We were in Littlehampton for my uncle's funeral. Kay's place was the perfect cosy place to catch up with family and enjoy some quality time together after going for a walk on the beach. Kay & Andrew were lovely and very helpful. We'd be very happy to visit again. 😊

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Great Tangley Manor for my husbands 70th Birthday Celebration. The house is totally amazing, steeped in history but so comfortable and welcoming. We were a party of 8 adults and 4 children under 8 years old and everyone found something of interest and their own little nook in this beautiful house. The kitchen is so well stocked with utensils and cutlery, beautiful crockery and a great range cooker, the glass area for eating breakfast was so light and airy a real treat looking out onto the courtyard. The dining room perfect for seating 12 people and enjoying time together telling stories around the enormous dining table. The house is so spacious that everyone had space to sit, relax, play and just chill. The grounds are beautifully kept and the swimming pool is amazing, everyone enjoyed their time in the pool.. so well maintained. Thank you to the owners for making us feel so welcome we loved our time at Great Tangley Manor, a truly unique experience

Such a beautiful place, our family loved the tree house, the lake and the boats. The wildlife were amazingly tame. Katherine and Alex were great friendly and communicative hosts. Highly recommend.

Our family had a fantastic stay. The cottage was lovely and homely. Sue had toys and activities in the house and garden for the kids. The hot tub was a bonus and great for relaxing. There is a nice small park near by for the kids, and its only a short walk to lancing beach, train station and brooklands park and lake. Local cafes and pubs and shops in walking distance. Regular trains from lancing to Brighton for a day out. Overall we had a great week at Sue's with lots of opportunities for walks and days out. The cottage was a great place to relax for all the family.

A beautiful warm, peaceful and cosy home, everything we needed as a family of four over Christmas. James responded to my messages quickly and the whole trip was hassle free. Would definitely stay there again, highly recommend.

House was exactly what we required and as described with all things things we needed for our stay. Ray was very responsive and provided useful information proactively! Overall a lovely stay!

Sadly we only stayed one night wish we could have stayed longer. The house was in a fabulous location and so beautiful inside, spotlessly clean and quality finishes.

Zoe is a very friendly and nice host. Her place is bright and spacious and just minutes away from the beach and Hove lagoon. The single room is pretty small but the double room where we stayed is comfortably large, and the lounge is perfect for kicking back after a day out. It's a bit of a walk into town but on a nice day it's a pleasure to walk along the sea. If the weather doesn't play ball you can always take an Uber or the bus, not far from the house.

Thank you Laura for hosting us at such short notice after our original booking was cancelled last minute. You found us a beautiful place, it was ready for us so quickly and was even more lovely than our original booking. The owner was very friendly, also. It is such a beautiful home, with an outdoor space, a big bed in the main bedroom, beautifully furnished and quiet! We are so grateful to have found your place and will recommend Laura and the property to anyone we know travelling to Arundel. Thanks again.

This was my first time visiting friends in Kent from Liverpool, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Maidstone East station was just a short walk from this lovely accommodation, making it incredibly convenient. Mitchell was kind enough to provide his contact details in case I needed any assistance, though everything was smooth and straightforward upon arrival. The property was spotless, with a clean, fresh scent, and it had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The fast internet was a lifesaver as I had a work meeting to attend before heading out for some shopping at Maidstone Centre with friends. After a long day of travel and socialising, the hot shower and bath were the perfect way to unwind, with lovely smelling soaps provided, and fresh white towels! There’s also a small spa nearby for any last-minute items you might need for a short stay. There’s also a private parking available if you live abit closer than I do. I’ll be looking to book again next year

This was such a beautiful comfortable place to stay, just like home from home. We have stayed in a few air b &b s and this was by far the best. Arthur and his wife were so accommodating and we had everything we needed for our week long stay. Beautiful comfy bed which was very much needed, everything amenity you could think of was there. Thankyou for letting us stay Arthur it was lovely.

