Great place to stay that was extremely clean and reflective of the pics. Suly was very responsive and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend Suly’s place.

We travel to Tallahassee every few months to go visit family with our children, usually at every Airbnb we have to kid proof the area as soon as we check in but not Kays place. We were pleasantly surprised by how kid friendly it was with an ample living room for them to have their activities in, everything in the home was clean, Kay was quick to respond to any questions and had a very friendly demeanor willing to go above and beyond Since the home is located very close to I10 it makes it very convenient to get around town while still being in a private and quiet neighborhood I would definitely recommend Kays place to anyone that comes to visit town either with children or without children We were very happy with our stay there and would stay again on future trips

The stay at Blackhouse was peaceful, comfortable and relaxing. It’s located in quiet neighborhood and has space for dogs to enjoy as well. The home was clean and I felt at ease during my weekend trip to Tallahassee. Conveniently located in an area with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping plazas for whatever need you may have and is a short drive to FSU. I have stayed here before and will plan to continue staying here whenever I’m in the Tallahassee area.

Probably my favorite stay that I’ve booked! The location is private, peaceful & beautiful but still ~10 minutes from grocery stores & restaurants. Well-stocked with just about everything you could need and the best-equipped kitchen I’ve had at an airbnb yet. Ann is thoughtful, quick to respond, and friendly. Would love to book again!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage! It was charming, cozy, and had everything we needed. We felt right at home. My 2 girls loved the cozy bed and pillows, as well as the beautiful decor. We loved the little details of added snacks, water, and toiletry items. Jessica and Chris were immediately responsive when we had issues connecting to WiFi. We hope to come back one day and stay here again! Thank you for a delightful stay.

The place was perfect for us. We came to town for one night for a medical appointment and we were delighted when we walked in the door. We were late arriving and it felt like home when we stepped inside. The place was immaculately clean and welcoming. The bed in the master was super comfortable which allowed for a much needed nights sleep. We used the kitchen for breakfast and had all the items we needed. Fully stocked kitchen. Many thanks for the stay. We will stay again if we return to Tallahassee!

The home was very clean and comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location is great for FSU football games and visiting students at FSU. The host was friendly and responsive.
