Nice place within walking distance of all things downtown Johnson City. Clean and as described. Would stay again!

Perfect location for UNCA and downtown. Phil’s was quiet and spacious- perfect for a couple or group of friends. There’s a Murphy bed in the living room that was so comfy and even has a privacy curtain. We appreciated how new and clean everything was, the ceiling fans, and loved having a laundry room. Phil has thought of the extras like lots of towels, fresh flowers and a couple of cold beverages in the fridge. Nice gravel lot in the back for easy parking. We stayed for a weekend and didn’t hear a peep from any neighbors the entire time. Slept like babies! Looking forward to coming back.

Very easy to get to, the place was very clean and just had a relaxed vibe to it.

The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to downtown, which made getting to the Billy Strings show every night a breeze. The space itself was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home. We’ll 100% be back next time we’re in town.

Very accessible & perfect for our needs. All one level. Ramp to the back & shopping cart provided for easy loading & unloading. Very spacious for both of us. Loved the big TV, cute fireplace heater & well-stocked kitchen. Roomy shower. Just bring your clothes & food/drinks. Would love to claim it for future visits to my former hometown!

Absolutely perfect. Cozy downtown apartment feel. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the burger shop downstairs was so delicious for a diner feel. We walked around everywhere and there was so much to do! We felt safe and the place was absolutely beautiful and had little local elements which were so charming. No complaints about anything! A word of warning- the autumn forest puzzle in the apartment is SO HARD and that’s coming from a seasoned puzzler. I had to give up :’( Thank you so much for having us!

Great location and easy access to everything downtown. Great place to stay for events at the arena. Definitely will stay again in the future!

The house was nicely decorated and furnished. The kitchen had all the necessary pots, pans, dishes and utensils to cook meals.

Super clean and cozy place with no sign of prior visitors. Very thoughtful touches throughout including laundry detergent and bottles of water. About a block from a beautiful park. If we ever need to stay in Statesville again, would rebook without hesitation!

This place is very welcome very cozy very clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very quiet and relaxing place .we enjoyed our vacation and we will come back . The host Melissa was super nice and very thoughtful of everything what you need to make your stay fantastic.we love that place and is highly recommend to give a try .

The house has beautiful views of the sunrise, and was spacious enough to house 4 adults and 3 very tall teenage boys. It was absolutely frigid the weekend we went, but having so many ways to access the decks would have been perfect for drinking coffee and watching the sunrise over the mountains. We enjoyed our time in Hendersonville and a lot of that is due to staying at the house, which is located within walking distance of several shops and restaurants.

Wonderful location and very easy check-in. The place was clean and comfortable. The decorations were also adorable (loved the gnome theme). Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable, cozy, had everything we needed, very clean, amazing location, was close to everything including ETSU which was why we were there. Yard was so beautiful to lool at. Can't wait to stay again.

Host was very nice and communicated very well with quick responses. Provided items that someone might leave at home on accident. I would stay there again and recommend them to anyone.

Great place! Very clean and as described. 2 things wish I knew when booking: Tire chains and/or All Wheel Drive are a requirement. Sugar Top Resort was windy during our stay, which means you can hear all sorts of air vents banging from the fireplace. This was incredibly annoying at night, and would keep a light sleeper awake. We talked to other guests in the elevator about this and it seems an issue for the whole resort.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway, we enjoyed the view and relaxing on the balcony.

Jennifer and her co-hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Close to ski slopes, but not within walking distance, which was fine with us. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. The porch furniture was the best, love the gliders. And the view of Grandfather Mountain and surrounding mountains was beautiful. Great experience!!

Your place was very lovely. It was very clean and I hope we left it without any issues and followed your check out instructions. Unfortunately the pool and Jacuzzi was out of service due to them doing renovations but that was ok and we understood, stuff like that has to happen from time to time. Again thank you for allowing us to check in early and your speedy response. Tim

Great condo on a beautiful lake. Took this trip to help my daughter get situated in her new apartment a couple of miles up the road. Will be coming back to see her this summer and I will definitely stay here again! If it’s available 😄

Katie’s place was lovely! Clean, modern condo, beautiful area, and a convenient location near grocery stores and restaurants. In the evening we sat outside on the porch to relax. It was great to have an elevator since I had a foot injury and couldn’t use stairs. Highly recommend Katie’s place over a hotel, especially if you have 4-6 guests.
