Stayed here one night , Josh was outstanding in communication very helpful with Information at what was a stressful time for us as attending a funeral . The house was spacious and welcoming .

Our stay was idyllic! the house is perfect, modern and homely feel. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. The views are stunning. The house is right on the beach so a great location. Local amenities was great, 2 minute walk to the local convenience and restaurants. We will definately rebook, thats a 1st for us, definately recommend this stay.

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home and hope to visit again. Rachel is a thoughtful and welcoming host. She gave us all the information we needed as well as local food recommendations. She was flexible with check in and out times which we really appreciated. The space was just as nice as in the pictures, if not better. Having a kids play room and a garden was a huge bonus travelling with a child - it was all very child friendly. The bedrooms were comfortable and the home was super clean. Rachel ensured we had everything we needed and more. The home is close to Hove beach which was lovely.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

We stayed across the 2 apartments as we had a big family get together. The location was perfect for access to the beach and high street. The balcony was lovely, but unfortunately we didn't use it much as the weather wasn't great. The kitchen, living area in flat B was perfect for us all to be able to eat and relax in. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are large, and with plenty of bathrooms. Perfect for our stay.

What a beautiful house - even better than the pictures. Everything was perfect for our girls weekend away. We had a bedroom each which was a luxury. Tracy met us at the property to let us in but left us to our own devices. She’d been very responsive so know that we would have been able to contact her if we’d needed to, but everything was as described so we had no issues whatsoever. We enjoyed the fires in both the lounge and dining room which had been set up by Mark and Tracy in advance. Comfy beds, lovely neutral uncluttered spaces. All in all just a fab place. 15 min walk into the heart of St Leonard’s which has some great shops and restaurants.

We had a lovely weekend and Anne-Marie was a fabulous host. Her home was clean and welcoming and the beds were amazingly comfortable. We would definitely recommend both the property and Anne-Marie. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 🙂

I cannot recommend this property enough! The house was absolutely beautiful and exceeded all expectations—it was the perfect setting for my mum’s 60th birthday surprise. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our stay comfortable and memorable. The space was immaculate, stylish, and cozy, with everything we needed to celebrate such a special occasion. The hosts were incredibly attentive and accommodating, which made the experience even better. I’m so glad I booked this property—it truly made the weekend unforgettable. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and will be recommending it to all my friends and family.

This is our third stay at Caroline’s we love staying in her home. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and feel very cosy and it’s in a great location. Communicating is very quick and easy and Caroline always goes out of her way to help in any way she can. Can’t wait to return!

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

We have just come back from a stay at this flat. It was in a really good location. The flats was great - well equipped and comfortable and Jane was very helpful from booking to checking out.

Had a lovely weekend break at Jill’s apartment. Communication was excellent and made some local recommendations. Convenient for getting into Brighton and to the sea front. Comfortable apartment and had everything we needed

This is our third year staying and it just feels like home from home for us now. It’s a beautiful flat in an amazing location. We had an issue (completely our own embarrassing fault) and Caroline was amazing responding super fast to help us get sorted. Looking forward to booking again!

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb for the weekend. The place was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Es war sehr nett in Lancing. Die Lage ist ideal um sowohl Brighton als auch das Hinterland zu erkunden. Dazu ist man auch direkt vom Haus schnell am Meer. Alles in allem eine rundum gelungene Woche. Lieben Dank an Harley!

Well what a rare delight, on this stretch of coast, to be staying directly on the beach. The apartment was spacious, apart from the bedrooms that are tight but the space is where you want it to be, in the social area of the apartment and balcony, that look directly over the beach and sea. Spotlessly clean, with comfy beds and importantly for most, decent WiFi. The kitchen was well equipped to make your meals for a wonderful place to enjoy your food. The Perch restaurant underneath is absolutely worth a visit or two. We would have loved some flowing white, thin curtains or anything to draw over the massive front seaview windows at night to allow for a touch of privacy. All in all, outstanding place to stay. Just book, you won't be disappointed.

Dans place was easy to access and within a 10 minute walk of the beach and New Town. We found a lovely Italian La Cucini within 5 mins walk away well worth booking. The Old Town was around a 20 mins walk away always worth a visit. Dans place was very clean and tidy with lots of nice touches food in the freezer, milk, tea etc which we were welcome to use. What was most impressive was Dans availability when we had an issue. We were in Hastings to run a half marathon that was cancelled and Dan was not only on hand to help us with regard to alternative arrangements but extremely flexible regarding our stay. His instant responses to my text messages was well above anything I have yet to experience and I couldn’t recommend him more. It was a weekend of adventure and we will be back. Thanks Dan

Perfect location for a long weekend in Hove. 5 minute walk to the promenade and 10 minutes to local high street with shops / restaurants. Apartment exactly as described with lovely private garden that would be amazing to sit out in / BBQ when the weather cooperates. Private parking a real bonus . Joanne was very helpful,friendly and responsive. We had a great time and would be happy to do a repeat visit.

Wow! We have stayed at enough places to know how great this experience truly was. All of the little extra touches absolutely made this our favorite home we have stayed in. Ever. The location is fantastic and close to everything you may need. This was our final stay in a week long visit to the UK to celebrate my son’s graduation and I couldn’t be happier with how we wrapped it up. Thank you Sarah! If we ever return to Brighton (which is such a lovely area) we will absolutely stay here again!

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!

Whether you’re planning a funfilled time or relaxing break away, I can honestly confirm that Siobhan’s place is the perfect place to stay. All that is advertised was found to be accurate, detailed guide provided useful information about the house and outside in the community.

Amazing place to stay whilst in Brighton. We came for the Brighton half marathon and the location is perfect, super close to town and the seafront. The apartment is spotless and very modern. Underfloor heating is awesome too. Can’t recommend enough. Thanks Steve and Lou 😊

Second stay at this beautiful apartment and we’re already planning our next stay. Excellent location, wonderful balcony for alfresco dining, superb decor and well stocked. Friendly hosts, couldn’t fault a thing about our stay. Highly recommended.
