Thanks Jo for the accommodation. This place was meeting our requirements, our stay was pretty comfortable. It was warm, clean and my 3 yr old enjoyed the backyard. Jo was approachable and friendly to talk. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay! The airbnb is right next to Tuscan village with many shops and restaurants. The house itself is spacious, clean, very well equipped, and comfortable. We had a few questions during our stay and they were answered within minutes. We would definitely stay again!

Great place, spacious, super clean, comfy beds, easy check-in. Loved the decor! Very convenient to Northeastern University, ~15 minute walk to Symphony Hall and the Pru. Definitely recommended.

Great stay: - Easy check-in/access — we arrived very late at night and entry was well lit and straightforward - House was cozy with effective and responsive heating (we stayed during cold weather, so this was a big deal) - Clean house, comfy beds, variety of pillows (soft to v hard) - Easy check-out with zero weird instructions/requests - Host super communicative for basic Q&A I’d book again! My family and I stayed at Adam’s house for a wedding we had over a weekend and we felt right at home! Adam had given very thorough instructions upon entering his home and had clearly laid out what to expect during our stay. His home was beautiful with great decor and was spotless! He also gave us great recommendations on food/activities that are around the area, and since we were visiting Medford for the first time this was super helpful! We also brought our two family dogs who felt right at home as well; they especially enjoyed the backyard! Would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you again, Adam!

We had a great stay in Marblehead. We love the area and the cute shops and restaurants. Amy was an amazing host. Always responsive, very friendly and super helpful and accommodating. The property was very clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend booking a stay with Amy as your host. I can’t say enough good things about her attentiveness and help. Her communication with us was very helpful and made the whole experience effortless.

We have been using short-term rentals as a family since 2011. This is by far the best appointed house we've ever stayed in. Plenty of everything -- basic groceries, towels, dishes, parking, beds and baths. It's a classic New England home with thoughtful updates. Love the vintage touches! Everything was first rate and we were comfortable for our short visit. We will be back!

We got married at a venue about 15 minutes away so we stayed here with our bridal party and the size was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably, we still had plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is still close enough for us to enjoy exploring Sturbridge. Michael was responsive and honest with any question I asked!

Great place to stay in a super convenient location for driving places. There was event a snowstorm during our stay and the hosts made sure to have the walkway and driveway clear for us to get in and out with ease!

This house is a true gem. The home is cozy and welcoming with lots of puzzles and family games to play. The pool is pristine and was so much fun to use. The beautiful trees and flowers provide nice shade and privacy around the pool while also feeling like you’re inside a pollinator garden. The home is an easy walk to front beach and bearskin neck where we enjoyed good restaurants and shops. Trenton and Cassie are great hosts- very responsive and friendly. We hope to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

We stayed here while our house was getting new floors, and it was a great experience, loved it! The apartment was clean, cozy, and very accommodating. The host was super responsive and made everything easy. We really appreciated that the apartment had everything we needed, cozy and modern, and was dog-friendly — our two pups made some new friends in the dog park next to the building in what seems like a big dog-loving community! Close to Route 1 with easy access to Boston and surrounding neighborhoods with great restaurants, a great place to stay! One thing to note: the upstairs neighbor has a heavy step, which our dogs thought meant someone was in the "house" — it led to some funny and interesting moments with a bit of dog running, confused dog faces, a bit of barking and lots of laughter. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and recommend it!

Welcoming hosts, great location, walkable to restaurants and shopping; best of all, very dog friendly! Attention to detail was also appreciated; night light, extra blanket for humans and pets and cream for our coffee the first morning! We hope to return soon and would definitely stay here even if our dog was not on the trip.

Accommodations were exactly as described. Lower level of a duplex with a young family upstairs. Host was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Back deck was really peaceful and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay with our two small dogs. The home was small but perfect for us to attend a family baby shower. The neighborhood is a great place to walk the dogs without a lot of traffic. The owners were responsive to questions and suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely time staying at Julie's unit. My husband and I and our small dog enjoyed our stay. Julie is very easy to communicate with and responsive. The bed is comfortable in a spacious bedroom. The other areas are comfortable and nice. I used the office area to work and appreciated the additional monitor and spacious desk. The unit is conveniently located near two large grocery stores, Star Market and Shop N Stop, and numerous restaurants a few minutes to get to. We ate outdoors with our dog at the seafood restaurants by the beach and also enjoyed a lot of take out from the numerous Asian restaurants on Hancock. It was handy to be able to use the washer and dryer downstairs. We appreciated the on premise parking space. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. We took frequent walks with our small dog and the neighbors are friendly. There are many appliances to use including two coffee pots, spices, and condiments. Julie is a great host. We would stay again.
