Lexington : locations de vacances

We had an extended (month+) stay at this beautiful home. The amenities were great, and Seth was a kind, responsive host. The location makes it easy to travel anywhere in or around Lexington. The house is spacious and clean, the WiFi works well, and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals. The property manager even took care of snow removal and salting the walks and the driveway while we were there. We would stay at this house again, and would gladly try out any of Seth’s other properties based on our experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was clean and comfortable, decorated so cute! Tonya was amazing to work with, always very quick to respond and very sweet and helpful in working with us to stay a few extra days when a family member was sick. I very much appreciated her kindness, her recommendations for getting medical care, and just making things easy when I was trying to care for my family member. I would highly recommend the cottage to anyone and would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the lake. Thanks Tonya!!

Myself and three friends stayed at the Stagg House during our visit to the bourbon trail. Private and peaceful location along the Kentucky river. Perfect place to stay during our visit to the area.

This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more! Tucked away on a gorgeous property but just a few miles from town, it gave us the best of both worlds—peaceful and private, yet super convenient. It had every amenity we could possibly need, and it was spotless (which is always a big deal for us!). The bed? A Tempur-Pedic with top-notch linens—so comfortable we could’ve slept in all day. There was plenty of space to spread out, relax, and just enjoy the surroundings. We only stayed two nights, but honestly, we could’ve easily stayed longer. We didn’t have time to try out the hot tub, but that just means we’ll have to come back. And a big shoutout to Austin—super responsive and great to work with. If you’re heading to Berea, don’t even think twice—this is where you want to stay!

Excellent stay! The place was so clean, spacious, and exceptionally appointed with everything you might need. The location is so quiet and peaceful, and is set on a lovely river lot. Great restaurant recommendations were provided and Susan was so kind to provide baked treats and coffee. I highly recommend this property if in the area.

We stayed here for an event at Kentucky Horse Park. Wayne’s place was convenient to the park and located in a beautiful, historic neighborhood. The property was exactly as described. It had many modern amenities, including a heated bathroom floor, heated towel rack, expresso maker, etc. Wayne was a considerate, responsive host that followed up to make sure our stay was excellent. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. There are many restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend Nic & Norman’s on Main Street. Great burgers, service and the best sweet potato fries ever. Well deserves a 5 star rating.

We arrived late after moving from our home in SC. This home is beautifully decorated with lovely artwork. It's just an adorable home with tons of character and unique items all around. I wish we could have stayed longer and spent time in the cute town of Berea.

The opportunity for me and my brother to enjoy the NCAA tourney while cooking on the grill, enjoying bourbon bought after our tour of Buffalo Trace distillery, all the while taking in the vast landscape by the fire pit and enjoying the Western Kentucky breeze and sunset. If you are looking for a true get away and enjoying a vaca solo or with loved ones this is the spot for you. Just wish we had bought more bourbon and firewood cause both never lasted long enough enjoying the conversations and the night sky. Definitely one for the memory books.

This was a perfect house for our weekend in Berea. Walking distance to campus and right in the middle of old town. It was spacious and comfortable and exactly as advertised. Beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen was large and well stocked. I would definitely stay again!
