What an amazing place! This was perfect for us and our two young children. After a day of travel, the hot tub was a welcomed way to relax. The kids loved it too; something they were looking forward to after sight seeing. The second night we experienced a typical Scottish weather day, especially windy and wet, so the fireplace was in high demand. And the views just breathtaking. Although we didn’t have time to utilize, it was a surprise to have both washer and dryer available on site. Everything you need to enjoy your remote getaway. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Ryka Lodge. The house is incredible - photos don't do full justice to how luxurious it is. You will have absolutely everything you need and more. The kitchen is really well equipped and a home from home. The views are fantastic, and it was a treat to come back after a day of exploring the wilderness of Lewis / Harris or simply sit, read and relax while the Hebridean weather did its dramatic thing outside. Welcome package was extremely generous and delicious all round. Would really recommend.

Absolutely fantastic cottage stay - most peaceful place we've ever been! Plenty of local walks/outdoor activities, and had helpful local suggestions from the hosts. Only regret was only staying a few days!

Christine is a great host - super friendly and a great communicator. The house is cosy and comfortable, making it a great base to explore the islands. We loved our stay - and the hot tub was a bonus at the end of a good day!

Glenview cottages was fabulous! Very well appointed house, ideal for an extended stay with everything you would need. The house is clean, quiet, light and spacious. The location is great for exploring Lewis and beyond. Fiona is a fantastic host, she spoiled us with a gift basket for Christmas and was very helpful throughout. I would highly recommend this place. Amazing holiday!

This was the perfect Xmas getaway to escape all of the madness at home. We spent the week having dog walks on what felt like our own private beaches. The accommodation was well equipped and had extremely comfortable bedding. We also really appreciated the supply of fuel for the multi fuel stove. A warm, cosy and memorable week. Some lovely additional touches that were really appreciated. Hope to visit again.

We loved our little cottage getaway on Isle of Skye. This cottage met all of our needs and was in a stunning location. Was perfect for a quiet, cosy few days.

As part of our NC500 trip this cottage was by far my favourite. It has everything you need and the views and sunsets are simply stunning. We didn't meet Steven but knew he was just next door if we needed any help. Nearby Gairloch is so pretty and there are plenty of walks and beaches locally Thank you to our hosts

Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay on Lewis. Carloway is a lovely village that offers a great base to explore the full island. The cottage is well equipped and has nice views of the surrounding area. Christine was a wonderful host who was always flexible to accommodate our needs during the unpredictable windy months. I would definitely choose to stay here again, Thank you Christine!

Absolutely stunning place with all the little details catered for. Instructions to find it v clear & google maps took me right to doorstep. Interior design is beautiful, bedding is luxurious and warm. Loved staying there - amazing 🤩

A perfect 'croft' in an idyllic location. The accommodation was cosy, comfortable & spotless. Tony & Susan were great hosts; very helpful but not intrusive. We will never forget our stay. We doubt many other Airbnb hosts can offer seals swimming past the front window and the birth of a Highland calf - free of charge!

A lovely cottage situated in a beautiful quiet location with only the birds and deer as neighbours. The cottage was warm and the bed very comfy. Kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of books and DVDs to watch in the evenings once the sun had gone down. A lovely cottage if you want peace and tranquillity. We were also blessed with fantastic weather and we were able to sit outside and enjoy watching the wildlife.

Returning to Harris, where we had our honeymoon 25 years ago, has been wonderful. It was everything we remembered but it seemed even more beautiful this time. Staying at Quillers Cottage was perfect, giving us independence to come and go as we wanted. The house has been decorated beautifully and has lots of interesting art and furniture not forgetting the Harris tweed curtains and blinds. We ate in every night and the kitchen worked well. It was very special to welcome in the New Year at Maggie’s stunning property “Chasing the Moon.” We arrived in the dark and didn’t fully appreciate what an amazing location we found ourselves in. What a view! The property itself is a real home from home- very well equipped. Maggie has thought of everything. From the very comfy beds to the luxurious hot shower. It really is a gem of a property. Thank you Maggie. We look forward to returning.

Lovely place at the end of island, very remote yet easy to find. Description is exactly as written, nice place, comfortable and great beds! Location was amazing and even though the winds and rain were wicked we felt safe, warm and secure!

This is the second year we have stayed in Jacqui and Andrew’s beautiful home and we chose to return because it was just perfect - nothing to fault and a great base for exploring both Lewis and Harris. It’s also very close to beautiful beaches, stunning headlands and lots of history. Jacqui was really helpful from booking to when we left contributing to another beautiful holiday. Would stay here again if we come back to the island and would recommend it to others.

Our stay was lovely and Beverly made sure we had all we needed at very short notice. The cottage was very clean and had lovely homely touches every where. It is a must place to stay if you are looking for a place to have a break /Holliday

Thank you Ann. It was such a restful retreat for us staying in your lovely cottage. We could feel the charm of generations living there through time and yet it was clean and spacious and cosy, just right for us. The loch, sea otters, seals and endless sky were our companions and we just loved nestling away and catching up on good rest. The island has so much to explore, we may very well be back... thank you for welcoming us with a phone call too, we felt very tended.

We truly could not have asked for a better place than Bridge Cottage for our stay on Skye. The location was perfect with Portree about a 10 min drive and Uig about 15-20 minutes. It was also very convenient to get to Storr and St. Columba Isle. The cottage had everything we needed and it was so clean and cozy, we were sad to leave!

We had a lovely time at Lynne’s cottage for 3nights if you love being out in the sticks this is for you ! The cottage was very clean and well presented with a bottle of bubbly left for us which went down well . We enjoyed sitting outside in the warm eve sun looking at the lovely views. Would highly recommend
