The perfect apartment for a few days in Hastings/St Leonards. Wonderful sea view and minutes from all the main amenities of St Leonards (shops, bars, restaurants). Great value and ideal location.

Jo was a fantastic host with a beautiful home! We had a really lovely stay and we'll definitely be back when we're down this way again :)

Lovely AirB&B which was convenient for an event we were attending in Haywards Heath. Had good communication with Jane when required. We did not meet but felt if we needed assistance she would be available. I stay here with my daughter and felt comfortable. The flat was tasteful decorated and very clean. Close enough to Brighton to visit with lots of countryside for walking close by. Would definitely come back to Jane’s place.

A nice little place where we could spend a month between house moves. John was helpful, and met us at the location. The flat was clean, and everything was as described. The flat is in a relatively secluded place as expected, but there was a bit more traffic noise than expected, as it is right on the corner of a crossroads.

We absolutely loved staying at Tatiana’s penthouse, it was stunning inside and out, the photos of the penthouse are beautiful but honestly it’s even more beautiful in real life. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning. It was the perfect place to be to celebrate my 40th Birthday. And Tatiana was an amazing host, thank you again for a lovely stay.

Wonderful garden apartment with everything we needed. Great location to explore Brighton and the surrounding area. Anthony and Mark are great hosts. The EV charger was an added bonus. Highly recommend.

It's always so nice staying somewhere where a lot of attention and care has been put on the property. I had such a lovely stay at this property, I absolutely fell in love with the interior decor (love wall paper in dining area), I had everything I needed, communication with host Robert was great, everywhere was clean, wifi worked well and even everything in the kitchen matched. Lovely, lovely, lovely and would recommend.

I cannot rate this stay highly enough. The house was gorgeous, exactly as advertised. It had a very warm and relaxed feeling, with a brilliant layout and created a sense of adventure in discovering all the rooms. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, cheerfully helping us if there was any need. I would very much like to return! Thankyou again

I've stayed twice in this large flat and it is only a few feet away from the Co-Op and shops of all types. Three blocks away from LaBella Vista, the best Italian Restaurant in the area. Beautiful and staff the greatest. You can walk to beach within three blocks. What else could anyone want in an Airbnb. They are generous with lights and heat and it's very cozy in the winter.

Great stay, very nice place and good location, and lots of parking space which was important as we had two cars. Everything was as described and Diana was always easy to reach and very helpful. Can recommend to anyone.

Well equipped modern townhouse. Located on a quiet side syreet, just a short walk into town. It had everything we needed for a family weekend break in Brighton.

Stayed at this barn house for two nights and honestly, it was just what I needed. Super quiet, peaceful, and a great spot to escape all the usual noise. The wood-burning hot tub was such a nice bonus—perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The host, Tim was great too—really helpful and quick to respond to any questions. If you’re after a chill countryside getaway, this place totally hits the mark.

This is my second stay at Nikkis place and yes as before absoutly fab! This is the best place i have stayed in so will not look elsewhere when i visit again. Her place is just as photos show and in most cases even better. So many home comforsts and special treats left or made for you. The welcolme hamper is the best i have ever been left :). Everywhere is so clean and good quality... there is nothing you need to make your stay perfect. I was even lucky to have good weather so made use of the outside space too. Would recommned Nikkis place 100%' Nikki thanks again for making my visit so welcolming and as i say home from home. See you again soon X

Very happy with our stay at Darren & Tammy's place, the apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable, felt newly renovated, and it had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely responsive, any questions we had were responded to within a few minutes, which is not the norm in our experience. Thanks for a great stay, we would definitely look to book again when we next come back to Worthing.

Lovely , calm quiet flat in the heart of vibrant Hove . 5 mins to the seafront . You can park outside for 2 hours using pay-by phone app to unload everything. I then drove to Norton Road Carpark which is council owned. This costs £10.50 for 12 hours 8am-8pm and free overnight . So I simply topped up using the app every morning just before 8 am . 3 days parking cost me £31.50 . Simples. There’s always space . Sarah was very responsive and Uber nice as was her partner . Had a chat with her neighbour and exchanged tips on well-being . Giggling Squid is a really nice Thai restaurant near by . Highly recommend . I spent my days on the beach and chilled in the evening in Sarah’s vibrant flat . Didn’t want to leave ! Thanks Sarah , Davey and of course not forgetting Lisa 😊

This was definitely the best property I have stayed at in recent memory whilst using Airbnb. The attention to detail was amazing. I had the idea of a quiet but fun Valentines evening, and Rachel completely understood this assignment and could not have hosted any better. If you love to play games you will be more than occupied by the pool/table tennis table. Also the bed was extremely comfortable and really didn’t want to leave !

A perfect place to stay. The apartment was pristine, beautifully decorated and in a lovely location. Sarah’s communication was above and beyond what you’d expect - proactively wishing us a nice stay, leaving little extras (wine, brioche, toiletries) and offering an early check in ❤️ - thanks Sarah. Hove seems just that little bit nicer as a place to stay than central Brighton, lots of lovely coffee shops, Independent stores, pubs & restaurants literally around the corner… & the sea at the end of the street! We recommend Capsule Records (a very classy independent vinyl store), Archipelagos Greek restaurant for food, the Wick & Le Pub for a drink - all on the doorstep, or The Pond (bao buns) & The White Rabbit for a pint in Brighton itself. In terms of attractions the i360 is well worth it as the sun sets, & The Lanes for a swim / sauna / coffee. Brighton & Hove have such a friendly independent vibe and there is so much to see that we are going to have to return to Sarah’s place!

Perfect for a family of 5 with a small dog. Great location with everything on your doorstep and whilst we didn't use it the garden would be excellent in the summer. Would definitely book again if we came to stay this way again.

Rosalind, our host, has been most helpful and attentive to our every need. The flat was very clean and warm. We would definitely return and recommend it.

The Middle Farm flat was a wonderful place to stay and explore London and points in the southwest of Britain. We truly loved the local atmosphere as well as the convenience to public transport (<2 miles away), shops, and restaurants. Kate was an amazing hostess—so helpful, kind, and accommodating—and the flat was clean, comfortable, and a beautiful home away from home. If we ever have opportunity to return to the area, we will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Wir sind mit einem 8 Monate alten Baby angereist. Uns wurde ein Reisebett, ein Hochstuhl und Spielsachen zur Verfügung gestellt. Da wir ein Problem mit dem Trockner hatten (konnte leider nicht mehr repariert werden) mussten wir viel kommunizieren. Es wurde immer gleich und freundlich geantwortet. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Bei der Lage haben wir nur 4 Sterne gegeben, da es v.a. am WE doch sehr laut werden kann und die Fenster anders als in Deutschland nicht besonders Schalldicht sind. Hier noch ein Tipp für Reisende mit Kind. Es gibt keine Rollläden in England (bzw. kaum), wer ein abgedunkeltes Zimmer braucht benötigt einen Vorhang. Wir haben dort Freunde und einen ausgeliehen bekommen. Einige Obdachlose haben es sich vor dem Eingang gemütlich gemacht, da war es nachts leider manchmal doch sehr laut. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft jedoch sehr weiterempfehlen ! Man ist gleich am Strand und in der Stadt. Danke
