Chubb Hollow was the perfect getaway for our joint bachelor/bachelorette cabin weekend. The pictures really don't do it justice. It was the perfect space for our party of 11 adults with plenty of extra room for a larger party. Almost every room has it's own bathroom that are all stocked with the essentials including soap and shampoo. The coffee and tea bar was fully stocked and the open kitchen and living room space was spotless and beyond comfortable. If you're looking for a secluded, peaceful, quiet getaway, look no further. We can't thank Eldon enough for a wonderful weekend!

The Timberland Lodge exceeded our expectations for this trip. The property is beautiful and peaceful, the home is spacious, and the kitchen works great. I thought the place looked even better and bigger than the pictures. The Host was very nice and responsive, and Check in was easy. The living room is awesome. Pool table and ping pong was fun. Even though it was freezing outside, we stayed very warm in the house.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend. We enjoyed the hot tub and the amazing country view. Everything was 10/10.

My girlfriend and I had a great getaway at Courtney’s place. The bridge was very unique and the hot tub and fireplace made the stay very cozy. Nearby town had a parade during Christmas season and many small Christmas shops to explore. Would highly recommend.

It was great. Matthew and his wife were super responsive. It was nicr to be disconnected once we got the there. Would definitely love to come back.

We had a beautiful stay at Mary’s place. It was so homey and perfect for two people. The kitchen was stocked with supplies we needed and the bathroom was too. My boyfriend and I have Verizon and T mobile and we both had minimal service but texts still went through so it was good! There also was equipment to start a fire and a hot tub! Very good experience overall.

I came here with a couple of friends the home accommodated all 9 of us very well. We loved the openness of the home it felt like no matter what room we were in we were all together. It was super quiet which was nice. The creek and mountain range view were breathtaking. The home was super clean and had everything we need for our 4 day stay. I would 100% recommend this home and would stay here again as well. The host Penny was super accommodating and always responsive.

Great stay close to Rickets Glen and Worlds End State parks. A few pleasant surprises included snacks and food items, plenty of toiletries, The TV stand has a Dog crate built in that is plenty big enough for medium Dogs and the Terminator arcade game! Normally when I go to mountain towns the local food options are Dollar General and Food Lion but here there are plenty of restaurants and the Sunoco has most all necessary provisions. The neighbors are close but quiet and all was great however The indoor fire instantly smoked us out which was a bummer but I probably missed a vent somewhere. If I had better service I would have asked but no big deal. Overall we’re really pleased with the stay.

We had such a great time at Thomas’s little cabin. He was very responsive. His cabin is beautiful and very clean. The wood stove made it really cozy. We had a snowy day and it was beautiful. We walked up the road in the snow to where it becomes State Game Land. We also went for a hike at Ricketts Glenn State Park which is only ten minutes away.

The place is beautiful. We arrive this place during snow conditions and it looked stunning. The front yard with the lights and firepit looked stunning.

Very nice, remote yet readily accessible property for a get away. The layout and style of house was perfect for our group, the furniture was comfortable, and grounds were scenic. We had a brief, but memorable visit - wish we could have stayed longer. The host was accurate, informative, and responsive.

Great cabin nestled in the mountainous woods at the top of a hill. Nice winter views of the mountains. Lots of beds in the upstairs loft, comfortable bedding, and a well stocked kitchen! We really enjoyed the place. There is not heat/air conditioning in the 2 downstairs bedrooms, so we had to sleep with bedroom doors open to capture heat from the living area, but it was 7 degrees Fahrenheit when we were there, so that might only be a problem during extreme temperatures. Don't let that scare you away though, everything else about the place was terrifiic!

the driveway was definitely different and a tad bumpy but the location of the cabin was absolutely worth every bump. my kids and i needed to disconnect from technology and this was definitely a great spot to do so. was hoping to get a hike in but the weather didn’t cooperate which meant more family bonding. definitely enjoyed this trip

This cabin was one of the most wonderful Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. it was comfortable and cozy and so thoughtfully decorated there was everything we could possibly need on this beautiful land and the host was so caring and accommodating

Great comfortable place! Great living room area with a big tv and plenty of space. The place is well lit. It was comfortable and clean. The only con would be that it’s not walkable but that wasn’t an issue for us

This Airbnb is even better than the pictures and was a perfect getaway for the 2 of us. From the immense amount of natural light, extremely cozy bathtub, and thoughtfulness in the design of the space - we confidently recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a serene time away from the city. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house was spacious. The description was 100% accurate. The host responded to every message within 30 min and was able to accommodate our travel plans. The area around the Airbnb didn’t have much to do in winter, but we were aware of that before staying.

We had a lovely time at Greg's place. He made sure to coordinate with us on the snow and we had no issues getting out even with weather. His place was spotless and very cozy. It was the perfect retreat we were looking for.
