Absolutely spotless! The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made the stay super comfortable. Perfect location—just minutes from FSU and surrounded by some of the best local food spots. The host was amazing—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Would 100% stay here again!

This is a great stay, especially if you’re looking to stay close to FSU. The host was a 10/10 on communication. We were able to discuss checkout 20/30 minutes later then original time. The area is populated with people around but it is not loud, busy or constant seeing/hearing people. It’s just an apartment beside other apartments complexes and it’s right across the road from the school, so noise is a 3/10. Comfortableness is a 9/10, wish the backyard had a little fence but I understand some places May not allow it. But my rating would be a 10/10 all around besides a 9/10 if we could’ve had a little fence. my dog did enjoy the walks though. she prefers to potty off leash, but there is a good area or two to walk them, so she did perfectly fine. I’m sure your pet will, too.

We evacuated from St. Pete, Fl from Hurricane Milton. A normal four hour drive to Tallahassee took 9 hours, so we were exhausted when we arrived. It was so nice to walk into the condo with the AC on and soft lights. We felt welcomed. The condo is just like the pictures. The upstairs beds were so comfortable. (We didn't use twin beds.) Great water pressure for hot showers, that were much needed. While we weren't on vacation, we did feel at home. We would definitely recommend this property and owners to anyone who wants to stay in Tallahassee. Any questions we asked were answered promptly. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The space was incredibly clean, modern, and peaceful, providing the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. A word of advice—be sure to read the details carefully, as this is a shared space (something we didn’t realize until right before our arrival). However, our experience was still fantastic! Our host was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating, making sure we felt completely at ease. He gave us full access to the space, which made our stay all the more comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and welcoming place to stay.

Suhail's home is clean, spacious and in a great location. Wonderful hospitality!

There were several things which stood out about Susan and her Airbnb. 1. She was easy to communicate with. I had a snafu with my scheduling but Susan understood and was very generous with accommodating me. 2. She pays attention to detail. Susan reached out a few days before my arrival to ask about my pet. My granddaughter has a small older dog which stayed with us. Susan made sure Assata had food and water bowls, poop bags, and puppy pads. 3. It was my granddaughters graduation. We were greeted with a bottle of bubbly, muffins, brownies, and a snack station with chips. This was appreciated since we had driven over 8 hours. 4. I pay attention to the quality of toilet paper used in bathrooms. Susan had Charmin and I loved it. She had wash clothes especially for makeup removal. Even though I use an oil to remove my makeup, it leaves residuals. The makeup towels were a nice touch. 5. This place is everything advertised and more. I would stay again. Thank you Susan

Everyone enjoyed their stay! House was extremely clean and lots of personal use items available. Loved the fact everyone had their own bathrooms! We will be back soon!

The location was fantastic as it was close to campus. The place was very nice and perfect for 2 people. The host couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again.

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Any questions or small concerns I had were addressed almost instantly, which really enhanced my experience and gave me peace of mind. The maintenance staff was also exceptionally friendly. When I ran into them during my stay, they were polite and eager to assist, adding a nice personal touch to the overall experience. The location is another major highlight. Being close to both Aldi and Publix was so convenient, especially for grabbing groceries or last-minute essentials. It saved me a lot of time and made it easy to prepare meals during my stay.

Rental was exactly how it was described in the listing. It was very clean inside the condo. The kitchen was nicely furnished also. Having three bathrooms was very helpful!
