Quiet location, pool was fantastic, amenities are great, linens are nice, modern furniture and art, very tidy and clean, responsive host, this is a nice place to stay.

Very nice cottage, everything was brand new and very clean. Very impressed with the kitchen and appliances, and the other rooms were very modern and clean as well. Incredibly large back yard with a nice pool and all the amenities you can think of including hammock, water toys and games, etc. Very nice wrap around porch with a gas grill included makes it really nice to relax in the yard. The home was about a 5 min drive from Cedar Lake and Devil's Den, and in the heart of Williston near the good local restaurants (highly recommend Sister's Place restaurant for breakfast or brunch, and Archie's pizza). Would highly recommend this home.

We had a wonderful and relaxing 10 days staying here. The house is very accommodating and comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We had some family come and stay with us from southern Florida and the amenities (ie. pool, hot tub, games for kids, and tvs in nearly every room) that served all of us very well. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time the house was nice and had plenty of supplies the host was extremely considerate and very quick to respond to ours concerns. Would highly recommend staying there very quiet peaceful setting little no traffic very quiet. Loved our visit thanks again Wade.

20 minutes from all the fun things.! pool is a bit cold in March but we still got in. There was a fixture out of the pool that was supposed to be in it, but I don’t think it was hurting anything.. The wash cloths were limited but the host quickly brought some. ran out of propane but they brought more within an hour. Host is super responsive. The place is beautiful and the master shower was amazing. We enjoyed playing volleyball and sitting by the pool. The bugs come out about 530, but there is some bug spray. Lots of little things to make the stay better. The basket of goodies were much appreciated!

We had a wonderful time in this perfectly located house on rainbow river! The home itself was quaint, cozy and clean. It has a ton of books and games inside - outside we could launch the kayaks and paddle boards from the garage straight into the water in the backyard. It was chilly so the pool was too cold to go in, but they left firewood for us to have a warm fire inside and even outside using the portable fire pit. Matt was great and very attentive too, helping us make sure we got into the home easily. We will be back!!

We had a relaxing stay! Everything was spotless, and our hosts were so kind. Very easy departure procedures, lovely home, quiet neighborhood. We loved being close to town and the parks. Will definitely return!

This is our second time staying at Sharon’s place. We visit Gainesville and Cedar Key and the location is perfect. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Her home is so nicely decorated with personal touches of home. The beds are super comfortable and the screened porch is where we spend our mornings drinking coffee and listening to the birds. Sharon is a wonderful host who is easy to communicate with and goes out of her way to make sure her guests are happy with their stay.

We had a lovely stay and were very happy with the bungalow and it was very close the the spring! We also loved the fire pit in the evening.

Have not ever encountered a more wonderful host! The home was very large and comfortable. The host provided fishing tackle, a canoe, paddle boards, and kayaks. Everything was wonderful!!

Perfect for our short stay

My husband and I needed a little reprieve and we got more than we had hoped for. The pictures do not do this “Cozy Cottage” justice. It was filled with charm and we felt at home. Alexis was a wonderful host and extremely responsive. I believe nothing is left to chance and God led us to this immaculate destination; for which I am grateful. We had a wonderful time and there was a ton to keep us occupied. We took a nice hike at Rainbow Springs, we enjoyed the local restaurants and small town appeal, we went horseback riding, visited a petting zoo… My husband and I were both a little sour to go. Wish we had booked an extended stay. If all prevails, we will assuredly be coming back! We were talking about it before we left. Thank you kindly for being such a wonderfully accommodating host. Used her place for a weekend dive trip to Blue Grotto and Rainbow River. It was spotless, easy to get into, plenty of parking and well lit. There were snacks and some wine. Kitchen with everything you would need. Host was very pleasant and quick to respond

This house is beautiful, so tastefully decorated, every possible need or want from an AirBnb is provided. It has a fully stocked kitchen that any cook would dream of. The beds are comfortable, linens are lovely and the bedroom fans are exceptional. The backyard is perfect for cooking out, relaxing and plenty of space for pets. The area around the house is quiet, peaceful and makes you feel as though you are in a magical, mysterious place. I kept hoping to catch a glimpse of an alligator, but I was satisfied to see beautiful birds flying and fish jumping while I drank my morning coffee. I really wish I'd been able to stay longer, as it was the perfect respite after our adventures in Crystal River. Thank you!

10/10 rating from us! This place was absolutely breathtaking and our host was so incredibly friendly and helpful. My family and I had the best time. We will definitely be staying again in the future!!

Clean and simple. Beautiful property and next trip up I will try to stay there again.

It was a great place to stay we stayed there for three months and cedar key is a great place to stay there doing great rebuild after the hurricanes and some places are opening

Nice quiet neighborhood, very close to the springs and everything else you could need in a small town. Juan Carlos was great at communicating and accommodating ! Would definitely stay at his place again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was excellent, with fantastic communication from start to finish. The house was in the perfect location for our needs, making everything so convenient. One of the highlights of our stay was the host’s farm! They gave us a tour, and we got to see adorable goats, ducks, and a beautiful vineyard —it was such a unique and delightful experience. The thoughtful touches really stood out: they left us farm-fresh eggs, a pizza, a snack basket, a bottle of wine, and even a birthday balloon, which made our stay feel extra special and welcoming. The only downside was the master bedroom shower, where the water pressure was low due to some older hardware that could use an update. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and memorable experience, and we would happily recommend this Airbnb to others!

My sons and I stayed here to celebrate my youngest son’s 18th birthday. The house was very nice and the location was awesome. We had everything we needed from the kitchen supplies to cook right down to the golf cart to go back and forth to the park to enjoy the water on the provided kayaks. I can’t say enough about what a special place this is. It’s beautiful it’s quaint and peaceful. Old Florida at its best. Would definitely book again and also recommend. ☺️

My family and I had amazing stay at Chelsea Tropical Oasis for are yearly trip to Florida. It was just as described. My boys loved the pool and the game room. We were so happy we could bring our dog and the backyard was great for her.

Nice neighborhood, host reponded quickly, very clean, check out was super easy.
