This is a comfortable, air conditioned and spacious villa with a nice pool and a superb view of coast and azure Caribbean, with the Island of St. Barthes clearly visible across the waters. Lux master bedroom en suite with spectacular view through a wall of sliding glass doors. Ditto for living, dining and kitchen area and the two large and comfortable bedrooms en suite. Maayke and her colleagues quickly resolved the few issues during the month. TV streaming only and a bit tricky but workable with patience. Wifi strong with only one short outage. Pool and lawn well maintained, and twice weekly housekeeping simply superb. We were visited by Iguanas, geckos and twice by a family of monkeys. Well stocked and functional kitchen with fridge making lots of essential ice. And above all, the diverse peoples of this Dutch/French island were warm, engaging and patient with us. Spend some time in this paradise with its 36 beaches and well deserved culinary reputation. You will remember it

Absolutely Amazing Stay – One of the Best Airbnbs Ever! Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Martin was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The host was absolutely amazing—super responsive, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to provide us with the best recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and activities. The property itself was stunning—clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located for exploring the island. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay seamless and stress-free. St. Martin has officially become one of my favorite destinations, and a huge part of that is because of how perfect this Airbnb experience was. We are definitely coming back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Highly, highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed for a week with a couple of friends at Villa Cecilia. The villa was exactly as described. We really appreciated that Delphine met us when we arrived as well as when we were leaving. She provided great information about the villa as well as the surrounding area. Her suggestions for restaurants and groceries were excellent. We really appreciated the fact that there were spices and oils in the kitchen to cook with as well as a good selection of pots, pans, utensils and a bbq. All of these were put to good use when we were preparing our own meals. A small grocery store was a short walk away as were two very fine restaurants. Al fresco dining and the private infinity pool were highlights of our stay. The view from the deck was beautiful during the day and gorgeous at night with the stars and the full moon. We also enjoyed being close to Babit Point and watching the iguanas and the wild donkeys. We had a great week and would not hesitate to return.

Wow, I don’t know where to begin. This villa was absolutely stunning and exceeded all of my expectations. The views were breathtaking, and the privacy between the three spacious rooms made it perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The villa is beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and so comfortable. I loved the kitchen and pool area—both were perfect for enjoying the setting. The location is ideal, with a private driveway and easy access to grocery stores, gas stations, great restaurants, beaches, beach clubs, and shops. Both the owner and the host were responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. I had such a lovely time and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone. You truly cannot go wrong. This location was absolutely perfect. You could walk to more than one food market if you want to cook in, or many restaurants if you want to eat out. There is great shopping within walking distance, all the excursions are right there and there was a car rental right across the street so we were able to rent a car for one day and see the whole Island. There was one day where there were 5 cruise ships in port, but the people are spread through out the island so it didn't seem busy. If you want nightlife, it's just down the boardwalk, and if you want quiet, it's far enough away that it doesn't bother. The view when you wake up or go to sleep is breathtaking from the second story bedroom. We enjoyed our time here and if we ever come back we will certainly want to stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this very quiet home with a gorgeous ocean view, pristine pool (that was cleaned 2x during our week there), only a 10 min drive from the airport, steps from beautiful Flamands Beach with a couple exquisite top tier restaurants, and a 20 min walk/hike to the spectacular Colombier Beach (feeding the turtles & chickens scraps of fruit & veggies at the start of the hike was a highlight). The host was quick & responsive with all my questions during our stay. The beach chairs were broken and not replaced during our stay but the host was off island and very apologetic. The dryer takes a long time to dry stuff but i think that is typical of dryers in Europe versus the USA. We opted out of the included maid service 2x weekly but that is a nice service if wanted. The home was extremely clean upon our arrival. The mini ping pong table was a fun addition that we played a few times. A bit pricey for just 2 people but welcome to St. Barths! We would come again!

Located in philipsburg, We had a balcony overviewing the bay and cruise harbor. around 6 in the morning you could see the cruise ships coming in, and in the evening see them depart again which is a nice bonus to this already great appartment. the appartment is clean, large and comfortable with a AC in the living and bed room. The bedroom had a large 2 person bed. The host was really friendly and approachable. she send us a video how to reach the appartment, and also had a private parking spot available nearby the appartment. Which on SXM can be really useful if you rent a car. Phillipsburg itself is focused on cruiseships, so during the day the streets are lively. during the evening some bars and restaurants close, and the streets calm down. People where all really friendly, polite and helpfull, taxi's where easy to arrange. At night the alley is closed of with a gate at both entrances.
