My family and I absolutely loved staying here. This home is beautiful and very spacious. Ana always responded quickly and was very friendly. I highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

My family and I were evacuees from the Eaton Canyon Fire, and I can’t fully express how incredible Andrea and her spouse have been to us. Their kindness and generosity made us feel safe, cared for, and truly at home during such a challenging time. This Airbnb was the first place where we felt settled, and we are beyond grateful for the many ways Andrea went above and beyond to support us. The space itself is serene, both inside and out, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. It was exactly what we needed.

Nice place to hang out at the pool and have a bbq. Heated pool felt like therapy and my kids loved it.

We stayed at Patrese’s house in Woodland Hills, we needed a place at the last minute, and Patrese responded within minutes. The check in was easy and the home was very comfortable and our group of 6 fit perfectly. The beds were so comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Great place to stay ! It was close to a lot of places so we always had something to do. I wish the bathroom sink was a bigger but everything else is great! Jacuzzi felt amazing after a long day. Highly recommend this Airbnb :)

Johnny's home is a beautiful retreat in a quiet residential neighborhood. The backyard with pool and hottub is a perfect place to gather with friends and family at the end of the day. Johnny is a wonderful communicator he was always available for us, he got back to us very quickly. I would highly recommend this home. We would stay here again.

We had an amazing time—truly one of my favorite stays! The house was eclectic and beautiful, blending modern comfort with a stylish artsy Art Deco flair. The kitchen was fantastic, and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect for relaxing. Linda was a wonderful host, communicating promptly and making sure we felt right at home. The thoughtful welcome basket was such a special touch—thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable! Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to come back!

A fabulous place to stay! A true treehouse feeling, great open floor plan. Perfect for a family gathering. Easy car access to nearby restaurants and walking in the hills. Communication was great! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. Plenty of space for myself, husband and 3 children. The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Selin was very responsive and flexible as well. We would stay here again.

We loved staying at Lauren’s listing! The place was gorgeous, relaxing, and super comfortable. Best sleep i’ve had in forever! We loved taking a dip in the hot tub after our busy day and it was really convenient to have a washer and drier in our unit. Lauren as a host was wonderful, accommodating, and kind. For example, my fiancé was having an allergic reaction to a new face wash he brought on our trip and i forgot to bring Benadryl, after messaging Lauren she rushed down with some and saved the day! When we checked in we saw in the kitchenette that they had left a clear list of check in/out instructions, information about the area, and house rules which was much appreciated. We also arrived to a stocked mini fridge and a delicious bottle of wine! It was very thoughtful. Overall I would recommend this listing to anyone and everyone! The place was great and the hosts were even greater. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

I recently stayed at Phil’s and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The home was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident, from the cozy decor to the thoughtful amenities provided. Phil was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in seamless and ensuring I had everything I needed. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants yet still peaceful and quiet for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting the area! I would definitely book again in the future.

I am loathe to write to write an honest review of this place, as my praise may contribute to a rise in its popularity, and perhaps a rise in the rate, and perhaps threaten my ability to book it again in the future (for which I am eager to do)!!! Alas, an honest review is right thing to do, so I'll just say this: my family (5 adults + 3 kids) did an extensive search on AirBnB for our vacation... this was the lowest-cost listing and yet somehow also the nicest and most perfect for both the kids and adults?? Needless to say, we couldn't believe that our number one choice was also the most affordable. And, oh boy, did it turn out to be just WONDERFUL!!! With so much to do around the house for the kids, and so many places where the adults could go to be adults, we all ended up a tad bit disappointed that we didn't schedule any days to just stay at home. This is a gem listing.

My coworkers and I stayed at this place and had to extend the stay for another night. Host was easy to work with, super responsive and accommodating. We loved this place so much that we will for sure return on our next trip. Thanks for having us!

Frankie is a fantastic host and his home was perfect for our trip. It’s a very accommodating space for families. The neighborhood is peaceful and feels private compared to most places in LA. I highly recommend booking here. We’ll certainly be coming back!
