Un villa au top ! Un jardin splendide, un piscine grandiose, une maison spacieuse ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos enfants et nos amis. Par contre nous avons du prendre la voiture pour sortir car il n y avait pas grand chose a proximite. Nous avons adores la ville de Gallipoli.

It’s a very nice apartment block, there’s 6 units in total, the location suited our trip, we were greeted by a lovely lady called Lucia who showed us around and made us feel very welcome. Our apartment was beautiful and quiet, very well equipped. I would recommend getting a top floor apartment as the bottom apartment we stayed in was noisy from people walking or moving chairs upstairs. My only other recommendation is that the second bedroom be fitted with a blind as the light shines through, this didn’t worry us but might others. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will still recommend you staying.

Very large and nicely decorated apartment. Close to city center. Very private area. Rather easy to find a parking space near by. Charging station close by but limited to 1 hour with no extra charge.

We had a great stay! Enzo is the best host one can imagine. Gifted us some wine, bakeries and a pannetone for new years eve as we arrived. Two days later he got us some traditional stuff from a pasticceria. We loved all of the italian flavor! Also there are many beautiful cities with even more beautiful historic centers around and easy to reach. 10/10 would recommend and also we do! Thanks Enzo!

We loved it here. Very peaceful and quiet. The gardens and pool are simply lovely. We used the bikes to cycle to a few of the local towns for coffee etc. There are plenty of walks within easy reach too. We had a car and being able to drive to the start of walks or to the local sights definitely added to the holiday. All in all a great place to relax and enjoy yourselves.

We would highly recommend this place, they were super helpful (above and beyond) and kind and the place was beautiful and was walkable to so much.

Geweldige locatie en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een echte aanrader om te verblijven. Onwijs gastvrij ontvangst met koffie. Het zwembad is een heerlijke aangename verkoeling na een lange warme dag toeristische uitstapjes.

Host gentilissima e molto disponibile, la casa era in perfette condizioni e molto pulita. Ci sono state fornite indicazioni su cosa fare nei dintorni subito al check-in.

We spent a happy month here from mid February to mid-March. Because it was a longer stay, we especially appreciated the extremely well-equipped (and generously stocked) kitchen and the comfortable bed. The terrace gets great sunshine in the morning so that became our spot to enjoy coffee. The location was convenient and peaceful, and the apartment felt airy and spacious. We never had any trouble finding parking on the street below. Fernanda herself was a gracious host and very helpful when I was seeking advice for how to post an awkward package. We would happily stay there again.

Andrea was very ambitious to give us the best recommendations for the area around the flat. Everything was nice and we can proudly recommend Andrea and his flat!

Vi hade en väldigt härlig vecka I Francesco’s hus. Vi satt och tittade på solnedgången vid havet precis utanför köket. Man behöver bara gå några meter för att bada. Kan verkligen rekommendera.

Die Unterkunft ist super süss und hat alles was man sich vorstellen kann und wünscht. Ein tolles Haus mit einen super schönen Hinterhof -welcher wir wegen des Wetters weniger benutzt haben (halt Winter). Das natürliche Licht gibt das Haus eine magische Strahlung und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Valeria was super herzlich und hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell auf meine Fragen reagiert und uns geholfen. Wir bedanken uns sehr, dass wir eine Woche in das schöne Haus verbringen dürften. Wir hoffen wir können mal in Frühling oder Herbst vorbei schauen;-)

We were positively surprised! Very cosy and clean. They figured out the smallest details. Marta and Stefano are very warm and friendly persons. It was a very nice stay!

es wurde ja schon viel geschrieben zu Giulianas Apartment. Deswegen möchte ich nur ein paar Dinge ergänzen, die evtl. bei der Entscheidung helfen können, ob dies das richtige Apartment ist. Ganz grundsätzlich ist es ein schönes Apartment, besonders der Außenbereich mit Pool und Bäumen ist wunderbar. Auch die Kommunikation mit Giuliana war hervorragend. Dinge, die beachtet werden sollten: - Das Apartment ist relativ schattig, im Sommer ein Vorteil, im Oktober eher zu dunkel, da auch die Terrasse im Schatten liegt. - Für zwei Personen ist das Apartment optimal, vier Personen sind eher ungünstig. Die Gästecouch mag für Kinder in Ordnung sein, für Erwachsene und für mehrere Tage nicht zu empfehlen, vor allem weil die Couch ein Durchgangszimmer ist. - Schade ist auch, dass es innerhalb des Apartments nur einen Bistrotisch gibt und keinen normalen, das ist der Größe des Apartments geschuldet und funktioniert auch für 4 Personen. Richtig gemütlich ist es allerdings nicht.

Nous recommandons ce lieu pour se reposer dans un cadre de verdure. Tout est là pour passer un bon séjour.

Das Haus und der Garten sind wirklich wunderschön! Wir haben dort viele tolle Stunden verbracht und sogar den Pizzaofen benutzt 😍die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert! Antina ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit, hat uns jede Frage beantwortet :-) Wir waren Ende September da und hatten viele Mücken 🦟die lage ist auch perfekt, man kann viele schöne Strände sehen und lecce ist auch nur 30-40 Minuten entfernt :)

Gemütliche, großzügige Unterkunft mit tollem Außenbereich. Der Salzwasser Pool und die Außendusche sind fantastisch. Die Küchenausstattung ist super, es ist für alles gesorgt. Es gibt Spiele, Bücher, Liegen und Wasserspielgeräte für draußen. Die Außenküche haben wir sehr gerne genutzt, ein Hightlight ist der große Grill. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, der riesige Garten mit den Obstbäumen (von denen man Essen darf) ist auch für Kinder super. Der Vermieter ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ein Auto ist nötig um die kleinen und großen Städte außenrum zu besichtigen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier, auch bei Wind und Regen findet man auf der großen überdachten Terrasse ein trockenes Plätzchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, danke für alles!

An absolutely wonderful villa with a great view to the east and sunrise. Lots of space to sit and lounge and eat and spend time together with family and friends. A bit of a drive to the beach, but all very doable. Definitely in the return to list. Last but not least - Fausto is fab!

Anna and Toni were very kind and caring hosts and when I had a problem with the car, even came out to pick me up from the village and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival there were all kinds of goodies waiting for me including coffee and a bottle of wine which I was not expecting! I had a very enjoyable time and my Italian improved no end after my weeks stay as they were great to chat to. I car is essential and there is plenty of parking at the property. we spent two beautiful weeks here in September with 8months baby! very good communication with the property before arrival and trouble-free check-in! Beautiful surroundings of greenery, olive trees, peace and quiet. soothing pool in the garden, two grills available, washing machines, iron, you can buy breakfast! everything you need! an oasis of peace and relaxation for body and mind, I highly recommend!

La villa est encore plus elle que sur les photos : située au milieu des oliviers, isolée de tout voisinage, cette villa est aménagée avec gout, et pourvue de tout le nécessaire à un séjour serein et paisible. La literie est de très bonne qualité, les chambres sont pourvues de climatisation, le terrai est merveilleux, la cuisine d'extérieur est aménagée avec barbecue et four à pizza. Nous avons peu vu Mirko mais Enza est une hôte adorable et toujours désireuse de notre confort. Elle est très réactive pour la moindre question. Le trullo est atypique et original. Les plages de sable fin sont à quelques minutes en voiture. Nous étions 13 personnes, en famille, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je les remercie tous les 2 et je recommande vivement cet endroit, il n'y a aucun doute à avoir!!
