We were in love soon as we rolled onto the property. It’s truly a hidden gem in the area. There was so much attention to detail to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was beautiful with ample privacy but also ability to be close to your neighbors if you wish. We cannot wait for the community center to be open and think this is an amazing idea. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Bourbon Barrel Cottages was one of our favorite Airbnb stays ever! Angie & Jay were the most wonderful hosts, they gave us tons of local recommendations on the Kentucky Bourbon trail, and some local hidden things we would have never found! They were super responsive the whole way!! The cottage was so clean, had great linens, was extremely clean & had everything we needed for our get away. I loved that there was a walking trail, and loved visiting the ponds and the animals in the mornings. The fire pit was amazing & the stars were so bright out there! I would highly reccomend Angie & Jay with Bourbon Barrel Cottages, we will DEFINITELY be back to see them again!

We loved staying at Spencer's place! It was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway and had everything we needed. It was probably the best stocked place we ever stayed in! From utensils, pots and pans, seasonings, to coffee and coffee creamer, it had everything. The big porch overlooking the river with the nice hot tub for those cool fall evenings couldn't have been better. If we had anything to say that wasn't 100%, the shower water doesn't stay hot, every 2-3 minutes it would get cold for 30 seconds and then get hot again. We adjusted once we figured out it might just be that way but we wanted to give people a heads up. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and will probably come back the next time we are in town. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful cabin just as described and loved that it was dog friendly! Plenty of towels, kitchen necessities, and more. The cabin was extremely clean and well maintained. Angie And Jay were extremely responsive and very welcoming. While the location was private, it offered beautiful views and close enough to town and distilleries. We will definitely book again!

Beautiful, peaceful and really clean. Loved that they had some eggs, water, butter and s bunch of other things. After a long drive that was so appreciated. Would recommend

The cottage is charming, cozy and clean. Beautiful view of the river from the porch. Loved the extra touch of the smiley face on the blankets! Nicole’s communication is excellent and timely. The scenery to get to the cottage is very pretty. The location is great, close to downtown Danville which is such a nice place to visit. The cottage is a peaceful place to stay. ❤️

We had the best stay by far in Bill and Gussie’s guest home. It was the nicest home on beautiful and safe property. There was plenty of room and it was very clean and comfortable. They provided us with all the comforts of home with snacks along with a variety of coffees , tea, milk, and water. We will definitely return to this charming home. Bill and Gussie were the perfect host.

We stayed at the cottage last year also. Ut is just as listed. Everything was clean and comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful. It is a short drive to the Kentucky Horse Park We will definitely stay again.

We had such a great time staying at this cozy cottage on the horse farm! The views were amazing, and the place had everything we needed to feel at home. It’s in a perfect spot, close to cool attractions like Lexington and the town of Paris. The hosts were super friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Definitely a peaceful and relaxing getaway!

I travel for work and this place was by far my favorite!! Heather and her husband were so nice and very welcoming! The house is simply beautiful and very homey!! highly recommend staying here!

This listing was absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully and uniquely decorated. It was free of clutter, with thoughtful touches and amenities. It was walkable to the University of Kentucky, downtown, and Rupp Arena. and the owner was super responsive and kind. We would definitely stay there again.

The house was exactly as advertised. Had a beautiful view of the lake. It was perfect for what i was looking for and only 3 minutes from the launch ramp for our tournament.

Great place to stay, family friendly and very private. Kids loved the upstairs with slide to play on. Back patio had a great view of the lake and marina. It was easy to walk up the road to see the views of the lake. Definitely looking forward to coming back soon for another stay.

My family & I stayed in their beautiful farmhouse. We were there for my father’s funeral. The Cottage was PERFECT!! We were all able to stay there together. My nephew & wife brought their 4 month old & not only was there a high chair but a pack & play!! The farm animals were an added perk. It was so peaceful & we could all spread out. It made a sad occasion a little easier. We would DEFINITELY recommend this beautiful place while visiting Danville, Ky. Check in & out was seamless. Thank you for hosting us.

They only think I would change about the cabins, a full length mirror in the cabin and a way to cover the front doors. All the windows are able to be covered. IIr would have been nice to have full privacy with coverings for the door

Had an absolutely amazing stay. Surprise weekend getaway for my boyfriend - he has no idea! I have zero complaints - the weather could have been better though. The place was clean, exactly as pictures showed, quiet, LOVED the place. Will 1000000% be back. Was pretty cool to see there was a Bourbon Crossing II behind it! Sakura 16 & Cattleman’s Roadhouse were delicious. Coffee shop 1 minute away- best coffee ever. Easy to get into, perfect amount of space, absolutely will continue to recommend this place to all my friends and family. If you haven’t been, trust me, you’ve gotta visit Brad & Bourbon Crossing!!
