Lepanto District : locations de vacances

Primeramente el trato y dedicación de Stephanie, que siempre respondió a tiempo y con instrucciones claras. Siempre accesible a responder y a resolver. El lugar es precioso, muy accesible y con facilidad a supermercados, siempre y cuando tengas vehiculo. Estas a unos 4.5 Km de Playa Mantas (camino de lastre) que a su vez tienes accceso a Playa Blanca, siempre y cuando consideres la marea alta. Me encantó que tengamos un espacio asegurado en el parqueo de Playa Mantas, que es monitoreado y te da facilidades de no regresar al condominio con arena. El condominio es muy tranquilo y seguro, la piscina y areas comunes son de primera, la piscina muy limpia. En cuanto al apartamento me gustó mucho, con todas las facilidades para poder cocinarte y mantener tus alimentos . La habitacon muy limpia, con aire acondicionado, pequeña pero ideal para desconectarse y descansar dado la tranquilidad del lugar. Si quieres ir a la playa y descansar con tu pareja, este es el lugar ideal.

La estadía fue inolvidable! Desde el primer mensaje que intercambias con Xinia te das cuenta de la gran calidad de la experiencia ya que ella se dirige siempre con gran respeto y asertividad. La casa se encuentra muy equipada lo cual satisface cualquier necesidad de los huéspedes, la piscina es muy privada lo que propició agradables recuerdos familiares y momentos de gran unión., Adicionalmente, la propiedad cuenta con gran seguridad lo cual remueve toda preocupación con los vehículos. Definitivamente recomiendo este espacio para generar lindas memorias y recargar baterías.

The house is well stocked, and beautifully decorated . The location within punta Leona is also great. My only observation which is the pool is set between the room and the kitchen. Which is a beautiful setup , but with young children you have to keep a watchful eye at all times.

We loved our stay at Casas del Soleil. The property is stunning, surrounded by nature, and the villa was spotless with a well-equipped kitchen. Its location, set back from the main road, ensures a peaceful environment. Soraya is truly a treasure and her staff were exceptional. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations, arranged our airport transfer and ATV delivery. The cleaning service was top-notch, and they even took care of our laundry. The pool was an added bonus! I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

This is one of the nicest Airbnbs I have stayed in. Immaculately maintained gated community with very friendly staff. The host was very responsive, helpful and courteous. The condo is located about a 10 minute walk from a lovely local restaurant called Sabor Jacó, convenience store and fruit and vegetable market. 10 minutes further you arrive in downtown Jacó where there is everything you need. Groceries, restaurants, bars, retail stores and the beach. Downtown is a $3.00 CAD Uber ride. Everything worked perfectly in the condo. Great internet, air conditioning and lots of hot water. Bed was very comfortable and bedroom had blackout blinds. The salt water pool is 25 metres long. Great for laps. Just an overall great place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Nuestra experiencia en el alojamiento fue sumamente agradable. Súper limpio. Si quieres cocinar existen todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios y mucho más. Ganita en todo momento atenta a contestar nuestras inquietudes de una manera muy amable y cordial. La piscina extremadamente limpia. Un lugar súper tranquilo, solo se escuchan los pajaritos, vimos muchas lapas. En general recomiendo este alojamiento sin lugar a dudas. Volveré pronto. Saludos.

Beautiful location and property. View is fantastic. Pool area was lovely. Outdoor bathroom was a vibe. Felt extremely private and peaceful. Fairly quick access to town in Santa Teresa. Our host/concierge Fiona was extremely responsive and helpful. Our first time in Costa Rica so a few notes for other first time visitors relevant to this property. The roads to access the house are really rough which made coming and going an adventure. 4x4 helpful. In April, temp is fairly hot and high humidity. The AC kept the bedrooms nice and cool but the main room stayed pretty warm. House is set in the beautiful jungle which means wildlife at all times of day and night. Very fun but also a LOT of noise. Bring earplugs if a sensitive sleeper. A few small issues with the appliances during our stay but everything was resolved reasonably. Overall our trip was fabulous and would absolutely book with this host and property again.
