Casa ampia, pulita e dotata di tutte le comodità. Soprattutto il letto era il top, tanto che ho dormito meglio che a casa mia e ho chiesto a Barbara la marca del materasso! Non solo: Barbara ci ha fatto trovare tutto l' occorrente anche per la nostra cagnolina, ed anche regalandoci degli snack per lei (addirittura facendo attenzione che non fosse pollo che spesso da allergie!). Dopo tutte queste coccole e queste attenzioni non possiamo che ringraziare di cuore!!! Torneremo presto!!!

Bel appartement très bien équipé avec un grand parking . Nous avons particulièrement aimé la cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut pour faire de bons petits plats, ainsi que les 2 salles de bain pour chaque grande chambre. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Tolle Wohnung, wahnsinnig schöner Garten mit Whirlpool und Sauna und total privat. Herrlich, morgens mit Blick auf den See zu frühstücken. Und Valentina ist supernett und gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich, es hat an nichts gefehlt und sah genauso aus, wie auf den Fotos. Ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders der angenehme Geruch ist mir sofort positiv aufgefallen. Alessandro war immer sofort erreichbar. Er hat mir alles ausführlich und verständlich erklärt. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen war er sofort hilfsbereit und unterstützte mich. Er ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für Unternehmungen in der Gegend hat er mir Flyer hinterlegt, was ich sehr aufmerksam fand. Der Ort ist sehr schön und wirklich nur einige Meter vom See entfernt. Die Preisleistung ist absolut gerechtfertigt und ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Alles in allem gibt es nichts, was ich zu bemängeln habe. Es war die beste Unterkunft, die ich bis jetzt hatte. Wir waren generell sehr zufrieden. Alles war einwandfrei. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, welcher das Wohl von Ihren Gästen am Herzen liegt. Weitere Pluspunkte: Feine Bäckerei unmittelbar daneben sowie Möglichkeit zur Nutzung von SUP‘s.

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Lugano verbracht, und diese Wohnung hat perfekt gepasst. Alles war sehr sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Es war alles in einem einwandfreiem Zustand. Jeden Morgen und Abend auf den See zuschauen, war ein echtes Highlight. Auch das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut. Die Anweisungen kammen proaktiv und klar verständlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Tivemos uma ótima experiência no apartamento. A localização é boa, ao lado da universidade e é possível ir andando até o parque ou o centro. O apartamento é bem equipado, limpo, e o atendimento da administração é ótimo.

An unforgettable stay in a charming place! The interior is clean, bright, and well-furnished: perfect for solo travelers or couples. Equipped with all the necessary appliances, it allowed us to feel at home right away. The garden is beautiful, meticulously maintained, and very quiet: sitting outside to eat or simply read a book made our stay truly enjoyable. Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kind ein paar wunderschöne Tage in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage in Losone ist ideal, ruhig und entspannt, gleichzeitig aber super angebunden: Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man in wenigen Minuten in Ascona oder Locarno. Perfekt, um die Region zu erkunden! Die Wohnung selbst war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders gut hat uns der moderne Duplex-Stil gefallen , das war für uns mal etwas ganz Neues und hat der Unterkunft einen besonderen Charme verliehen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen.

Abbiamo scelto di trascorrere qualche giorno l'ultimo dell'anno in questa location meravigliosa, anche per tenere lontano dai botti e frastuono i nostri due cuccioloni pelosi. La scelta è stata più che mai azzeccata, svegliarsi il primo dell'anno affacciandoci su un panorama mozzafiato sul lago è stato stupendo. Tutto è stato perfetto, la natura, i sentieri nei boschi, la tranquillità ed una casa accogliente, calda, curata, come stare a casa. Sara è stata gentilissima con noi, accoglienza 10 e lode! Ci torneremo sicuramente

Would stay here again when visiting Verbania. This was a last minute booking for us. I stayed with my children and felt very safe. Apt is on the ground floor. There is a general front door to get in which is locked with a code and the door to the apt which was through an office area was also locked with a code. This was convenient bc I did not need a key. There are bars on the windows so it felt safe even being on the ground floor. Host was perfect in every way. I texted her multiple times with random questions and she responded promptly.

Bell'appartamento, ristrutturato, pulito, in zona tranquilla, a pochi passi dal centro. All'arrivo abbiamo anche trovato una bella bottiglia di vino sul tavolo, acqua e una birra in frigo... In casa c'è tutto quello che serve. L'unica cosa che aggiungerei è una doppia dotazione di cuscini per il letto (ce n'erano 3 e a noi ne sarebbero serviti 4, due a testa. pazienza...). Patrizia ha risposto subito ai messaggi inviati, facilitandomi le cose. Il costo dell'alloggio è buono e competitivo. Consigliatissimo.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung! Sie war sehr geräumig und hatte alles, was wir benötigten. Das Bett und das Schlafsofa waren sehr bequem, sodass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen konnten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Anna – sie war super hilfsbereit und äusserst sympathisch. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

The accommodation was perfect without exception. The location, the modern facilities and the outstanding view of the lake made our trip an experience. Fabrizio was super friendly and his son Lukas recommended very good restaurants in Milan. Even in October it is a good opportunity to switch off for a few days, we could use the jacuzzi at any time, even at 2 o'clock in the morning we sat in it and enjoyed the view with a glass of wine and a cigar. Thanks again to Fabrizio!

Die Umgebung mit der Aussicht sieht sehr schön aus und die Pools haben uns begeistert. der Weg zu fuss vom Dorf Zentrum ist Steil, mit Treppe zwar schneller aber anstrengend. dafür mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und die Anbieterin war zuvorkommend mit allen Informationen die wir brauchten.

Il nostro soggiorno in questa casa è stato semplicemente perfetto. La casa è bellissima e trasmette una sensazione di pace e serenità, rendendola ideale per una coppia in cerca di relax. Ogni dettaglio è curato con eleganza e raffinatezza, creando un ambiente accogliente e confortevole. Il panorama è mozzafiato: una vista spettacolare sul lago, sulla montagna e sulla città, che regala momenti di pura magia, sia di giorno che di notte. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla signora Monica, una persona straordinaria, gentile e sempre disponibile. La sua ospitalità ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più speciale. Non avremmo potuto desiderare di meglio! Consiglio questa casa a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza unica in un luogo incantevole. Spero di poter tornare presto!

Eine saubere und große Wohnung. Alles wie durch den Vermieter beschrieben. Eine sehr nette Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Der Vermieter und seine Familie sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt. Grazie mille Andrea

Notre séjour a été formidable. La vue était formidable sur le lac Majeur, surtout le soir et la nuit, c'était tout simplement magique ! L'appartement était tout confort et tout équipé. Propreté impeccable ! Fredrik était très accueillant et très disponible ! Merci à lui, pour ses conseils et sa bonne humeur communicative. Vivement recommandé !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement. Il est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pied du lac majeur, de restaurants et de commerces. Départ de randonnées depuis le le logement. L'appartement est très agréable, moderne, lumineux, parfaitement propre et très bien équipé. Je vous le recommande, vous ne serez pas décus !

This hideaway on the slopes of Lago Maggiore is a fantastic find. Private, tranquil and gorgeous - with as main highlight the available jacuzzi. We had to keep the temperature of the jacuzzi down due to the heat, so it served us as a cooling spot during these hot days. Place is really great, feels a bit like an agriturismo. Fresh eggs from the hens, fresh zucchini and cucumber from the garden. Lovely company of both cats and dogs. The house has everything you need, including a well equiped kitchen and great bathroom. Host is really responsive. Overall 10/10!
