Otter Springs is truly one of a kind! The house is immaculate and has many essentials to help make your stay even better. Everything is clean and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. The outside is incredibly beautiful, private and spacious. The dock has newly updated stairs leading to the river making it easy to get in and out of kayaks & paddle boards. Nature is of abundance here as you can see several species of birds hunting for fish. We saw deer in the neighborhood. One of our highlights of the trip was being able to paddle with a family of otters for days as they played. It was magical! The kids loved having their own space in the separate house. We all spent all day on the water exploring upstream the cypress forests. It’s so peaceful to allow the river to float you back down stream to the house. You don’t even have to paddle! The water is crystal clear and refreshing. This house is a hidden gem and we absolutely cannot wait to book again!

5 of us there for a golf tournament in which we all were very happy with the place. The house has a lot it do and it is a cozy house in general which all of the players staying with us loved. We were very lucky to be able to book with Juan again and had such a fun time there. The house is stocked with supplies for kitchen and laundry which is great especially since it’s something I use every trip. The house is very comfortable and we’ve definitely made some great memories there so if we make our way back to Juliette Falls we know who we’re booking with! We appreciate Juan and his hospitality, either of his properties would be the best choice !! 😃

Have not ever encountered a more wonderful host! The home was very large and comfortable. The host provided fishing tackle, a canoe, paddle boards, and kayaks. Everything was wonderful!!

The house was great and spacious. Perfect for our Rainbow Springs getaway. The only thing that was a bit deceiving was the fact that the river access was a 15-20 minute walk from the house itself. The pictures made it look like the river access was in the backyard, which is what I was expecting. Other than that it was a perfect location to visit Rainbow Springs State Park. And then the next day, we drove about an hour to Silver Springs State Park, which was absolutely beautiful and worth the drive. FYI - Rainbow Springs you can swim, but Silver Spring you can't. The house was very clean and peaceful. A great place to book if you want to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city!

Beautiful place to relax as well as to be busy. The recommendations were great and helpful. Catherine was helpful all around. We enjoyed the art, the spaces, the games, etc. wished we had more days but definitely will book again if we are in the area.

Host was always prompt to respond and even seemed to care about our adventures outside of airbnb experience! that was a first. we also didnt have much to add because the view was so incredible we hardly even did anything else! even the neighbors were friendly! wish we had stayed longer and want to come back FOR SURE

My family and I had a wonderful stay at George’s place. The house was sparkling clean, spacious, and well-equipped with numerous amenities. Everything you might need is provided and each bathroom is stocked with soap, shampoo, and plenty of towels. The views are breathtaking, and the town has a charming, relaxed atmosphere. Rainbow Springs is less than 10 minutes away, and having access to George’s kayaks made the experience even more enjoyable. If you are a nature lover, this is a place for you! I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends.

April is a super nice woman, the place was beautiful and super clean. Great neighborhood, everyone around was super friendly. I would highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!

This was by far the best rental I have ever stayed in- and our family has stayed in many. It's beautifully decorated and more equipped than what I've experienced. Sarah was very helpful at check in as well. The house was spotless and perfect for my husband and I, our 17 and 13 year old sons, and our two dogs.

Home away from home! The home was exactly as described, beautiful location, spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The lanai was our favorite spot each morning and evening. Highly recommended!

Very nice cottage, everything was brand new and very clean. Very impressed with the kitchen and appliances, and the other rooms were very modern and clean as well. Incredibly large back yard with a nice pool and all the amenities you can think of including hammock, water toys and games, etc. Very nice wrap around porch with a gas grill included makes it really nice to relax in the yard. The home was about a 5 min drive from Cedar Lake and Devil's Den, and in the heart of Williston near the good local restaurants (highly recommend Sister's Place restaurant for breakfast or brunch, and Archie's pizza). Would highly recommend this home.

If you are looking for a peaceful place, this is the best place ! We enjoyed so much our stay at Pinay Power's house. The view on the lake is fabulous. You have direct acces to the water. The house is well equiped amd charming. It is 15 min away from Rainbow springs and so close to Dunnellon. Our host was super friendly, and really nice. Totally recommend this wonderful place to stay !

My family and I had amazing stay at Chelsea Tropical Oasis for are yearly trip to Florida. It was just as described. My boys loved the pool and the game room. We were so happy we could bring our dog and the backyard was great for her.

She let us arrive a day early with a quick response. The location is very private, clean, and easy to go places. I would definitely stay again at our next visit.

We had a wonderful time in this perfectly located house on rainbow river! The home itself was quaint, cozy and clean. It has a ton of books and games inside - outside we could launch the kayaks and paddle boards from the garage straight into the water in the backyard. It was chilly so the pool was too cold to go in, but they left firewood for us to have a warm fire inside and even outside using the portable fire pit. Matt was great and very attentive too, helping us make sure we got into the home easily. We will be back!!

The customer service we received was truly fantastic! We needed to find a place last-minute, the same day, and Chad helped us make that happen. His communication with us was phenomenal the entire stay. The place is great--super clean, very comfortable beds, and you could not be closer to Rainbow Springs. The house is spacious, and in a very quiet neighborhood. We were so please with our stay, and Chad was a really excellent host. If you're looking for great communication and customer service--this is your place!

We had a lovely stay and were very happy with the bungalow and it was very close the the spring! We also loved the fire pit in the evening.

The house was awesome! Spacious, clean and in a great location. The only downfall was spotty wifi, but that couldve been because of the weather.

Cheryl was very nice, responsive, and her thorough instructions were very helpful. Most important to me, the house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utencils, and the bedding was very nice. We all had a lovely time fishing on the dock, kayking, and boating down the river. We explored Homosassa Springs, Rainbow Springs and several other Florida attractions. The whole family had a lot of fun!

We LOVED the Tree House in Cedar Key! Great location, with games, kayaks, bikes provided by the host. We brought two hammocks from home and the trees in the back yard were perfect for hammocking. Because of the two porches and open living space, our family did not feel of six feel cramped in the space at all. Also, we had a wonderful experience renting a golf cart from Bobby Sea. BEST rates on the island and Cassandra provided us with his contact info; go with Bobby! ☺️

The farm was a wonderful break from the city. It's very quiet and peaceful. Waking up and seeing the farm animals was fun. Homey space, clean, comfortable and safe. Directions to the place was clear and communication with Nicole was easy.

We booked on very short notice. Sandra was kind to accept our booking right away. She was very friendly & we loved being greeted by various animals that are on the farm. It was so peaceful there & the accommodations were fantastic. Sandra gave us recommendations on things to do in the area & a great restaurant to try that was only a few minutes down the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & we definitely will come back again.
