Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle associated with in town motels. Sitting on the covered porch for evening cocktails or morning coffee was a great perk!

We absolutely loved this lake house. It felt like a well loved home. So comfortable and well stocked. Stan was a fantastic host, very friendly, accommodating and responsive. The whole stay was perfect. Would definitely recommend and will stay again!

We would stay again. Four of us stayed at the Brazos House, although it could comfortably sleep many more. It is very spacious. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bathroom is an ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The other is a Jack & Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is well-equipped. It is located right next to the marina, which is very convenient. The only minor drawbacks were no ball for the foosball machine, we couldn't get the DirectTV to work, and if WiFi was available, we couldn't connect. But we weren't there for those things anyway, so we didn't pursue a resolution. Also, the front porch was full of mosquitos but that is the area and time of year. Be aware that it is upstairs and there is no elevator. My elderly mom was able to get to it though via a grassy hill that goes almost to the second floor. Great accommodation for a large group and a wonderful view of the lake.

Host answered all of my questions quickly and the home had everything we needed to make our stay fun and comfortable.

Beautiful home deep in the country. GPS has difficulty bringing you directly to the property, but the host was excellent at verbally directing us. It was clean and comfortable. Very private, and a serene country setting. We saw deer cross right by the house. We did not stay long enough to explore the area but loved the setting. The home was well stocked with everything to make us feel at home.

Absolutely gorgeous, peaceful property. Very spacious home and kitchen had everything we couldve needed and then some. Will definitely go again.

Our entire stay was so pleasant. I feel like Valerie goes above and beyond with communicating with you. The house was very clean absolutely no complaints.

We needed a place to stay after a long day at a band competition. Since we weren't going to get in until late, just needed a place to get clean and a bed to sleep in. The Big Bass Bungalow provided just that. I only wish we'd had more time to explore and enjoy the lake.

Don and Ally's cabin was an amazing little place to stay! if you are wanting a cozy getaway, I highly recommend this cabin!

This cabin was just what we needed for 1 night. It was quiet, people around us were very nice. Front desk were nice and helpful. It's a beautiful area