Absolutely beautiful place it’s that good we have booked it again in August highly recommended this studio apartment it’s got a nice view of the marina two separate bathrooms nice size kitchen and it’s quiet. Very clean and it’s got everything you require local to a few restaurants and pubs and a supermarket a five minute walk and a bus stop a 2 minute walk a 10 minute walk and your at a cinema , mark and Vicky and all the staff are amazing clear instructions of how to get there and couldn’t do enough to help with any any hesitation 5star service

Our family had a wonderful few days at the gorgeous Oast House property. Stunning setting with views across the fields. Local walks were great and maps available, along with local attractions all close by. Heather prepared an amazing meal for us which was well worth the money and the property had everything we needed for a peaceful and enjoyable few days away from the big smoke. The guest book in the property says it all about what a fantastic place this is. Highly recommend and look forward to returning soon.

We had the most wonderful stay at Coes farm. The cottage itself is lovely, really cosy with all the amenities you need for a relaxing break. The setting is truly glorious, incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The farm itself is great with lovely walks and fantastic amenities. Having the use of the amazing pool and hot tub made our whole stay even more luxurious. Martin & Jess were so helpful and responsive, providing us with extra tea bags and milk when we ran out. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you so much

Great few days staying here. Lots of nice touches (milk in the fridge for our arrival, high chair and cot for our baby etc., basics in the cupboards like salt and oil) and Jo was really easy to communicate with. The house is very comfortable and we really enjoyed staying there.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Marion was incredibly accommodating & warmly welcomed us on our arrival . The cottage was perfectly positioned and Marion had gone out of her way to make us feel at home- especially with our toddler . Plenty of toys and baby equipment which was greatly appreciated. We loved the gorgeous courtyard and had a lovely stroll to the nearby cafe which was a great way to spend a morning with playground and great coffee! A wonderful trip and one we would love to come back to! Thank you

Lovely accomodation! Although we were only able to stay for a short while, we still had a lovely time. We thoroughly enjoyed the woodland walk (and so did our two chihuahuas). The property was immaculate too. Thank you!

Diana’s beautiful countryside cottage is nestled into the East Sussex countryside, providing a quiet and remote getaway, but within easy drive of shops and several lovely Sussex towns and villages. Beautiful walks in the area.. in the winter bring your waterproof boots and enjoy!! Great for a stay with family or friends, lots of lovely spaces in the house ( the photos don’t do it justice). We stayed between Christmas and new year, so we appreciated and enjoyed the abundance of coal for our daily evening fires, providing a warm and very cozy atmosphere. Very well equipped kitchen with enough space around the table for 6 or 7 people. All our needs were met. Well worth a stay, I would highly recommend this place and we will surely return! Gill

I stayed at Andrew's place for a week with my husband and 3 year old son and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The open kitchen/lounge area works well with young children. The wood burner had a sturdy safety gate and all plug sockets had protective covers. It's well placed for visiting the local area. Plenty of national trust properties nearby and we drove the Heart of Kent route one day. Port Lympe zoo is also brilliant. Unfortunately, our son became ill during our stay so we had to cut our stay short by a couple of days. Despite that, my son hasn't stopped talking about our stay at Long Stable and will be booking a return stay in the near future. Marie, Oli and Alfie.

We hadden 4 fantastische dagen in het huisje van Caroline. De kinderen waren heel gelukkig met de chocolaatjes en zelf was ik helemaal in de wolken met alle prachtige bloemen die werkelijk overal in het huis stonden! De locatie was zalig rustig en een goeie uitvalsbasis voor een aantal daguitstappen. We sliepen als roosjes in de comfortabele bedden en werden elke ochtend wakker met het gefluit van de vogeltjes. Het aanwezige ontbijt was de kers op de taart want zo konden we rustig aankomen zonder al direct te denken aan de volgende ochtend. We raden een verblijf dan ook zeker aan! 😊
