Appartement très propre, conforme aux photos, Alessandro est très gentil et accueillant ainsi que disponible en cas de questions. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, Lavagna est une très belle ville dans la magnifique riviera italienne. Merci encore !

Antonella went out of her way at every turn to make our stay as wonderful as it was. She is kind, warm and caring. The place as everyone has said is a dream come true. And it was a huge bonus that Antonella lives next store as she was unobtrusively proactively helpful. And there if needed. It was especially important to us that she cares about the environment and is into sustainability as we are. She is mature but forward looking and youthful in so many ways. We thanked her privately and here again publicly. Both Antonella and her place are deserving of it. Le Cinque Terre is legendary for good reason. So is this home.

Fantastic home base for exploring the CT. Apartment was spacious, bright and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Capodanno con gli amici di sempre in una bellissima location. L'appartamento è veramente bello, estremamente pulito e dotato di tutti i confort e di tutte le attrezzature, eravamo in 8 adulti e c'era davvero spazio per tutti. Inoltre è in una posizione strategica ed invidiabile a 20 metri dal mare e vicinissimo al centro di Levanto. Una menzione particolare ai proprietari Enrica e Francesco che sono stati veramente gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per ogni nostra esigenza, davvero complimenti!! Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento

Barbara, Valentina, and Mateo, were absolutely amazing hosts. Barbara was kind, responsive, thoughtful and courteous about everything. The apartment was in a great location. It was clean, spacious, and charming. We really enjoyed our stay. We have been lucky to encounter a lot of great hosts in our travels but Barbara was among the kindest. Barbara was flexible with the check in and check out process, she met us her private parking garage and helped us with our bags to the apartment. She made several great recommendations and was always responsive. This was a great place to stay. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von Caterina sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft verfügt über alles, was man braucht und ist sehr gut gelegen, in der Nähe des Zentrums von Santa. Gleich um die Ecke liegt ein Coop. Caterina ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und hat uns wertvolle Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants gegeben. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Petite maison charmante, propre, c’était chaleureux et rustique comme chez mamie ! A 15 minutes de La Spezia, endroit isolé mais c’est ce que l’on recherchait. Commerces à proximité (superette, boucher, petit restaurant de village). La literie était confortable, le chauffage était appréciable. La maman de Francesco nous a accueillis avec bcp de gentillesse ! C’était un peu humide car il y a eu beaucoup de pluie pendant le séjour mais rien de gênant. Nous garderons un joli souvenir de ce séjour !

Wow! One of our favorite stays ever!! Alice welcomed us and even our children fell in love with her! The apartment was squeaky clean and absolutely perfect location. There were a lot of stairs but even my son on crutches was able to do it no problem. We will always fondly remember our stay here in beautiful Portofino!

L'alloggio di Michele si è rivelato perfetto per il nostro soggiorno di due notti con un bimbo di 1 anno e mezzo. Posizione centralissima, appartamento pulito e confortevole. Michele ci ha gentilmente fornito un lettino da viaggio e una seggiolina per il nostro bimbo. Ci ha, inoltre, lasciato un piacevole omaggio che non vediamo l'ora di assaggiare! Molto gradita la flessibilità nell'orario di check out. Assolutamente consigliato!

Adriana was lovely and friendly. Her appartement was clean, cosy with everything you might need. Very close to the train station and within walking distance of the city centre. We had a fab time in La spezia, a town worth visiting and close to 5 terre

I stayed for a month, mostly remote working. Wifi was great, never had a problem. Apartment is really comfortable. Beds are firm but not hard, great for back issues. Loved the little library, added 2 more books to it! Parking is easy, right across the street. It’s relatively quiet, except for commuting time and Saturday nights. Short walk to center and shops. Grocery and Farmacia 1-2 minutes from apartment. I would stay again. ❤️

L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano con ascensore, nessuna difficoltà mai a trovare parcheggio proprio sotto casa, posizione molto strategica soprattutto se si vuole visitare le Cinque Terre ma in 3 minuti di macchina si è in centro La Spezia. Appartamento come da descrizione, molto pulito e strepitosa accoglienza di Anto che ci ha saputo dare anche degli ottimi consigli per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno. Siamo stati davvero bene, grazie di cuore!

My family of six and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Guido’s apartment in La Spezia! It was comfortable and housed all six of our family members well. The only drawback we had was that the water heater runs out of water really fast. So we had to rush out showers or space them out substantially. The bathroom could use some improvement but overall it was functional. The apartment has a great design and look. The stairs to the loft are steep and require caution when traversing. Other than that, it was a great location that allowed us to experience the beauty of La Spezia. Guido was also kind enough to let us check in early.

I had a lovely stay at Cosimo’s apartment. I walked from the train station which was not far, but steep with luggage! Though it was a beautiful private walkway there, and a quick way into town when you don’t have your luggage :) Cosimo was an extremely helpful host. He provided great recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and was very helpful upon checkin, giving me a tour of the building and all of its amenities. Very responsive whenever I had a question as well! If you are looking for an escape amongst the hills of the Italian riviera, this is the place!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage der Stadt. Man schaut vom Balkon und vom 2. Schafzimmer aus auf die Stadt und das Meer. Wunderbare Illuminationen machen dieses am Abend zu einem faszinierenden Schauspiel. Carla hat alles sehr gut gemacht und war wie in Italien normal, sehr freundlich. Essen ist bezahlbar aber sehr gut. Auch Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und top Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wer die Ruhe und das Meer sucht, aber auch historische Gebäude und Gegenden zum Wandern ist hier richtig. Wer hier Party machen möchte, bitte woanders.

Appartement avec jardin, agréable, logement suffisant pour cinq personnes hôte , très gentille et chaleureuse et la gardienne est très aimable super accueil je recommande vivement

L’appartement de Paolo est situé sur les hauteurs de Rapallo: le chemin pour y accéder en voiture est pentu mais une fois trouvé la localisation est parfaite avec une jolie vue sur la mer et un parking fermé. Il y a également un petit chemin piéton principalement composé de marches afin d’accéder plus rapidement à la plage ainsi qu’à la balade du front de mer qui relie au centre-ville (ça monte mais nous avons pu le faire avec deux enfants en bas-âge). L’appartement est très propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire, il est encore plus joli que sur les photos! La piscine dans la résidence est grande et très agréable. Nous recommandons ce lieu!

Das Haus des Malers ist ein wunderbarer, persönlicher Ort. Mit grandiosem Ausblick, schönem Garten, individuell eingerichteter Wohnung. Einzig der Verkehr auf der Via Aurelia und die Züge stören ein wenig die ansonsten famose Lage am Golfo Paradiso. Vielen Dank an unsere herzlichen Gastgeber, die einen erfreulichen Sinn für Nachhaltigkeit haben: Wassersprudler, Plastik vermeiden, Heizen mit Pellets, Stromgewinnung per Photovoltaik. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten tolle Tage dort. Das Frühstück und Abendessen in der Casa Turchetti waren großartig! Der Ort ist eine Reise wert, um ein paar Tage Entspannung und Ruhe zu genießen. Immer wieder gerne!

Casa immersa nella natura ma comunque vicina a tutto, un bel luogo per staccare un po’. Gli spazi rispecchiano le foto dell’annuncio, la camera in particolare è bellissima. Andrea host simpatico e sorridente che si è reso molto disponibile. È stato un piacere soggiornare qui.
