There are so many things I could say about my time here. It’s been nothing short of amazing. Helena is an extremely attentive, helpful host. Heidi the caretaker is so smiley and friendly and keeps the property clean, it’s always a pleasure to see her around. The views are stunning, wonderful sunsets. I wanted a month of solitude and peace right on the beach and this place has been absolutely perfect. More than I could’ve asked for. It’s a very pleasant walk to town, either along the beach or the road (which is fun to say hi to the locals). The walk didn’t feel far at all and there is also a fruit truck which comes by most days so you will always be stocked up and there is also a delivery service from the grocery store. If you want a simple, peaceful place to relax and connect, this place is it. It like an artists get away, it’s given me lots of creativity to write and explore new interests.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und den weitläufigen Strand. Beide Gastgeber waren sehr kommunikativ und sind stets auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt☺️

Je suis plus que satisfaite... après avoir fait plusieurs pays et hébergements, je suis ravie de terminer mes vacances dans cet havre de paix. Tout en étant non loin de la ville, j'ai pu me ressourcer en marchant sur une plage sublime et me sentir en sécurité. Que dire de l'hôte à part qu'il soit très à l'écoute et d'une gentillesse. Tout est parfait et je le recommande grandement ...

Dana's place is right on the beach, and a lovely spot to enjoy the Pacific ocean! Her family is amazing - Mario, Lucy, Angie and the boys are the most amazing family. They truly were there for any little thing anyone might need, and they sincerely wanted to make my stay amazing. The house is literally three doors down from a great restaurant with some of the coldest beers in Nicaragua. There are two lovely hammocks, and two private bedrooms. One private bath with hot water and the best of all - an outdoor shower. I can't say enough about how wonderful this family is! Unfortunately I had to leave early - and they were all there to see me off. They are absolutely incredible! I can't wait to return. Thanks, Dana - for everything, and hopefully see you and your family soon

Nuestra estancia fue excelente, la casa es amplia y muy linda, muy bien cuidada, don Alexis y Doña Blanca están pendientes de lo que pueden ayudarte y te hacen sentir bienvenido, me gustó que te muestran toda la casa y te entregan lo que puedes encontrar en la cocina para ayudarte en tu estancia. Que estuviera frente a la playa fue muy importante para nosotros ya que íbamos con un adulto mayor que no puede caminar mucho y pudo disfrutarlo. Los cuartos son cómodos y ofrecen privacidad.

I love El Transito -- our family has been coming for years to the beach and this year was extra special since my parents were celebrating 50yrs of their wedding anniversary. We splurged and rented this beautiful home for a weekend and we just had a blissful time. We arrived earlier than expected, but we were able to drop off our bags w/o issues. Nelson was fantastic -- very humble and super friendly. He showed us around the house and the property. The home was huge and spacious, we took all food and took advantage of the nicely stocked kitchen and grill. The pool is immense and beautiful..I love that it overlooks the beach...I spent every waking hour in the water. The rooms and bed are very comfortable -- we didn't know how to work the cold shower I'm the bathrooms, so that should be looked at with instructions with future guests. My entire family had a fantastic time in Marazul.

House is in a great location , it had all the necessities and amenities. Leon was a 20 minute drive to go out and eat and go out at night.

The house was very nice. The people who’s taking care of the house was very kind. Very nice people. The area was clean organized, and the food around was very good The house have charges did not explain to you when you do the rent Airbnb and you have to be handle it because you’re already pay basically why he asked her why he expected from you is a weird charges. They not supposed to do it, but they do it and some rules that you cannot say no.

Es un lugar perfecto para descansar, lejos del ruido, muy privado. La playa es linda, logras conectar mucho con la naturaleza si eso es lo que buscas. Me gusto la casa, tal y como estaba en la descripción.

The Location is the best,right on the ocean.2 toilets,2 sort of 3 showers ,one outside. Good ac in the bedrooms Kitchen is lacking pots and you Have to buy a jug of water just down the street but is inexpensive and not an issue at all. Italian restaurant close by is excellent. Also good surf beach,rentals and lessons a 2 minute walk. Also can rent a boogey board for like $7 for the day. Suggest taking the plastic chairs and sitting in the surf to watch the sunset We’ve been there twice and will be back. Lovely hosts

My partner and I came to stay at this house for the weekend. When we arrived we were really grateful to hear that they had surprised us with staying in the main house because there were no guests there for the weekend. It was incredibly kind for them to upgrade us :-) both houses are adorable. Of course the main house has two bedrooms and the casita is located behind the main house and is a small, well crafted studio space. The property is gorgeous and very safe. It’s fenced in and there is a gate separating the property from the beach. The space is absolutely stunning with the lookout area and lots of outside sitting space. The beach is absolutely stunning and very quiet. Perfect for a peaceful and serene getaway. 10/10, absolutely recommend.

The place was exactly as described. A beautiful little place directly on the ocean with unobstructed views. The apartment was nice and modern. Great spot to get away and enjoy the surf.
