Absolutely a Hidden Gem. Relaxing and peaceful are the first two words that come to mind when I think of our time spent in Cedar Key. The host was responsive and the home owner was delightful. We took the kayaks out to a sandbar and had a picnic and saw some amazing wildlife up close. Bring bug spray if you go down to kayak launch the mosquitoes are bad but once you get on water not one bothered us.

So glad we found this adorable place clean, comfortable , peaceful. Colin was very responsive. Everything was GREAT WE WILL BE BACK. TY COLIN

Peaceful neighborhood. Had room to park our boat. Very short distance to restaurants/town. Easy entry. Clean, comfortable bed. The washer and dryer was a plus so we could wash our beach towels and swimsuits. Would stay here again for sure.

Worth 1000 stars. Can I just say it’s refreshing to find an Airbnb host in this area? Who isn’t price gouging. Collins properties are super reasonably priced. They’re in a beautiful area, you have access to everything, it’s super private, the area is maintained well, so your pets and family will not be covered in ticks and eaten up by mosquitoes, And it’s priced wonderfully. I can’t say enough good things. Plus this host is very easy to work with and very proactive and responsive. The thing I will mention that apparently puts people off is the well water is kind of brown Ish when you take a shower or a bath, also in the sink, but it’s well water and it’s perfectly fine. I had no problems at all, and neither did my dogs. So please chill out on the well water and enjoy this beautiful gem of an Airbnb and this wonderful house. We are so grateful and I will definitely be returning.

Great host, great location!

The accommodations were really great for my holiday weekend stay! We used the lovely firepit -swing area every day. Bobby was responsive and helpful. The kitchen had everything I needed. Coffee overlooking the mist rising off the water in the morning was just so beautiful. The river is amazing… the hawks, ibis, anhinga, herons, and so many other birds were so cool to hear, and watch!

Absolutely amazing experience with this property. Condo is very well appointed and squeaky clean. Grounds are beautiful and versatile with a nearly new fishing pier and garage area for storage. Location is perfect for Cedar Key. Very easy to deal with and stellar communication from property manager, Katie! Everything was very accurately described and represented. Book IT!

Cedar Key is still recovering from Hurricane Helene, but that doesn’t show up in Katie’s place. It’s very nice, clean, and in a great location on Second Street.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. It truly felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great location very close to the river. We had a great stay and fun time on the river. The apartment was nice and clean. We loved the bathroom, kitchen. It was perfect for the two night getaway

I LOVED this place! Beautifully and newly remodeled, so very clean, super comfortable beds, lovely minimal decor, everything needed in the kitchen, great linens, blackout curtains, and right at the heart of town, great upper porch to hang out on. Cedar Key is recovering from hurricanes, so some things are not yet up and running, but the main restaurant was going strong and delish, and there are still cute stores/art galleries, coffee shop, etc. The host is a professional and was super helpful with our last-minute booking due to changed travel plans. We only got to stay two nights and we will be back!

This was a perfect getaway - minus the impending hurricane! Dog friendly, with partially fenced in year and swimming for the pups. Very peaceful on the porch and both of the two docks. Plenty of kayaks for us to paddle around the bay. We saw lots of wildlife - birds, fish, and even a ray! Really lovely place. I wish we could've stayed longer, but the storm was moving in. Katie was super helpful with storm updates and options. On another note, the key is super adorable. 83 West is possibly one of the best restaurants I've ever been to! Definitely plan to come back after hurricane season!

Highly Recommend! Found this gem last minute for a spontaneous weekend get away with hubby. Amazing views!! The place was just adorable and we felt so comfortable right from the greeting by Sonya; She was delightful. Dace was on top of everything, and patient with me being somewhat new to AirBnB. I have to admit, the elevator did make me feel ritzy for a weekend too, loved that! I know hotels have them but it’s different in a house & going up 4 floors! Oh, and no need to stop at the Welcome Center before check in. Sonya & Dace have everything you need in a binder right there on the table! Super helpful & saved us a stop. lol We will 100% stay here again!

This little place was perfect for what we were after. We wanted to be right on the water and have the ability to have a slip for our JetSki.

Had a wonderful stay in Cedar Key at Shirley’s place! Saw a rainbow almost every morning. We brought our boat and had a place to park it on the premises. Very nice relaxing vacation!

Gary and Pat were very friendly and quick to answer any questions we had. The unit was nicely furnished and had a well equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable with nice pillows and linens. The proximity to the river and Rainbow Springs provided ample opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Cycling on the Blue Run and the Withlacoochee bike trails were a highlight of our trip!
