Un séjour fabuleux. La maison est belle bien située, on se sent bien( comme à la maison). L'endroit est paisible est magnifique! Pas loin du village. La vue est juste à couper le souffle et c'est agréable de pouvoir profiter de la piscine avec les grosses chaleurs du pays. La clim est aussi la bienvenue car le soir la chaleur est de 30 degrés extérieur. La maison est très fonctionnelle nous étions un couple avec un enfant. Il y a 2 sdb ce qui est top aussi. Alain est un hôte très agréable et très réactif, je le remercie pour sa gentillesse et son hospitalité. Je recommande les yeux fermé ce logement. Impossible d'être déçu 🥰

I highly, highly recommend the place, great contact, very good WiFi, close to the center, great restaurants right next door, easy access to the rocks, the beach in Plaka nearby. We will definitely come again, it is a place with a wonderful atmosphere :)

Nous avons adoré la maison d’Angelos. Tout d’abord nous avons été acceuilli par son amie Maria qui a fait transporter nos bagages et nous a guidé jusqu à la maison. Ensuite la maison est grande et très agréable avec deux grands espaces extérieurs et une super vue sur la mer de la terrasse d’en haut. Il h avait de l’eau et des fruits! Et des capsules nespresso! La literie est très confortable et grâce a la Clim nous avons très bien dormi. L’emplacement est excellent, à deux pas de tout! Mille mercis nous reviendrons!

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit 2 Terassen, die einen wunderbaren Blick bieten. Da wir in der Nebensaison im.Haus waren, hatten wir die Anlage fast für uns allein und es war wunderbar ruhig. Den Pool hatten wir fast immer zur alleinigen Nutzung und auch am Strand waren wir oft allein. Im Nachbarort gab es einen sehr guten Bäcker mit tollen selbstgemachten Eissorten und kleine und große Supermärkte.

Wonderful house, as advertised in description and as shown in pictures. It has all amenities and is in a great location, close to the Spetses port, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Veranda on top floor has a really nice view. The house is easy to find, as it is close to the city’s museum, and all windy roads have signs to the spetses museum. We were a family of 4 + 2 extra guests, the house easily fit us. We couldn’t be happier with the choice, and made the experience in Spetses unforgettable. The hosts were lovely and very friendly, they left fresh fruit in the fridge for us, and were extremely communicative. Ydria villa is an excellent choice if you plan to spend a few days in Spetses!

First thing I want to say about Kiveri Gems Houses is that it looks exactly like the pictures. It's just outside the Kiveri but close enough that you can still walk to the village. House has a long , gated driveway that suddenly opens up to an incredible view of the Mediterranean. There are trees, flowers and even grass around. All units have great sea views. All we heard are sea gulls and waves. Apartment is spacious, kitchen has everything I needed. Beds have comfortable mattresses , lots of pillows and extra blankets. We slept with open windows (there are screens and blinds on every window ) It was very quiet, day or night. Harry is always available, answered all our questions, and had some suggestions for sightseeing. We were very zen at Harry's place. Great vacation with lots of wild and beautiful beaches around. Thanks Harry, we hope to come back next year!

Beautiful stone house fully renovated - it looks like new. There is plenty of space inside and 2 terraces to enjoy morning and afternoon sun. It is literally 10 meters from the beach! The place was very clean, our host was here to welcome us (thank you for the fruits and the cookies🤗). Our stay was perfect. Plaka is a very cute village with a couple of very good taverns, a cafe/bar and a very decent mini market. For more serious shopping, Leonidio is only 5 minutes away by car - and it is actually worth a visit as well as the mountain above. I recommend this place 100%. Thank you Vasiliki!

If I could give 6 or 7 stars, I would! This is such a perfect house, right on the sea, with a private beach in turquoise waters. If you're lucky, you can see the dolphins swim by. There's a small village nearby you can walk to with good restaurants and some basic stores (it's a 10mn drive to the next supermarket in Astros). Your can even swim there! It's so peaceful and relaxing. The house has everything you'd need, it's clean and the host is eager to help. We left, but we'd love to come back.
