the caretaker. He was incredibly attentive, accommodating, and always just a message away. Whether it was a small request or just checking in to ensure we were comfortable, he went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and hassle-free. If you're looking for a staycation spot with great amenities and exceptional service, this is it! Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Had an amazing stay at CT! Pool was clean and amenities mentioned were all available to use. Rooms have their own private bathrooms which were a +++! with strong water pressure! Aircons are fully functioning, place was really clean too, caretakers are very accommodating! Would only suggest to replace the living area fan with an industrial fan (2 units) as it was too weak to use for everyone. Overall, we loved our stay!

It was a wonderful stay. We got a great view of the taal and the ambience is the best part! Things to note. 1. Medyo matarik lang daan pababa nung resort pero kayang kaya ng sasakyan. 2. May stray cats, unfortunately nakagat nya ako :( buti nalang may booster ako recently lang. 3. Walang lutuan pero may microwave, rice cooker, water heater and ref. 4. Yung cr is nasa baba which is okay lang din naman. We felt safe sa lugar kasi accommodating yung mga caretaker. Mabilis din sila magrespond pag may need kame help. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely come back!

Had a great stay. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and secured at the place. Harveline is very responsive and gives clear instructions. Her parents are also very helpful. Had to go out and buy stuff at the mall and Tatay Cris serviced me to and from. Even gave me fresh coconut on my birthday! There is a family of stray cats in the area and enjoyed looking after them. They ended up following me around wherever I go. It was a great touch. I really had a peaceful time at the place. Highly recommended. Sobrang ganda ng place. kahit anong angulo mo tignan nakaka mesmerize. Sobrang bait pa nila kuya na nag assist samin kuddos po. Sobrang bilis at very respectful. Hindi kayo mag sisisi. 🥰

Place was very nice. The housekeeper was very helpful and accommodating. The host was responsive and properly addressed all of our inquiries. We’ll definitely be coming back to the place!

Charming place to stay in! If you’re tired of staying in a standard room or condo then this place is for you. Just don’t expect everything to be squeaky clean as a hotel. It’s clean in a sense that the sheets are freshly changed, and the floors are swept but it does have a few cobwebs and some dust around since technically it’s an open breeze house which is fine for us but might not be for some. Cabin aesthetic is a mix of the mountain houses in Baguio, and of the old bahay kubo-bahay na bato houses which makes it very unique - and why I appreciate the place as an architect and will book with friends also working in the same field. Location is near Ayala Mall Serin which makes going out for food and groceries really easy (it’s even better to walk than to drive in traffic since everything is near). The host, Joyce is very responsive and accommodating. She had Arlene, the caretaker assist us during our short stay. The thing I’m a bit bummed about pala is that the outdoor lighting sa

We loved the Oak Cabin of Camper and Cabin Forest. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and had everything that we needed. The food at the restaurant was good and the massage was worth it. My only concerns were the privacy since you can been seen outside through the front door when outside the rooms especially at night and also I think there’s no way to lock the cabin from the outside so we had to leave the cabin unlocked while we ate breakfast at the restaurant. Still it was a very enjoyable stay and we would book again in the future.

The Green House hosted by Jenn was cozy and nice. it has all space you'll need for a big group or family. all of the rooms are airconditioned, could have been better if the living room downstairs have aircon too! Furnitures and ambiance were nice, wifi is great, but cell signal is a problem on the 2nd floor. Kuya Ronald was responsive and really took care of us. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, so its a good place to relax and bond with family and friends. Jenn also left us some chips as compliments for our stay.

Absolutely love this place! Beautifully designed, very spacious, clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the karaoke, board games and private pool. The host was responsive and friendly, and the caretakers made sure our stay was seamless and comfortable. If you're looking for a peaceful and private getaway with your friends/family, this is the perfect choice. Will definitely come back again.
