Lovely home - as advertised. We would stay again and recommend to others

Perfect, perfect, perfect!!! Excellent and quick communication. The location was great. We had five adults and never felt crowded. There were so many areas in the house to relax and enjoy. Very highly recommend. We felt right at home.

Great house with plenty of intangibles. Safe neighborhood. Our children enjoyed being able to bike over to their Grandmothers house a few blocks away. Morning coffees on the canal and sunrise yoga on the lenai were one of a kind!! Hope to stay there again in the future!

One would have to look far and wide to find a better house to rent in Florida. There is no way to describe everything, from the spa like bath towels to every kitchen appliance needed. John and I like to eat the evening meal in and this kitchen has everything! The living room is comfortable and inviting. The pool and the amount of outdoor furniture is amazing. Throughout our stay I had a couple of questions and Ed responded immediately. We have already booked for 2026 and plan to be winter regulars at this house. If interested you should book soon as it will fill up and my guess is many will return over and over again.

Aimee’s place was very nice, spacious, peaceful and relaxing. The screened porch looking at the pool and the canal was our favorite spot to hang out watching fish jumping, Kitchen was well stocked for those of us that enjoy cooking. House was very clean upon our arrival. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Aimee was very friendly and responded quickly when we needed something. I highly recommend Aimee’s place.

The house/location/amenities were all as advertised—very clean and included everything you could need. We loved the fenced in yard, canal water access, and available kayaks. We will recommend to family and friends.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is great in a quiet neighborhood on the canal. Highly recommend.

Sylvie’s place was clean, fairly spacious yet casual. The bed was comfortable. Great view of the pool and backyard. Lots to do in the area. Good value. Sylvie was so friendly and interesting. Would go back.

Bea’s place was nice and accommodating. The condo was clean, just as described, and stocked with supplies, except extra toilet paper. Bea was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The pool is ok and clean, but the area is nothing fancy. If you are seeking a clean, safe place for a getaway, this place is great!

Very beautifully decorated place with great quality linens. Well stocked with several items. That are very useful beautiful place would recommend for sure!!

Tout était absolument parfait ! Logement très confortable, très très bien équipé et très propre ! Vraiment ok s’y sentait comme à la maison, on y serai vraiment bien resté plus longtemps ! Décoré avec goût, on a adoré ! Piscine a bonne température et propre. Super marché et restaurants juste en face. Plage à proximité ! Vraiment tout était parfait !!! Merci beaucoup !

Our fourth trip ❤️ - what a great price point and central location! We spent most of our time at Manasota beach and found LOTS of sharks teeth. Thank you once again for sharing your property! You know we will be back again!!

Dez was a great host. He bent over backwards to make us very comfortable.

The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed. The stairs are steep getting in so it was a bit of work to get our heavy suitcases in. The pool was great and very warm despite the fact that we had a cooler week than typical in Florida. We had a plumbing issue that was resolved quickly. The location to the beach was great.

Stay was great. We had a couple of issues (thrown breaker and leaky pipe under sink), but they were both solved within thirty minutes of me sending a message. We would stay again if in the area.

This was a last minute weekend getaway trip for my son's 7th birthday and we're so glad we did as we had an amazing time. The cottage had everything we needed, huge kitchen sink, washer dryer, K cup and even fresh laid eggs from the chicken farm! The weather was also perfect. We spent the day in Sarasota and hung out around the fire pit at night. Kids had a blast! Will definitely come back, maybe with a larger group next time, as there is a larger property available on site as well.

Beautiful little cottage and Kara was wonderful to work with. Would definitely recommend this cottage to others. Everything imaginable was provided so all you really need to do is show up!
