I was in love as soon as I walked through the door!!! It was an extremely peaceful and close to everything!!! It was exactly what I was looking for!!

Christi was very quick when it came to communicating and did so very clearly, ran into zero issues and my money was well spent with her as my host. The place was very cozy and felt like home. Would definitely come again.

I loved my stay. The apartment was trendy, great appeal, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was located in a great area with great options of restaurants and bars yet very quiet and peaceful. Meika was very responsive, helpful and very polite. I will definitely try to book with her again. Side note the beds were very comfortable.

Lovely place, as described, Carl was very responsive, I had plenty of room and every amenity that I needed. Initially was only supposed to stay 13 weeks ended up staying 10 months Carl was extremely accommodating, I would definitely stay again when visiting Warsaw/Kennansville area. Thanks Carl for an amazing stay!

John’s place was amazing!! It was a lovely space that made you feel right at home as you walk in! It is minutes from Camp Lejeune which is perfect for visiting family and friends!! I will definitely be back!!

I cannot convey how stunning this property is. They have updated this 1900 home with modern conveniences and kept the old beauty and charm. Our family stayed here for my daughter's wedding at Cornelius Properties. We hosted a bridesmaids brunch on Friday. Had plenty of room for family to just hang out because we traveled from 4 different states for this wedding. The pictures we took inside the home were gorgeous and my guest were in awe of its beauty and size. So if you are in Goldsboro rent this gem so Chelsea can continue to revitalize this historical keepsake. Side note: when we traveled to Goldsboro they had just had a snow and ice storm and I called Chelsea about the roads since we were driving up from SC. She was out of town but her neighbors actually walked up to the main road to check out the conditions and gave us a thumbs up.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from ECU. It was so convenient to campus. The house was comfy and very clean. Highly recommend.

We have stayed in the Jacksonville are several times, this is by far the best home we have stayed in. Will definitely try to stay here again everytime we are in the area.

Julie’s place was wonderful! My mother, my son’s girlfriend and I traveled to Jacksonville to attend his SOI Graduation. We were so comfortable and happy with our accommodations. It was very peaceful and as soon as we walked into the house, we truly felt at home! Every room is decorated so nicely, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cooking items you need. The beds are super comfortable and there was even shampoo & conditioner in the bathrooms. Julie was very friendly and easy to communicate. She was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. If I am ever in the Jacksonville area again, I will definitely book Julie’s place again!😊

My family and dogs had such an amazing stay this weekend. This was the cleanest airbnb I have ever stayed in - I was amazed. Mark and Paul were very responsive and made it easy to check-in and check-out. It was in a great location - near a lot of Greenville and close to ECU (for those that go to any sporting events or visiting kids). We truly felt worry free all weekend. I will be staying here again!! Highly recommend.

Such a great stay! It’s a condo but extremely quiet and personal - being on a golf course. Just up the road from several restaurants and fun things for kids and a mile away from Emerald Isle. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

Stayed in this gorgeous apartment for our daughter’s graduation. Not only beautifully decorated but also has everything you need and more. This place exceeded our expectations and set the bar high. The rooftop is a getaway with its own half bath, wet bar and views. As a terrific communicator Jen made our experience seamless. Definitely the best place to stay in Greenville!

We loved our stay at this rental! It has everything you need for a week long stay, and it’s very close to Camp Lejeune. The condo was clean, welcoming, and the hosts are so nice. Plenty of room for 2-4 people. The park behind the rental has boardwalks right next to the river, and the views are great! We will definitely book again.
