Great location for a quick Lexington weekend! It was perfect for our crew. Plenty of room and parking. Flexible check-in and check-out. Owner very responsive.

Beaux was an absolute pleasure to work with. Super responsive and easy to talk to! I actually wasn’t able to make it to the reservation, it was for work, and I had a personal issue that arose, but my crew did. He went above and beyond to ensure everything went as it should and even corresponded throughout their stay and reached out on a personal level about my situation. I couldn’t have been more impressed or any happier with the reservation. My crew enjoyed their stay, would absolutely stay again and would recommend Beaux as a host and his home(s) for anyone staying in the area! Thanks Beaux

This was my second stay at Gina’s place and I’m even more in love! It’s always charming and this time it was decked out for the holidays with vintage decor and so many sweet details. We really appreciated being welcomed by the Christmas Tree and mantel all lit up when we arrived. It was an easy walk to the local pub and festive, historic downtown shopping. We felt like we were in our own Hallmark Christmas movie! We can’t wait for our next visit!

We had a great time in Lexington. There is so much to do and see in and around the city and this house was a wonderful spot for us to be in for that. Its not really walkable to anything but it is quite and a very nice space, life is always a trade.

Quiet neighborhood, within 10 min drive to downtown Lexington. Walking distance to Waffle House (we don't have one in CA). Home is clean, great enclosed yard for the dogs. Perfect for 2-4 adults. Jacqueline responded quickly to questions/gave hiking trial recommendations..

The house had all the amenities described in the listing. If something went wrong with anything the Kentucky Life's support team was super responsive. Location was very close to stores and downtown, but far enough away to feel like you were not in the city. If you want to feel like you are in the board game Clue with separate rooms this is the house for you, plenty of room for our party of 7.

What a beautiful place to stay with our friends, and spend some time with our kids who are students at UK. Plenty of space, perfectly clean and so many little things provided (tp, coffee pods, cleaning supplies- even shampoo/body wash in the showers) Walkable to Rupp, downtown etc and short drive/Uber to campus. Can’t recommend this place enough and hope to be back!

Wonderful as always! Kathy is a great host. This year we had our 10 month old with us and she loved Kathy! Kathy was so great with her and even took her outside to play while my husband and I packed up. Just wonderful and helpful

Very lovely home. Just as described. Unfortunately, due to the timing of my arrival and departure, I wasn't able to meet the hosts. However, I found all their communications to be thoughtful, friendly and prompt

Art on High was a great spot for me. Easy to find and just a block away from Main St. I loved being able to meander through the quaint downtown so easily. The room and especially the bed were very comfortable. Bear in mind, this is a very old house and is a work in progress, so the creaky floors and squeaky doors are part of the charm. I wish the patio had been available, the weather was perfect and it would have been nice to have a place to sit outside. Once that area is finished, this will be the perfect place to spend a weekend!

Suzann’s place is great! She makes the most amazing breakfast- gourmet food every morning. That alone is worth the price of admission. Wi-Fi is great, comfortable bed, nice sitting area downstairs. Will come back for sure.

Kris is so warm that I immediately felt welcome and knew her home would be a happy place. Her house very peaceful. In fact I spent a rainy day reading and enjoying my own hobby (exploring puzzles) while she went around her own business. I felt comfortable enough to share a night out for dinner with her - I will remember it fondly.

The environment was peaceful and quiet. The accommodations were neat, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome and the staff were friendly and polite. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Leslie and Tiffany are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Beautiful house near the creek! Peaceful and private! They will fill you up at breakfast time with wonderful food! The 2 best lil Pomeranian’s and beautiful peacocks! Leslie and Tiffany have the most beautiful, caring hearts and you can see it in EVERYTHING they do! I want to personally thank the 2 of you and recommend this beautiful house and beautiful people for your stay anytime for any occasion!!!
