This is a darling little apartment. Everything is PERFECT. The entire property is amazingly well maintained. I felt like Lance and Cheryl were taking care of me. The driveway was shoveled every morning before I got out for early start to the day and my car was even cleaned of snow (which occurred daily). Outstanding value.

Chuck’s place, actually places are absolutely gorgeous! Then add; that Chuck is an amazing, most gracious host. Thank you, Chuck! The details are amazing! Exquisite actually, crown moldings, millwork, appliances, beyond the beyonds! I hope all future guests will treat both of Chuck’s properties with the most wonderful enjoyment, but equally so with the same respect!! Chuck has given so much thought and consideration for his guests! Definitely a prime place to stay!

Great hosts. Very caring, accommodating. Very close to the fall. We managed our trip without car, just walking, public transportation and Lyft. We really appreciate host's flexibility and understanding. We had great time at Niagara falls. Thank you so much Dana and Greg.

We had a really great stay! The place was super spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Having a bathroom on every floor was a huge plus, especially with a bigger group. The location was super convenient—just a short drive to the falls and close to multiple restaurants, which made finding food easy. The host was great, super responsive, and even let us bring our dog, which we really appreciated. Overall, no complaints at all! Everything was smooth, and we'd definitely stay here again.

Christina made my trip unforgettable wonderful! 1- beautiful, everything in house, around house is beautiful, clean, well- organized; you just feel home; 2- location is close to all beautiful places, and also easy to drive to shopping place; 3- whenever I need help, Christina always response within an hour and so kind to help; I will come again, and I will recommend Christina’s house to all my friends who want to visit Niagara on the lake.

everything was great! comfortable beds! nice atmosphere! plenty of room. Great Location. it was snowing when we arrived and the stairs were all cleaned off and had ice melt, so no issues navigating them. a parking place had been cleared as well. nice towels! I would recommend to anyone. we tried to be quiet as someone lives down stairs, but old homes are kind of creaky. cool house!
