Les Pavillons-sous-Bois : locations de maisons de vacances

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison avec ma famille. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité, les pièces sont spacieuses et on s’y sent bien, notamment le salon qui est très familial. Il y a beaucoup de jouets à disposition pour les enfants. Julie a été réactive par message tout le long de notre séjour et ses instructions étaient claires. Enfin, l’emplacement est idéal si vous souhaitez aller au parc d’attraction Disney qui se trouve à 20 minutes. La gare de Noisy-le-grand est à proximité également. Je recommande pour les familles nombreuses

We had a great stay at Alexandre’s lovely house in Dampmart. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Alexandre was friendly and responsive, making communication easy and check-in smooth. The area is peaceful and a nice escape from the city’s hustle. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place near Paris.

Wir, das heißt meine Frau, meine Tochter und ich, haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Haus mit Garten und Pool ist genial und ein toller Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Paris. Der Fußweg zur RER Bahn wurde uns schon vorher von Sophia gesendet und war leicht zu finden. Von da drei Stationen zu den Metrolinien 1/2/6 mit denen wir die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht haben. Wir wurden herzlichst aufgenommen und immer wieder gefragt, ob wir noch etwas benötigen oder Hilfe brauchen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch fußläufig vorhanden und die Wegbeschreibung gab es auf Anfrage ebenfalls sofort. Wir haben es genossen Sophias Gäste zu sein, auch ihr Mann war super nett und wir hatten zur Freude meiner Tochter dauerhaft Besuch von James (dem Hauskater) und den drei Schildkröten. Wir werden wenn wir nochmal nach Paris fahren definitiv schauen, das wir bei Sophia einchecken können. Lieben Dank und Grüße und bis bald

This place was amazing! Best AirBnb we stayed at so far! We were a group that for 8 including a one year old. The house/garden was very beautiful, spacious and the driveway was big enough two large cars. We enjoyed stay and will book again if we are visiting the area again.

Une belle maison pour un groupe d'amis ou une famille. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la piscine et le jardin.

Beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to Paris or spend the time in the country side. House is very old and full of character. Well stocked and host left some fruit and snacks as a welcome which was amazing. Only note is there are cameras inside the house in the common areas which should be removed per Airbnb policies.

Un logement exceptionnel ! Nous étions 6 adultes et 3 enfants et nous avons adoré le logement d'Aicha qui est absolument magnifique, encore mieux que sur les photos. Il est très calme, spacieux, et la terrasse est parfaite pour profiter de l'extérieur. Le logement est très bien équipé, il y a absolument tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour cuisiner, des jeux pour les enfants, et même une salle de home cinéma, parfaite pour se détendre a la fin de la journée. Le logement est vraiment à 3 min de la ligne 11 qui dessert rapidement de nombreux sites Parisiens. Enfin, Aicha et Medhi ont été très attentionnés, et nous ont permis de se sentir comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vraiment leur logement car on ne pouvait rêver mieux pour notre séjour Parisien. Merci !

Maison spacieuse, joliment décorée, bien chauffée et bien entretenue. Bien située en proche banlieue de Paris dans un cadre inattendu. Christine la propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeante. Petite bouteille de blanc pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. La chatte Louna a rendu notre séjour avec les enfants encore plus agréable. Merci à Christine et à sa famille.

They were great hosts and super responsive. They allowed us to do early checkin and were extremely friendly. Everything was super clean in the apartment. The metro was also super close (1 minute walk) and we didn't have to take taxis to get to other parts of Paris. There were also really great bakeries and eateries around and I really enjoyed the peaceful environment in the neighbourhood. Definitely recommend them as hosts and love the place!

Lucinda’s place is beautiful. We only stayed for one night, much to our disappointment as it was just so lovely . The house was spotless, we were even left some special little treats as well as some eggs, milk, orange juice and tasty bread. Really wish we had booked to come back after our time at Disneyland, it was so easy to find too. Thank you for such a fantastic stay in your home.

We loved our stay at Marianne’s house and would certainly come back. It was the perfect place for a group of friends, quiet, with plenty of space, four bedrooms and as many bathrooms, and a lovely garden. And all this in five minute walking distance from the commuter train that brings you in half an hour to downtown Paris - yet in the quietness of the small historical town of Sceaux, with the Le Nôtre-designed park just 10 min away. Marianne was a lovely host that was always available in case we have questions. Many thanks for a great stay!

Super freundlicher Vermieter, der immer schnell reagiert. Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Das Studio liegt sehr nah an der Metro Linie 7 und ist somit super für Ankunft am Gare de l'Est und man erreicht eine Menge Sehenswürdigkeiten ohne Umstieg.

Superbe maison, calme et bien desservie. Bruno est très sympathique et super réactif. La maison possède un jolie jardin pour un bain de soleil lorsque le temps s'y prête. Je n'ai pas pu en profiter car le temps était capricieux. Je recommande la maison de Bruno! Foncé! P.S: Son chat Oscar, une perle :)

J’ai réservé la petite maison de Martine pour ma mère qui venait passer quelques jours en région parisienne. Le logement était idéal et au calme. Martine est une hôte accueillante et disponible. Merci!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Wetter war super und so konnten wir den großen Garten gut nutzen und abends noch lange draußen sitzen und den Abend ausklingen lassen. Die Anbindungen waren super. Man läuft lediglich 5 Minuten zur nächsten Metro Station und kann von dort Paris erkunden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Direkt neben dem Haus läuft die Bahnlinie lang. Nachts haben wir davon gar nichts gehört, tagsüber waren wir unterwegs.

Wonderful place to spread out! Very clean, spacious, with lots of gorgeous details. Hosts extremely responsive. Great boulangeries within walking distance. Just FYI, for tall people (approximately 6'2"), the third floor bathroom (with the only stand up shower) is built into a dormer, so you may have to bend a little. Would stay here again!

This was our second time staying at Hamza’s place. The home is great for larger groups and has fully stocked kitchen and things to do for children. Bonus points for having large shutters that roll down to block out light and street noice in the bedrooms. We all agreed that we would stay here every time we come back to Paris. Hamza is a wonderful host and always responds in a timely manner.

Wonderful family home in a centrally located and charming neighbourhood. We were a large group and often ate our meals in the home, there are many restaurants around, several of which we used for take out. The living areas are very spacious, and the bedrooms are comfortable. Anne was a very responsive, helpful and kind host. We would have easily stayed another few weeks. Merci!!
