Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

Jolie maison à 10 min à pied du littoral dans un beau quartier très calme avec 3 chambres confortables. Grande cuisine avec vue sur un beau petit jardin et de grands arbres. Un très bel endroit pour découvrir le sud de l’Angleterre et visiter Londres à 1h30 de train. Arrivée et départ autonome mais super accompagnement de l’agence avec beaucoup de réactivité pour répondre à toutes nos questions.

Absolutely loved our stay there. The house and gardens were lovely. Nice quiet area, easy to travel by bus to Brighton which took about 15 mins. Can't fault the place at all. Especially as traveling with my disabled son. The bedroom and bathroom for him were a massive plus and made everything so much easier. We will definitely be looking at coming back sometime!

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Tracy and Mark’s place in St Leonards on Sea is absolutely lovely. The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable – we all felt right at home straight away. The garden is a real bonus too – a sunny spot perfect for eating or relaxing with a cup of tea or glass of wine. There were loads of interesting books and board games, if only we'd had more time! Our hosts were very kind, helpful and responsive. St Leonards itself is a great spot for a short break. It’s right on the sea, with a really creative and laid-back vibe. There are loads of great places to eat and drink, and plenty of art and interesting shops to explore. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Thanks again, Tracy and Mark!

We had a very comfortable stay at April cottage. All three bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The rooms were warm upstairs which is great for winter. A little fresher downstairs but we weren't uncomfortable. The sofa is amazingly comfortable. We only stayed a night but we commented we would have been very comfortable if we had stayed for longer. The kitchen has everything you could wish for ! Stylish decor throughout Walkable to the beach

Stayed at Andrea’s place for Brighton Marathon. It’s a beautiful house with lots of room and has an aspect that made the most of the fabulous weather. What was great was Andrea allowed us to check out late so we could recover after the Marathon, which was a life saver as it was very hot yesterday and we were a bit shattered. So huge thanks Andrea :))

Isabella is really friendly and helpful. Her place is absolutely stunning and very peaceful. She was so kind I decided to extend! I had everything I needed and she was always on hand to help if ever I needed information. The little touches my son really appreciated like the toy figures left and the tent in the sitting room Also the tales and music was great too! A very easy place to find and looks exactly like the photos if not even better. Thank you 😊

Me and my friend went for a couple of nights to get away and escape the city. It was right on the beach, extremely clean and a really lovely space with beautiful art. We visited the castle near by which was also great. Julie was lovely over message and we will definitely be coming back !.

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

Fantastic host very responsive. Helpful with local knowledge. Lovely flat. Yes it can be a bit noisy but if you are in Brighton enjoying yourself then you expect to hear people, just part of the experience. Normally quiet by midnight or so. The access to all amenities more than outweighs any disturbance. Flat lovely and clean and spacious. We will definitely be back . Thanks Silvija x

We had a wonderful stay, I can't think of anything negative at all. The host was so accommodating and quick to respond. Beautiful property which was spotlessly clean and in a great location with a car park located on the street which is was very reasonable. Lots of restraunts and shops close by and a short walk from the sea. We will definitely return, thank you.

This is a great apartment for a long weekend away in Brighton/Hove. It is spacious and located close to the beach. There are many excellent places to eat in the vicinity. Catherine was incredibly responsive and helpful too - highly recommended!

Charlie was a very good host responded to my messages quickly! The place we stayed was amazing and very well looked after! Would definitely recommend!

great lottle (big!) space for a weekend break. we were visiting our son in Brighton and tried Hove to be a bit further away from the crazy. Free allocated parking nearby meant we could leave the car and forget about it. The house is near to bus stops but we used Uber to get around. apartment was clean and tidy with comfy beds and good quality linen. thanks for a lovely stay!

Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

Hugely enjoyable stay in Hove! This place is perfect for a little family holiday to Brighton & Hove. Lots of space, bright and clean on a lovely street. Very short walk to the beach and easy access to a range of cafes, bars and restaurants. It was a perfect bolt hole for our little family. The host Mark is super responsive and even helped us reclaim a bag of beloved marvel characters which we mistakenly left behind. Highly recommend!

Stayed while recovering from a surgical operation, so wasn't quite out-and-about but more than lovely for resting for a week. Particularly handy to have separate rooms and hand rails in the bath/shower. It's an older house, you'll get noise from neighbours, but it's solid, well-maintained, very well-located, and absolutely worth it over the hotels that come at the same or higher cost.

We stayed for a Hen Do and it was perfect! Amazing location, stunning view of the pier and sea. They provided towels which was a pleasant surprise and very helpful. The kitchen space is obviously limited for cooking but that was clear from the photos, so we had food brought in. Couldn’t have found a better place!

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!

Philip’s apartment was the ideal location for exploring not only quirky Kemp Town but Brighton as well. Spotlessly clean with a beautifully equipped kitchen and a very thoughtful welcome pack, I’d highly recommend this wee gem. Rosie

Great location near shops and restaurants. Only 20 minute walk to city centre, but also close to lots of bus routes. Well equipped flat with great view of the sea, and spacious living areas. Really pleased to find condiments, tea, coffee, washing up liquid etc.
