Booked this beautifully renovated, quiet, historic apartment space a bit last-minute for a weekend skiing at Snowshoe and it was a great decision. The value was excellent compared to what it costs on top of the mountain and was a 35-40 minute drive to ski. We loved the amenities of the space as well as the small community of Marlinton (which has great cell service). Hope to be back again soon!!

Dave created an environment that makes guests feel immediately comfortable and at ease. Dave the Super Host was very knowledgeable about the location, amenities, and services, and able to provide helpful recommendations. Dave and his son was very Positive and Professional.

This place was perfect for my mom and I! We each had a separate place but we were right across the hall from each other. We liked how close it was to downtown Roanoke. Stephen made a video to show where the apartments were and where to park - it was so helpful! He was very responsive tp our questions and gave us local restaurant recommendations. We were in town to visit family and we were able to walk to Mast (a local clothing/general store) from where we were staying - it was only a 12 minute walk. The place was spacious, beautiful, and so clean! We will definitely stay here again when in Roanoke!

Perfect location in Roanoke! Close to downtown, hiking trailheads, and Mill Mountain Star (which I love!). The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Bob is a responsive host and very kind. Would highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting Roanoke!

The three days I was there it was chilly & it rained… so having the carport was really nice along with the space heaters too. Kitchen had everything I needed and loved having a washer/dryer. Great stay!

Everything was great. Space was perfect for what we needed and just as described. Easy access to town, VT and 460. It was very clean and we had a great stay. Loved the towels and comfy beds and reclining couch!

Sherry has a beautiful home with a large pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The interior was spacious, clean, and well decorated! It felt like a trip to the beach without leaving the mountains. I would recommend this home to anyone planning a vacation around Fayetteville.

We enjoyed our stay in Fayetteville. The place was great for our family, 2 adults and 4 children. It was clean and kitchen had nice utensils and amenities. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. It was fairly close to town and some hiking trails. We would stay here again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Courtney’s place in Snowshoe! The location was perfect, offering easy access to the slopes and nearby amenities. The space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Courtney was a wonderful host—responsive, accommodating, and thoughtful throughout our visit. We especially appreciated the little touches that made us feel right at home. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future. Thanks again for a great experience!

2nd time staying here @ Kareem’s place and it didn’t disappoint! Very clean and close to everything . Kareem was very responsive and even let me check in early . Definitely recommend

First impressions: clean and well kept. Thanksgiving with family worked out well thanks to the tidy house with plenty of kitchen stuff to make our meals. Central heat kept us warm and the working fireplace was great to hang out around. We didn't go out and about due to snow. There is only one bathroom but we made it work for us.

Great location, great host, great price.

Conny's home was well stocked with all of the essentials. It was the best of all of the rental homes that we have rented. His home worked very well for the 6 of us, 3 adults and 3 children. Two of the children play ice hockey and it was just minutes away from both ice rinks. The location worked well for us, (grocery stores, restaurants, mall, theater, etc.), was so close by. Conny's home is at the top of our list. Conny responded quickly when we had any questions. We would defintely enjoy staying here again.

Thanks for the stay! This house was perfect for our group, very spaceous with a large kitchen and family room and the location could not have been any better. Less than a 5 minute drive to the Summersville parking lot, so if you are planning on going to the lake then look no further. Would love to stay here again sometime!

Awesome stay! Kevin's place was centrally located in the village. He was super responsive when we reached out for something. Loved the place- was super cozy. loved all the little touches like the towel warmer and coffee stocked up. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great week stay there for skiing. The property is as described and has everything you need for a cozy retreat in the mountains. We loved sitting by the fireplace and watching the family of deer come right up to the balconies. It's almost as close as you can get for a ski-in-ski-out place, just walk out your door, go 2 doors down, and you're on the slopes. The shuttle pickup is nearby for getting around the mountain without driving. We followed the directions and brought everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, and food storage so no complaints about what was provided like others have mentioned. The bed was fabulous, super comfy, it must have been recently replaced. Would love to stay here again!

Michael's 2-unit condo in Silvercreek was hands down the best unit I've stayed in and I've visited that condominium a lot over the past few years. His unit was well decorated and equipped with everything you could need during your stay. He even has a cabinet in the kitchen dedicated for guests to leave cooking supplies (like spices, condiments, etc.) for future guests. Very thoughtful and helpful. My kids loved their own bunk bedroom and we all enjoyed the space to stretch out over the 3 room living space. The balcony and view of the pool was quite nice and useful when the kids went to swim. I can't say enough good things about this listing. I highly, highly recommend it to all families, big and small.

Wow. Great stay. Spacious gorgeous and just as described. My son broke his leg the first day and we were able to put him comfortable on couch. Bonus was the games to help pass the day. Deer in the yard at breakfast. My only recommendation is a curtain for master. The outside lights are pretty bright. I will book again and bring my sleep mask. Easy walk to village.

Location, location, location! It's an old lodge but the space has been updated some and you can tell it's rented a lot. But the location is worth it not being brand new. You walk out the back door right at the ski lift. Restaurants , shopping, all within a short walking distance. The space had everything we needed to cook, plenty of linens, blankets, pillows, and towels. It even has a boot warmer! We had a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay at this place again.

Amazing stay!! This place was all around great, and so spacious! Close enough to walk to the mountain village, but the shuttles come about every 10 minutes. Couldn’t recommend a better place!

We had a great stay! It was more spacious than some other places we've stayed, and fit 5 guys in the condo. The kitchen was fairly well stocked which was nice for cooking. Nice facility overall and convenient to the slopes.

The location was amazing. We came in late from tubing and was able to park and walk to get pizza and some amazing drinks. The heated garage was the best park because my car didn’t get covered in snow! Thank you so much for an amazing stay! Also big plus is I didn’t have to strip linens! I was able to get ready this morning and get out only having to drop trash on my way out. Thank you!
