The apartment was lovely new, clean, and very comfortable to stay in. It was in a perfect location for anyone who doesn’t want to stay in Portree but still close enough to visit. We didn’t meet Sue, but her daughter was available via phone for any issue or question. My only suggestion: I would have appreciated it if the kitchen was stocked with quality coffee and various tea flavors. It’s hard to start the morning without a good cup of coffee.

We really enjoyed our stay in the flat. It was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed, like a home away from home, very convenient to the main shops and restaurants and amazing views. Marion is a wonderful and thoughtful host who pays attention to detail, is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

We had a very nice stay at the Apartment, it is a perfect point to start a Roadtrip around skye from! The apartment is quite comfy and had everything we needed and Jurriaan was a really nice host!

Cute place! Easy to find and get into, well-stocked with the essentials and very well set up. Nice linens and toiletries in the bathroom, and everything you'd need for cooking on the kitchen. The bed wasn't the best, but not terrible. Would definitely stay again!

If you want to tour Skye without paying inflated Skye prices, this cottage is a great option as it is only a ten minute drive to the Skye bridge. Plus you are well situated for exploring Plockton, Applecross, Glenelg, etc. The cottage is in a very peaceful setting. You will really enjoy driving back from a day’s exploration because the evening light is so wonderful in the Highlands. We had a week of unusually warm weather - good luck with yours on the “misty isle”.

Great wee place. Ideal for one person or a couple. Would happily stay there again.

Really lovely flat right in the middle of Stornoway.Its very pleasantly decorated and clean, and was exactly what we were looking for. Can’t recommend it enough!

Seashell is the most perfect base for spending time in Stornoway. Set right in the heart of the town in a historic building. Tastefully decorated, very comfy bed, I’ll be back!

Warm, cozy, and quite spacious! Lovely accommodations and a very pleasant host. It was easy to find and easy to check in! Great location and easy access to Portree harbour. I had a wonderful stay here! Thanks for the tea and milk too!

well we'll what can I say about Sarah.. she is just a beautiful wonderful host inside and out. the place is so spacious very neat and clean.had everything what we needed. fridge and freezer full of food and the most important thing is we could use everything that was so kind of Sarah.she couldn't do enough for us. always checking if we were comfortable and needed anything. loved staying every minute of it. Will definitely come in summer again.just felt like home.thank you so much for everything Sarah. hope you have a wonderful time at NEW YEAR.all the best for 2025 !!

Had a fantastic stay over Hogmany. The flat was warm on arrival, which made all the difference. Lovely clean and comfy beds. Perfect central location, with plenty of bars and places to eat on your doorstep. Would highly recommend. Little gem in Portree!

This was a fabulous place to stay, luxurious and very comfortable, a wonderfully large bedroom. Lovely outlook from the first floor lounge and balcony. Peaceful and close enough to Portree and other excursions. I didn’t want it to end. Thank you Elaine for hosting me.

Excelente alojamiento para hospedarse cuando vengan a Portree. Campbell estuvo siempre al pendiente para que nuestra estadía sea excelente. Nos encantó el lugar, igual a las fotos y la vista al despertarse es increíble. Sin dudas volvería aquí, espero que sea pronto

We loved this apartment. Clean and cosy and very well equipped, and positioned close to the town and harbour. Emma was most helpful and accommodating. A very reasonable price too. Highly recommended.

Doreen was very helpful and kind with information in advance. We booked two flats of hers in the same place, this was very convenient and also good for accommodation when just off the ferry.

We had a lovely couple of days break at Ian’s. He greeted us and gave us all the information we would need for a quick check in. If you enjoy quirky, scenic, historic, picturesque accommodation and timeless scenery, this is the place for you. We have two dogs and they absolutely loved it! Great skies at night and the hot tub wasn’t too shabby either. The best quirk is the floating bridge which in certain weather conditions can be fun. It offers a unique and playful side to this wonderful look back to a time when things were “simpler”.

The apartment was great! It was clean, very comfortable and well laid out, walking proximity to downtown was incredible, and communication with Etta was quick and informative. She was very accommodating and hospitable. We would stay again and recommend to friends!

Great location to the town centre, restaurants and cafes. Beautiful location across the road from the river and castle gardens. Spacious and well equipped flat.

We had a great stay at Mairi’s place. It was perfectly situated for exploring the Isle of Skye. The place itself is very well equipped for a comfortable stay, we appreciated the space and the amenities, especially after being out all day exploring. The beds were comfortable, and it was in a very quiet area with a lovely outlook. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

The view was beautiful very peaceful and relaxing- quick response to all our needs
