Jane is a great host and her cat Esme steals the show! I felt very comfortable in that little roses room. And her attic room?! Incredible! What a place to be! I highly recommend booking that for yourself when in doubt :) Very quiet but central location. Loved it!

Very welcoming and kind, private space on top floor with own bathroom, comfortable and warm. The location is great, plenty parking and a very relaxed environment.

Only staying in Kemsing for one night, Sonja’s home was just ideal. I came by train so it was a 20 min walk along the back roads & Sonja’s directions were spot on. Very welcoming on arrival, with fresh hot cups of tea a friendly chat. A healthy breakfast the following morning after a superbly peaceful sleep. Thank you Sonja.

Our second fabulous stay in this extraordinary B&B in the countryside. Very tastefully decorated in a rustic eclectic style. L&R are the most welcoming and warmhearted hosts. An exceptional experience.

Mon séjour chez Andrew s’est très bien passé, le logement est a proximité du centre et de la plage donc tout est faisable à pied. De plus Andrew sait accueillir, point positif pour le petit déjeuner inclus!

L’accueil et le petit déjeuner étaient parfaits et le logement superbe, lumineux et idéalement situé pour les balades dans les collines et pour l’accès à un pub pour le dîner

Was a great stay and great location to gatwick. Richard and his wife was so welcoming, room is lovely, very clean. House is amazing with log fire and all the old beams. The views are amazing, would never know so close to gatwick. Had a lovely meal in the pub, which was 5 minute walk. poppadoms and dips were best ive ever had. Richard was very kind to take us to airport and pick us up for very small fee. Let us leave our car for again a small fee. Will def be back and highely recommend people to stay. Our 1st time using airbnb and wont be our last.

The location was perfect for our needs and the room was lovely with all the amenities we could wish for. It was spotlessly clean and felt like a home-from-home. Breakfast was good, with a selection that included  3 types of cereal, a choice of yoghurts and croissants with jam or cheese and ham. Our host, Bev was very welcoming and we were given a key, which made everything easier. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. We would highly recommend.

I had the most relaxing and wonderful stay! The countryside, the cosy homely house, the fresh bread and honey from their hive, the comfy bed, the warm welcome, the birdsong…. and the kittens, together create a home from home feeling. This is the perfect stay for peace, relaxation and connection with nature. Cannot recommend this host enough!

I had a lovely stay with Mary&Paul. They both made me feel very welcome, they are both very kind&lovely people. My room was lovely clean and cosy, I slept 😴 very well. The breakfast in the morning was delicious 😋 the homemade muesli was really nice and my dippy eggs and toast was made perfectly by Paul, all washed down with a pot of tea. I am already planning my next stay. A big Thank you for everything. 😊

Wow, what a fantastic find and a fantastic place to stay! The house is beautiful and spotlessly clean, with a comfy king bed and plenty of refreshments. What more could you ask for to top off a weekend in Brighton? Great price too. Mark was an amazing host—chatty, informative, and incredibly kind. I can't recommend this place enough. Sarah is the perfect hostess, friendly, funny, always helpful with great tips for things to do in the area. We immediately felt so warmly welcome in her cute house, the rooms were cosy and the beds comfortable. She prepared an excellent breakfast with a view into the wonderful garden. This place is amazing! The room was very clean and Janet was very kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The room came with water, coffee, and breakfast, which was a great touch. The location was also great, very private. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this place and would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and comfortable, just like description, bright and airy thanks to large bay window, especially made homely with lots of plants and cushions, the bed was luxurious, the TV screen gigantic and as a bonus, there was a large container of filtered water. The shared spaces were clean and tidy. And the host friendly and helpful! thanks Dan for providing great accommodation 😊

I stayed 7 nights , the area is quiet and peaceful . Kristina is a friendly host and nothing was too much trouble. The room was as described , with extra blankets and heating supplied .

Really friendly hosts, a lovely clean and cosy room. Small space but perfect for 2 on a short stay. Lovely patio window, we could sit in bed and watch the blackbirds and wrens popping about the patio garden. Everything you could need…coffee, tea, biscuits and a continental breakfast. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A lovely, characterful home and an ideal base from which to explore Hartfield and Winnie-the-Pooh country. The bedroom was large and clean, with a huge and very comfortable bed. Val was a friendly and welcoming host. We would thoroughly recommend this place and we would be very happy to stay there again.
