It’s great place to stay a lot of space, don’t let the outside fooled you. The inside is clean spacious quiet. Everything you need for your stay was there. Owner was really responsive and made it easy for us. At first I book it for 3 nights but just needed for 2. He add no issues to reimburse 1 night and approved our change. I recommend this Airbnb and when I go back i will rebook there for sure.

The place was modern, clean, and a little 60s retro vibe. We loved it! Perfect for a couple. We walked about 15-20 minutes to downtown and enjoyed an Irish Dance show at the Grand theatre and a Frontenac’s hockey game at the arena. All walkable. We would recommend Movie at the Screening Room Theatre & dessert at Chez Piggy. The Great Lakes Museum was the perfect way to take in some local history. The suite was lovely. Walking at night there are not many street lights but we felt safe. Few dog walkers out and about. The parking outside the suite was convenient & worked well. I would highly recommend staying with these hosts! Kristine was always kind and responsive.

You get what you see. The place is beautiful and well maintained. Clean. The beds are excellent I feel like home. I will recommend

My mom, sister and I rented Ashley & Shane’s beautiful Air B & B, We had a wedding in Picton to attend and this was a great location for us. The place has everything you need, and a cozy, rustic, super clean, environment, it felt like a home away from home. The views and surroundings are absolutely breathtaking too. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, we appreciate your hospitality. Thanks again and we look forward to returning.

Me and my Family (5 persons) booked Carola's place and found it to be way more beautiful and cozy as described in the photos and reviews. Prime location. themed bedrooms, cozy lodge like feeling in the living room which was laid out very well with a nice big well equipped kitchen and the personal decorative touches just lit up this place. the patio was so peaceful and so was the beutifully landscaped riverview garden with a cozy gazebo and the fireplace. everything well laid out, thoughtfully set up with protection from bugs and all. the Egyptian room as well as moira room both were comfortable and had all necessary utilities. bathrooms big and functional. ample lighting inside and outside like a festival. Above all, Carola has put her heart into it with the decor and helpful pieces of touristy information. she was well responsive, helpful and courteous. check in check out rules were easy and considerate. not like other bnb's who give you a long list of duties. 100% recommended.

We had an issue when we arrived, Scott was incredibly reactive, he arrived in a few minutes and was super efficient. Good recommendations and help for the fire permit. The place is quiet and very well equipped. The view os amazing, manu different birds.

This place was very private and peaceful. 20-25 mins to Kingston which was handy for meals, groceries, etc. Spacious, comfortable beds, huge kitchen, nice office area and sunroom. Not having a TV was slightly inconvenience but we knew that going in. Also, this place does not have a full Waterview from the cottage itself; you have to walk to it to get a full view. Overall, we enjoyed our week here.

Helga is a wonderful host with a welcoming home! From the moment we booked, she offered helpful suggestions for things to do in the city. The bedroom exceeded my expectations—spacious and spotlessly clean. After a day of exploring and enjoying the beach, all we needed was a good night’s sleep, and Helga provided the perfect mattress and ambiance for that. She truly made my roommate and me feel at home. The next day, Helga even called to check on us and see how our camping trip went, as she was concerned about the forecasted thunderstorms. Her delicious breakfast was the perfect start to our day. Thank you, Helga, for your care and for being such a fantastic host!
