Loved this little apartment! Tom was super responsive and left clear instructions which made checking in a breeze. The flat is so spacious for 2 people and is in a fantastic location just walking distance from main attractions so gives you plenty to do that’s if you want to leave this gorgeous place. Waking up to the views of the sea was so beautiful and peaceful. We definitely will be booking again!

Silvija's place is brilliant. The location was as perfect as you can get given that you're near all the nightlife, but so near for it to be noisy. All the required cooking amenities were included which was great. We were also sent helpful tips from Silvija on how to work the TV. It's located above a very nice cocktail bar which I recommend visiting. Next time we visit Brighton, I'll be sure to check if Silvija's place is available.

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend in Brighton and needed a place to stay fairly central. Jane's apartment was perfect, in a great location, lovely and homely, clean and had everything we needed. Jane and her team were also very quick at responding and proactive with plenty of instructions, plus local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again, thanks!

Had such a gorgeous stay, the flat is super spacious with the most incredible sea view. Caroline was really responsive and the place was spotless and super cosy. Would definitely recommend!

Central and parking was easy. Spotlessly clean. View was great with the sun in the room first thing in the morning. Not noisy at night time.

Es war sehr nett in Lancing. Die Lage ist ideal um sowohl Brighton als auch das Hinterland zu erkunden. Dazu ist man auch direkt vom Haus schnell am Meer. Alles in allem eine rundum gelungene Woche. Lieben Dank an Harley!

We loved our stay here! The apartment was beautiful and just as described. The view of the sea was very special too, as well as being able to step outside onto the sea front! Amandeep and Rebecca were very responsive and helpful. They provided a booklet with recommendations of the area and everything we needed to know about the apartment. An added bonus, if you’re a keen runner like me, Hastings parkrun was just a 5 minute walk away - 5k along the coast! We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Thanks again!

Exceeded my expectations on location and size. Delightful position with stunning views as you are literally in the beach. Listen to the sound of waves crashing around you. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The accommodation was easy to find and spotlessly clean throughout. Comfortable beds and quality bed linen. Alex was very responsive and happy to recommend places to visit. We will certainly be back.

James house was very comfortable and very well located. As we had a 1 year old with us James arranged a more flexible check in and out time which was much appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend

We really enjoyed Driftwood. A perfect little house in a perfect location to get straight on to the beach. It fitted 4 of us and our dog very comfortably. We really couldn't fault it. The property was clean, had everything you could need, and the Host, Simone was extremely responsive and helpful. If you're wondering which one to book in the area, then wonder no more. This is the one!

Fantastic stay! The house was a great space for myself and my family to stay in. The house was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach which was picturesque and Rustington high street which had a few lovely places to stop for a drink. Overall a fantastic stay.

Beautiful house which opens up right onto the beach. The outside area is great and the view from the house are amazing. Really nice house inside as well.

Lovely host and the house was perfect for our get-together. Jane was very responsive and left some thoughtful touches in the house for us. Everyone loved the house and can’t wait to book again. Gorgeous location!

I had a wonderful stay at Bijou and Alka's house. It is right on the beach front with incredible views of the sea from the main lounge area and a 5 minute walk from the local shops and restaurants. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed to have a lovely weekend. Alka was very responsive and helpful

The apartment is in a fantastic location and includes many thoughtful, memory provoking furnishings, memorabilia and accessories. The sea front and pier were within a few minutes walk, as were many great pubs and restaurants. David was a friendly and very responsive host. We had a lovely stay at Joanne’s place. It was beautifully decorated and in a great location. Joanne was very helpful when we requested local places to eat. Would definitely recommend and certainly stay again. The apartment was bigger than we imagined.

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!

Anna’s flat was great. And it is so lovely to have a sea view. Sparkly clean and lots of character (surprisingly as the communal areas are quite basic!). And well located for all the great restaurants of St Leonards and the beach. We had a lovely time! ☺️

We had a glorious stay, the place is beautiful and we were particularly fond of the view and the lift. Very responsive host would definitely stay again!

Kimberley’s flat was a beautiful place to relax on the south coast with sea views. The decor is exceptional and full of character which made the stay even more enjoyable and the kitchen and bathroom are both well equipped. She was extremely responsive and helpful and was a fantastic host!

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour de cinq jours chez Simon. La maison est spacieuse, calme, confortable, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Il y a de nombreuses activités à faire à proximité, avec plein de recommandations dans un livret laissé à disposition au sein du logement. Simon est très sympathique et réactif. Il n’y avait pas de parking pour les visiteurs,m à proximité immédiate du logement, mais nous avons pu stationner dans une rue située à 15-20 minutes à pied.
