Dss Studio von Nadine und Raymond liegt sehr zentral und doch ruhig, im verwinkelten alten Teil von Ascona. Die Wohnung ist hell, alles neu renoviert, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Mein Mann und ich haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist gut bestückt - grosser Kühlschrank, Abwaschmaschine - es hat sogar einen Backofen. Das Bad (Regendusche) sieht aus wie auf den Fotos, einfach toll! Bequemes Bett, schöne Bett- und Frotéewäsche - besser geht‘s nicht. Die Kommunikation mit Nadine und Raymond hat immer bestens und zeitnah geklappt. Ihre Anweisungen für‘s Check-in waren sehr gut verständlich, sogar mit Fotos illustriert. Wir haben unser verlängertes Wochenende im „Studio Pearl“ sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank euch beiden!

Wir wurden von Nicola freundlich empfangen und er hat uns gleich alles vor Ort erklärt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral aber ruhig gelegen, eine richtige Oase zum erholen. Bei Fragen ist Nicola immer erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wundervolle Aussicht auf den Lago vom Sonnenaufgang bis zum Sternegucken am späten Abend. Viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist- toll zum Baden und Wandern. Die Wohnung ist auch zum Kochen sehr gut ausgestattet und war blitzsauber! Sehr flexibler Check- in und entspannter Check-out durch die Schlüsselbox und stets gute Kommunikation- rundum Danke Alessandro!

Ein schöner Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur sauber und gemütlich, sondern auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick auf den See war traumhaft und hat den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Die Gastgeber waren herzlich und gut erreichbar. Ich komme gerne wieder – sehr empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire dans cette maison offrant une vue absolument imprenable sur le lac Majeur – un spectacle dont on ne se lasse jamais! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Carla, la maman de Mavi, qui est d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance incroyables. Grâce à ses précieuses recommandations et conseils, nous avons pu découvrir des adresses locales qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Zoraida was always responsive for our questions. The place is located near train station. Groceries and other amenities all within walking distance. Just three minutes walk away from lake . Felt right at home !! Will definitely be back !!

Wir verbrachten 3 Tage über Neujahr in TheView. Die Lage ist wunderschön - das Appartment liegt direkt am See. In der Anlage gibt es eine Garage für das Auto. Ausserdem gibt es ein Fitness, eine Sauna und einen Whirlpool zur freien Benutzung. Im Appartment hat es alles was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und es war sehr sauber. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und flexibel mit einem Code. Elena stand uns immer zur Seite und antwortete umgehend auf unsere Nachrichten. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Für uns wahr alles Perfekt und die Gastgeberin hat uns Regionale Tipps zum Essen und wandern gegeben auch die Märkte ( kleine Regional) wahren sehenswert . Die Wanderung mit Sonne und Blick auf den See kann ich nur empfehlen. Kleinigkeiten wie Kaffee, 2 Satz Frotteetücher ,Dusch, Zitronen aus dem eigenen Garten u.s.w an der Stelle nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön

Très jolie mansarde, spacieuse et bien équipée, le logement est facilement accessible avec des places de parking gratuites,attention au lavage des rues cependant pour le stationnement. Barbara a été très réactive et nous a donné de bonnes recommandations.

Esperienza molto piacevole. appartamento semplice ma pulito. Attrezzato per soggiorni sia brevi che lunghi e di lavoro. In pieno centro ma riparato dai rumori della movida del centro storico. ottima qualità del materasso e della biancheria in generale. Host gentile e disponibile. ci ritornerò con piacere

L'appartement est très agréable. Situé au 4 étage avec ascenseur, il est lumineux et aéré. Si on le souhaite, il est possible de garer la voiture en sécurité au sous-sol. Le logement est très propre et bien équipé, rien ne manque. Il est situé en plein centre de Varèse ce qui pratique pour aller à pied au restaurant, faire ses courses ou prendre le train pour Milan. Il y a de la circulation en journée mais ce n'est pas dérangeant et les nuits ont été tranquilles. La communication avec Francesca a été excellente, les informations sont complètes et claires. De plus, elle nous a donné énormément d'informations touristiques qui nous ont été utiles. Francesca est très accueillante et disponible pour toutes questions. Cette appartement est l'endroit parfait pour visiter le Lac de Côme, le lac Majeur ou encore aller la journée à Milan, nous y avons passé une excellente semaine.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The pool was great, and not shared with too many people. The views were lovely. The location is a ten minute drive from Luino, but there are a couple of good restuarants and a small supermarket within a short walk. It's very quiet and peaceful. The only slight issue is that we were expecting fans in all the bedrooms, but they had only provided one. However this was rectified the same day we reported it. It certainly needs fans when it's hot!

Der Empfang durch Katja war sehr herzlich und sie war auch sehr hilfsbereit, da wir schon am Morgen unser Gepäck bei der Wohnung deponieren durften, was uns sehr geholfen hat. Auch sonst war die Kommunikation äusserst angenehm. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, etwas oberhalb aber doch nicht zu weit oben. Das es in der Wohnung sehr heiss war, lag klar am Wetter und nicht an den Vermietern ;-). Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

A great apartment to spend a holiday in. Outstanding view and general location. Apartment had all of the amenities that we required. Andrin was a great host and responsive at all times. The swimming pool was a huge advantage to all of us (3 generations of our family).

Très bon séjour à Turate, l’appartement de William était un peu plus grand que ce qu’on pensait, avec de l’espace pour ranger nos affaires. Le grand jardin est bien clôturé et il fut très pratique pour notre chienne. William est un super hôte très disponible et sympathique. On ne manquait de rien (merci pour les petites attentions) et l’appartement était très propre ! Des petits commerces sont à 5 minutes de marche et les supermarchés à 5 minutes en voiture. On peut se garer juste devant l’entrée de l’immeuble, c’est pratique.

Wir waren ein Wochenende zu Gast und kommen ganz sicher bald wieder. Der Kontakt mit Fikrete war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und der Ausblick auf den See ist traumhaft. Im allgemeinen wirkt die Anlage sehr gepflegt und trotz vieler Wohneinheiten genießt man Ruhe auf dem Balkon. Das Auto kann man auf dem Hof abstellen, welcher dich ein Tor gesichert ist. Ein Pool rundet alles ab und natürlich der direkte Zugang zum See . Bissone liegt etwas außerhalb von Lugano, sehr schön ruhig mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum spazieren. Lugano ist aber sehr schnell mit dem Bus oder dem Auto erreichbar. Lugano besticht mit seiner Promenade und den zahlreichen Cafés und Restaurants. Für Wanderfreunde gibt es auch viele Möglichkeiten. Für uns war es bei Fikrete perfekt, von allem genug vorhanden, blitzsauber und praktisch/ freundlich eingerichtet. Vielen Dank nochmal und bis bald Familie Pfeiffer

Casa Dolce Vita was the perfect 4-day break for my son and I. Fantastic accommodation, provided everything that we needed with very beautiful view over the lake from the lounge and balcony. Each morning started with watching the sun rise over the lake with freshly made espresso. A very peaceful neighbourhood, especially at the end of season, which is exactly what we were looking for. A handful of very cool bars and restaurants in close proximity (a short and hilly 5-10-minute walk into Belgirate or 15-minute walk to Lesa, or Belgirate Train Station). Alberto was the perfect host. He greeted us with a smile upon our arrival and provided us with both practical information and local recommendations. The house was spotlessly clean and provided all the essentials, including a well equipped kitchen. We would highly recommend Casa Dolce Vita and I am already looking forward to coming back in the future. Grazie mille Alberto!
