This is our second time staying here and it was even better this time. Everything is exactly as pictured and very clean. There are so many thoughtful touches around the house to make you feel at home. We were there over Christmas and especially appreciated that there was Christmas decor, including a tree. It really shows how much care they put into taking care of the place and the people who stay there.

Felt right at home and Leslie and her husband were more like family than anything else.

This is my favorite airbnb so far. The location was perfect for where I needed to go and felt safe day and night. Very clean and the bed was so comfortable even the pillows were nice and that's hard to get even at home. Communication was excellent. I have nothing bad to say it was a really nice few days.

We had a lovely stay at Alison’s cottage in Berea. We enjoyed the walkability and the options for food and artisan shops in the area. The house was very, very cute and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes for drinks and cooking. We ate out most of the time but enjoyed coffee in the morning. Small detail but there were ice cubes ready for us when we prepared our drinks in the evening. We had forgotten to buy ice and were happy that small detail was ready. My favorite part of the house is the little office/sunroom area. I had my coffee there in the morning and watched the rain. Great location and great communication. Will stay in the future when we come to Berea.

Fun place to stay, with walkability to bars, restaurants and cafes.

Cathy The Great! This is how we felt the moment we entered saw the lights on the Christmas Tree and immediately saw and felt the Holiday Spirit that matched our own. Our bedrooms were warm and comfortable with ample electrical outlets to charge phones(of course) and fan/lights to accommodate our individual body comfort. We were here in Lexington for our daughter’s University of Kentucky graduation but found much joy at Cathy’s place..especially the kitchen where she has everything you need to create a meal for yourself or your family. So much open space for family to sit and enjoy each others company with lovely appointed bathrooms near by. Again we came to Lexington for a graduation but we will return to Lexington to stay at Cathy The Great’s ArBnB

Eric’s place was perfect for our short stay in Lexington. I wish we had more time in town and could have made full use of the great kitchen. It’s tastefully decorated, and even had beautiful holiday decorations. We only had 3 guests but it could have comfortably accommodated 3 couples in the well appointed guest rooms. It’s also walking distance to plenty of restaurants. If we have a reason to return to Lexington we’ll happily book again.

We had a lovely time staying in this very nice home. It was spotless and very well stocked. The beds were comfy (which is very important!), and there were many spots to rest and relax. You can’t beat the closeness to campus, and there are great restaurants a short walk away. I highly recommend this AirBnB.

Better than expected. Fantastic and well-stocked kitchen - everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving feast. So many thoughtful details for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and backyard were awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close to all things horses and handy to downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

Christine's guest home is very unique and cozy space. It is located on a working horse farm and has a big pool and hot tub for guest use. Christine was a very responsive and accommodating host, she was always around and responsive. I travel to the area often to visit family and I will definitely be staying here again!

This place was stunning! Very spacious & clean. Close to town, yet secluded! It perfectly accommodated our family of 5 adults & 9 children PLUS it’s pet friendly!! The kids & my dog had so much room to play inside & outside! We enjoyed the large hot tub the most. We had snacks/drinks at our arrival, 5 TVs with installed Netflix, a game room that included an additional “living room” area, cooking utensils + seasonings, covered parking for 3 vehicles, perfect lighting, fire pit, washer/dryer, hiking & an indoor/outdoor dining area including LARGE tables. Bunks have one pull out bed! Our stay was around Christmas & we had a Christmas tree + holiday decor! This place has a beautiful front yard view. The master bedroom is massive! The master bath room has installed heating for the open shower. The pictures do not do this place justice. Perfect for large families/multiple small families. We truly could not have asked for a better place to stay with such a wonderful/responsive host! 10/10!!!

We had a great time staying at Travis's place. The RV was spotless and was everything we could've hoped for. The RV park is nice and well taken care of. Travis greeted us on check in and showed us around and answered any questions we had.. This was our first time staying in an RV so that was very helpful. Wish I could give this place more stars!! we can't wait to come back.

Loved our stay at Deb’s. Excellent location and tons of amenities! Huge plus for being pet friendly. Our pup felt right at home!

The place was absolutely inviting as soon as we pulled into the driveway. The view of the mountains with all that snow was beautiful. The kitchen has all sorts of cooking equipment for us to make meals. There are plenty of things to do on property if you aren’t up for hiking from the mini arcade to taking a dip in the well maintained hot tub. Was perfect for our groups board game weekend. No over complicated rules to follow like when checking in an apartment and check out was a breeze. The host was accommodating and responsive. Hope to be able to come back again when the weather is warmer!

The home was beautiful and plenty of space for our large group. Location was great, private, quiet and close to many places. Would totally recommend for large groups

Stay was just what we were looking for. Nice place to sleep with extra space when while we were there in evenings. Beautiful area. Can't beat the price!

We had a fantastic stay here. We loved that each bedroom came with a set of towels! The outdoor space was perfect for gathering. We would stay here again!

Morgan’s place was situated in the perfect spot! It was walkable to the distillery district and a few bars and restaurants across the street. Garage and driveway parking were plus! Morgan was a fantastic communicator, the home was easy to check into, safe, and most of all, beautiful! Would absolutely recommend!

We had the best stay by far in Bill and Gussie’s guest home. It was the nicest home on beautiful and safe property. There was plenty of room and it was very clean and comfortable. They provided us with all the comforts of home with snacks along with a variety of coffees , tea, milk, and water. We will definitely return to this charming home. Bill and Gussie were the perfect host.

Mathew was an awesome host !! We will definitely stay again in this beautiful and secluded cabin !!

Lisa's place was outstanding! We traveled with our two beagles and it was the PERFECT place for them. The space was super clean and had everything we needed. There was also a yard for our dogs to hang out in. The location was perfect, very close to downtown Lexington but far enough away that it was very peaceful. My dogs didn't want to leave! I will be returning to Lisa's place for sure.

This place was in a good location to get around Lexington with plenty to do in the area. The Airbnb was also very clean.

This cabin is located at a great spot in between Lexington and Richmond, so we were able to explore both cities during the weekend. The place had everything we needed and was perfect for our trip.
