Best Airbnb stay we have had ! Catherine/Kevin were great at communicating all about the check in and they were super flexible. When we arrived they had a care package for us with cookies and wine and a frozen pizza and a bundle of turf The hot tub was as a great addition. 3 minute walk to the local pub with trad music and great food ! This place is a true gem - we are definitely going to come back !

Grace's house was a real treat! Nestled away in the trees overlooking the river made it feel so private and peaceful. The house itself was so cosy, clean and inviting but had plenty of space and different areas to relax. The grounds were amazing and the kids had a ball discovering the swings, hottub and reading shed. The whole place was magical and we were sad to leave. Grace was very responsive to any communication and made us feel so welcome. The house location was a great base for some of the stunning sights Donegal has to offer and we were very close to many beautiful sandy beaches. This house was the best airbnb we have ever stayed in! Our stay at Patrick's cottage in Donegal was absolutely amazing! The cottage itself is charming, cozy, and set in the most beautiful rural location—perfect for a peaceful getaway. Patrick was an exceptional host, always available whenever we needed anything. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the hot tub—relaxing under the stars in total tranquillity was an unforgettable experience! We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a true Donegal retreat!

This place is just perfect and beautiful if you looking for a romantic weekend. So quiet and privet and the hot tub is a great bonus. Peter and Keith are a great host. The house is so clean and set up with everything what you need. We Looking forward to go back and recommended 100%.

This is a beautiful home nestled in the Donegal hills. Superb location. Walking distance from the nearest little village, yet it feels like it's totally in the countryside. Mairead was totally invisible but instantly contactable if needed. Super host and beautiful home - will return at the first available opportunity.

Had a fabulous weekend at Hannah’s cottage. Laura was the perfect host, quick and efficient with responses. The place was immaculate, Laura went above and beyond with leaving a welcome package with lots of treats for our stay! The hot tub is a bonus with a spectacular view! We will definitely be back

A fantastic few days at the cosy cottage. The house was everything we wanted it to be. Spotlessly clean, bedding fantastic, kitchen and bathroom suited our needs. And the turf fire was the star of the show! Settling down for the evening with the fire, a glass of wine and watching a movie on Netflix, what more do you need?! Location is very close to the Assaranca waterfall and the Maghera beach/caves. Highly recommended. Thanks again!

The place was perfect, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. One little criticism would be a little welcome pack of yea coffee sugar and milk would be a nice touch as we arrived late and the local store was closed already

Dorothy’s place was in a great location for us visiting family for a reunion in Enniskillin. Dorothy was flexible with our arrival and communication was friendly and clear. She welcomed us and provided a few details and to tell us she was next door if we needed anything. We never needed a thing and didn’t see her again until checkout but I left comfortable knowing she was close by. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 (parents and 3 kids ages 23, 20 and 18) to have space. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor space is beautiful with all the flowers and 2 picnic tables and chairs. We were lucky to get some beautiful weather during our stay to enjoy the lovely views from the house. Dorothy provided many pamphlets of local activities — we hiked the Stairway to Heaven (beautiful but it lives up to its name with a lot of stairs) and some played a round of golf at the Faldo course at Lough Erne. Overall a beautiful few days.

This is a 5 star cottage. Brian met us at the cottage and was extremely welcoming and showed us around and made us feel at home. He also left a lovely welcome pack of things to make our stay more enjoyable. He also was there to see us off and checked in a few times during our stay to ensure everything was OK. This a a highly recommended cottage. Mountain views, clean, tidy, warm, well presented, everything we needed was provided. The EV charger was a great additional facility as there is only one public charging station in this part of Donegal, and a slow one which makes it only usable if you are about Falcarragh for a long time. Being able to top up the car every evening at the cottage was great. It’s also cheaper than the ESB charger in Falcarragh. It is rare occasion that we feel the need to give full 5 stars to an Airbnb, but this one deserves it. If you are looking for a cosy cottage to relax in and use as a base to explore north west Donegal then book in at Mountain View.

The location is beautiful, a short drive out of Bun Beag but close enough that you could walk in on a nice morning. Lovely, well presented home. The house is warm and cosy with very comfy beds. There is a beautiful, modern bathroom and there is everything you need to make a meal in the kitchen. A pleasure to stay and would return again in the future. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay and explore the Gaeltacht. Rose Marie is a very helpful and friendly host who was always quick to respond.

Isabella was an excellent host and accommodated us at short notice. The house was perfect with a lovely welcome pack. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms very clean. Relaxing in front of the stove with a turf fire having one of the Guinness provided in the fridge was a highlight.

Excellent location for the local views, well worth the additional 15 minutes drive up and down the peninsula to get to the rest of the mainland. Great views from the house.

Beautiful home, with everything you could ever need and more. Paula really goes above and beyond for her guests. It made our stay an absolute delight. Clean, warm and comfortable. Within easy walking distance to the town and all it has to offer. Also agreat base for travelling the surrounding area sight seeing.

Very please with the place! It felt just like home, very warm, clean, great shower, nice athmosphere and great kitchen to cook in the house if you dont fancy going out. Ronnie responded very quickly as well when i had some question. Very highly recommended to visit❤️

Mary Carpenters Cottage was a magical place to stay. Warm, clean, peaceful countryside location, excellent local pubs & groceries. The host met us in person to explain how everything worked in this unique property & even provided plenty of snacks to welcome us. Even though the cottage was 200+ years old it had all the necessities for a homely stay including watching Netflix in the evening. Highly recommended!

If your looking for the Irish experience Cecil’s cottage is the perfect setting, remote but all you need within a 5 min drive…. Unfortunately we weren’t blessed with the weather but we soon forgot about that when we arrived to a roaring peat stove and a view that you could never tire off… Communication with the family was very prompt and helpful…. If we plan to be in Buncrana in the future, Cecil’s cottage is where we will be….. Thanks to all the family….👏🏻👏🏻
